Vehicle looks nice but amenities subpar.
Service black label service is the worst the vehicle has spent 6 months in service center and the Dana Lincoln on Staten Island is the worst. The ac broke 3 times. The front oil seal leaked vehicle has less than 20,000 miles. The concierge for ford is waste of money paid 110000 dollars for sub par service.

Lincoln navigator comfort.
The 2018 Lincoln navigator by far has the most comfortable seats of any SUV that I have driven. The heads up display and navigation system make it easy to focus solely on the road. The park assistance for parallel parking helps to park in the tightest of spaces.

Very good vehicle, well worth the money.
I love this car. It is very easy to take care of. I haven't had any problems with it at all. It rides great and I am very happy with its performance. It is very roomy and comfortable. It is also very good on gas. My husband swears by it. It is also very safe.

Lincoln the best automobile ever made.
My Lincoln is the best vehicle I have ever own I love the technical part of this vehicle the GPS help so much I do not get lost. The Wi-Fi helps me also. The heated mirror are good in the winter when there is ice on my mirror. It is very comfortable to sit in when I take long trips this helps my back.

Comfort and style with a luxury brand.
Comfortable, smooth ride with all the bells and whistles that a luxury vehicle should have. Decent gas mileage, has get up and go for such a large vehicle. Love the heads up display, adjustable massage seats and easy driving it provides. Would highly recommend this vehicle to anyone looking into this price range.

Beautiful SUV but would not buy again.
Tons of electrical issues from headlights going out at 10,000 miles, radio only works half the time, Lincoln service in my area is slow and very poor with communication. Would go Tesla or Suburban

The SUV for the outdoor family who still likes some style.
I love my SUV. It gets great mileage for the size of the vehicle. It has great entertainment in the back for my kids which makes the road trips more tolerable. Living in the Midwest it handles the bad weather like a champ. I couldn't ask for a better vehicle for my family and our lifestyle.

I love my navigator black label!
The navigator is an impressive vehicle. It is easy to get into and out of. It carries 6 passengers comfortably. You can carry a lot of gear. The 3rd seat folds flat for easy loading and unloading. There is a lot of technology and safety features included in the black label package. The most irritating feature of the vehicle is the way the transmission automatically shifts downward when you are stopped at a light or stop sign to conserve fuel. Let's face it - fuel economy is generally not a mandatory feature when buying a vehicle of this kind.

Love our family car! But there are a few slight issues.
We've had a few issues with the running boards not functioning properly. The air conditioning will turn on and off while driving. The rear air conditioner will sometimes stop working for upwards of two hours at a time. However, the vehicle is incredibly comfortable for our family, especially during long road trips. We love the TVs in the back for the kids and it rides very smoothly on city and highway roads.

Great for an active family of 6.
It is been great in all of the snow we have had this winter. Plenty of room for a family of 6. Gas mileage is pretty good even with a lot of in town trips. The vehicle looks expensive when parked next to another SUV.We opted for the one with all of the add-ons so it was a special order but was worth the wait.

The title of my review would be my vehicle upkeep and info.
My vehicle is reliable. Starts everyday. My vehicle is not good on gas unless you are on the highway then it is decent. I have not had to do any major repairs to it since I have had it except routine maintenance and new tires. I would highly recommend this car for large family or a family that travels often.

My vehicle is a Lincoln navigator. It runs great and is very dependable.
My vehicle is great, it is very dependable and runs smooth. It is like you are sitting in luxury when you are inside. It is very roomy. We are a tall family of four and we sit very comfortable even on long trips. The only problem we had was a leak in the oil gasket. That was an easy fix. There has not been any other problems. It is very reliable and gets pretty good gas mileage. I can go 350 miles before I need a fill up.

Love my Lincoln navigator. Gives me good service and never lets me down.
No problems. Vehicle runs good, gets good gas mileage. Only have to have regular oil changes, tires rotated and usual maintenance. May have to have Cadillac converters checked at later date. If the need were to arise I would buy the same vehicle in a later model.

Navigator tops class: Lincoln's new flagship SUV is no party barge.
The '19 Lincoln navigator is by far the handsomest SUV on the market. It is the first navigator to feel like it is the parent in design and technology rather than a glittery and padded version of cheaper ford models. The sound system is the best I own, the materials and touch and feel of knobs, dials, latches are all luxurious. The buying experience was singular, too.

Greatest SUV with the greatest customer service made to date
I ordered mine the first day customer orders were allowed a Lincoln Navigator L Black Label. We it was the first one delivered to a large Lincoln dealer in the Chicago area early Jan 18. For 25 years we have had large SUVs from all American manufacturers and that would include 6 Escalades. Hands down the highest quality, comfortability, handling, powerful vehicle we have had ever had. Over one year of ownership and it had only been to the dealer twice for regular maintenance. Lincoln comes and picks it up, leaves you another Lincoln, and returns your vehicular when completed. Great communication with the service advisors on vehicle status (I didn’t have to call and check on it once). Great communication with the valets for pickup and return.. You can even track their status they your app so you can meet them outside the noment you arrive. No door bells to be rang if you don’t prefer. It’s hard to beat what Lincoln is bringing to the table. Service to the customer has returned again.

Spacious, luxurious, comfy, and high tech
Big and luxurious, like so much room my large husband fits just fine. My kids have plenty of room and great for long trips. Also gets decent gas mileage. Love the big moon roof. Very high tech and high end. I like that you can change the drivetrain.

2018 Lincoln navigator - pure luxury.
The navigator epitomizes luxury and comfort. With many children and pets, they all can comfortably fit into the new navigator. Lincoln didn't spare any expense on upgrades and options. Aside from the black reserve editions, my Lincoln doesn't compare to its competition which I have previously owned (escalade, Yukon, Explorer, etc.). The only downfall to the navigator is its sheer size. Being only 5' tall, I have found maneuvering the behemoth around small parking lots very challenging.

A comfortable, spacious, and reliable family car.
This vehicle is comfortable, very spacious, and a good family car. It has three rows of seats, all with air conditioning and plug outlets. I would say it is pretty reliable and performs well. Overall, there are no significant performance problems or issues.

Large luxury SUV with vip black label service.
A reliable large SUV with luxury and comfortable seating. Plenty of legroom if you are tall. Drives like a car not a large SUV. The black label service is phenomenal. They will pick up your vehicle from your home, delivery loaner vehicles, and minor repairs such as to replace a side mirror can be done at your residence.
