The car runs very well. I have had very few mechanical issues, other than occasional oil changes. The sport mode is a great addition to the car. My only problem with the car is that it is somewhat small and difficult for larger people to fit into comfortably.

Basic impression of 2018 Mazda 6.
Very good handling, nice sleek look to it and all features are necessary. The interior is comfortable and the defrosting features work very well. Not as jumpy as the Mazda 3 but packs a good amount of power for a daily driver. Spacious with a large trunk as well.

Great features in mazda 6 car.
It is very reliable and has great features. My favorite is that it will beep if you are going over the lane and has an automatic break in case of an emergency. It also has a great Bose sound system and a very easy to use interface with apple CarPlay. I love the car.

Great car offering smooth handling and a comfortable, yet sporty feeling ride.
Car is fun to drive. It has smooth handling and control. At it is base model it feels underpowered though. At the time it was the only manual transmission Mazda 6 available (now none) and they only had it for the base trim. As a car I like driving it, I wish they would've allowed for a larger engine.

Mazda6: why you need this car!
I love the interior and the way it drives, the acceleration feels super smooth and adding the extension for apple CarPlay makes the car go from a normal sedan to feel like a luxury vehicle. I have only driven it for about 2 or 3 weeks but I plan on driving this car until the wheels fall off.

Ac vent could be better, but overall this vehicle is good on gas, aesthetics, trunk space, & has enough leg room in the front and back rows. The Bluetooth audio along with the USB audio also connects in a timely manner, which helps a lot when you are on the go.

Tire pressure light is very sensitive, collision light can come on just by hitting a pothole, sport mode is great and does not burn too much fuel. Very smooth driving car and feel luxurious inside for a reasonable price. Gets good gas mileage and is push to start.

My Mazda 6 is great! The leather seats are comfortable and have heated seats that work very well. The driving accessories are great. It has cruise control, lane assist, and a system that activates the brakes when you get close to another car. The car also locks itself when you walk away from the car.

This car drives beautifully. The handling and acceleration are a lot of fun. It is also a beautiful car. The interior far exceeds anything in its class. This is a luxury car at a consumer sedan price. There is a lot of space in the car despite its slender profile. It is not great on mpg especially with it is turbo engine begging to be pushed, but I still highly recommend this car.

Excellent design and quality. Mediocre performance and drive train.
This vehicle came with a 75000/72 month warranty and is very reliable. The performance is fantastic; acceleration is great for a 4 cylinder engine. The turbo works much better in this vehicle than the heavier cx 9. The brakes are just okay. They do not have the best stopping power but it is sufficient enough to not be dangerous. Other vehicles that I have driven have had much better stopping power. The interior is very luxurious. The seats are very comfortable and the features and amenities are aplenty. The heads up display is perfect and does not interfere or distract the driver. Android auto was a nice touch and introduces a whole slew of new features that the standard infotainment system does not have. The exterior design is beautiful and very aerodynamic. Mazda needs to introduce AWD to their sedan lines though as living in New England requires it. I often find the front tires slipping if the road is the tiniest bit wet.

Very reliable. Almost 40,000 without a glitch. Love the sunroof. The model looks very much like other higher end cars without the higher cost. I would buy another without a doubt. Good gas mileage. Steady in New England winter. Replaced tires and it feels like new.

Mazda 6 review after 2 years.
I haven't had any problems with my car. It rides very smooth and is fuel efficient. The backseat has enough room for 3 passengers and it is a very comfortable car. I haven't had to drive in the snow as of yet so I cannot rate how it drives in the snow. I wish I had a remote start option but the car didn't come with that option. The backup camera is much better than the one on my cx 9.

Great performance- I have never had any major mechanical issues with his car. Consistently reliable, we had the same model before and got into a rear-end accident and no one was hurt. Comfort is standard but nothing special. I do not think this model has any features that are overwhelmingly interesting- but the entertainment system is probably my favorite feature.

Mazda 6: minor hiccups, otherwise a good drive.
Comfortable car. Some small issues. Sometimes has some trouble starting. Takes a couple tries and need to take out of park and put back into park to get it to start up. I have also had the trunk pop open on the highway without touching the key fob. But car drives well, and gets good gas mileage.

My car is fantastic. It is incredibly comfortable and easy to drive. I love the backup camera and backup warnings. The truck is very big, and it doesn't look big from the outside, which is very nice. The back seat is also roomy, but it doesn't make the car look bulky. I like that it looks like a sports car, but I can still pack a ton of stuff into it. The lane changing beeping was annoying at the beginning but now I am happy that it is there to warn me if I try to change lanes too quickly.

Good gas mileage, drives pretty well. Acceleration is not great. Sometimes have some issues starting the car due to issues with the key fob. It is comfortable and it has a very sporty look. Defrost could work better in the winter and wipers on the back windshield would be a plus.

All windows are automatic (including sunroof)! Minor detail but so convenient.
I absolutely love the features this vehicle has. Since getting this car, whenever I drive someone else’s car I find myself reaching or looking for the features my car has and am disappointed. I thought the heads up display would be distracting while driving but it is not! My only complaint is related to the cruise control. When the cruise is set and I am coming up behind someone the car pulls back (yes it is a safety feature) but it makes it more difficult to change lanes. Once you get used to the distance between you and the next car and start expecting the car to pull its easier to anticipate so you can hit the gas and change lanes if needed.

I really love the CarPlay feature.
My Mazda 6 has not given me any problems yet. It has CarPlay, which is great for using your maps for GPS, playing your music and clearly seeing what song is on, and any messages or phone calls you get. It can also be answered with your voice, and send a message with your voice so you do not have to take your eyes off the road. I get great gas mileage, and I haven't had any issues with my tires either. You can adjust your mirrors and seat to match perfectly to your comfort level, the back seats get plenty of air conditioning, and those seats even fold down to give you extra trunk space which is a great factor.

Smooth, reliable, good looking ride.
Haven't had a single problem with the vehicle since day one. The car has been a great ride, very reliable, comfortable and fun car. I drive very little, basically for work and now during the pandemic I do not even drive it every day. The car has great seats, smooth sounding engine, smooth transmission, nice speakers. However I think the infotainment system is a bit outdated. The screen is very small and dark. Wish it was bigger and had full colors. Also the transmission is only 6 speed, whereas other manufacturers run on 10 speed already, so that is another fields that could be improved/upgraded.

The highway gas mileage is phenomenal. The additional safety features while driving are updated and fantastic.
The only thing I don't really like about my vehicle is the lack of interior storage in the seating areas. No good place for anything like an umbrella or extra water bottle.

Cost effective and reliable car.
The vehicle has overall been very reliable. We have continued to do the regular maintenance and have not had any problems. I would rate the car as highly reliable and feel comfortable driving it on long trips. It is relatively comfortable and looks higher end than what we paid for it. The features on the dash look nice and are functional. For a smaller sedan there is plenty of trunk space.

My car is perfect. It stopped running and it was the exhaust valve was stuck shut Mazda replaced and car is good as new! The car has awesome features such as lane assist. Mazda 6: some glitches but a reliable car.
The vehicle computer has issues. I take the car in for regular maintenance, and despite this, sometimes it takes several tries for the computer to turn on while driving. Often times it resets and I have to change the time on the display. Other than that the car is sleek and comfortable. I have not had any mechanical issues as of yet.

Color combination is perfect, mica reflex blue with sand leather interior.
Color of exterior and interior were my priority. North Penn Mazda searched high and low but found the color. Was pleasantly surprised of all the bells and whistles included since I went with touring just to get the color combination I wanted. Also provided cost to pay for auto remote installation.

Satisfaction with 2018 Mazda 6.
Occasionally I have trouble with the computer system in the car. Sometimes the GPS will not register where I am and does not always take the most direct route to the destination. There is also a delay sometimes from the time that the car turns on to the time that the display screen with my radio and Bluetooth will turn on. There have been times where I need to turn the car off and then back on again to get the computer system to register.

Okay but mostly annoying
I recently purchased a 2018 6 GT and mostly disappointed in many of the features that have been taken away or compromised as compared to my 2014 Mazda 6. No more coin holder or sliding arm rest. The trip odometer is no longer independent of the mpg. The instrument cluster info readouts are more complicated and distracting. The readouts from the console climate control are harder to read. The AC does not function properly when turned on in a hot car environment.What really gets me is that annoying confirm message you get when you turn the car on how you will not be distracted which is completely against how they designed the system for distraction The voice command is terrible, my 2014 had much better response and accuracy when selecting artists in my USB drive.The ride is harsh and the steering is twitchy but the turbo does a nice job. I used to have to pup the throttle to get the transmission to kick into a lower gear to move my old slug and now I can compete with the V6 crowd with better fuel mileage. At first I thought the radar cruise was pretty cool but now it's mostly an annoyance when the crazies on 95 are constantly cutting in front of you.The rain sensing windshield wipers work most of the time except when you first turn the car on.

Fun to drive, inexpensive to operate.
The car is sporty and fun to drive. It gets pretty good fuel economy and has had no mechanical issues in the 18 months that I have owned it. I found the drivers door to require me to duck a bit more than my previous Mazda 3. However, overall, I really like the looks of the car and enjoy driving it.

Good or Bad? It has the latest FOB keying and "Push Button Start", that you would have to get used to.
It is Sooo New that I am still not used to the newest features that it comes with. It came with the "New Red" body color. I have owned two other Mazda 6 - a 2012 and a 2006. I love the car!

The new android auto and apple carplay upgrade is fantastic. The performance is just enough to be satisfying and not overly so. The braking could be a little stiffer. The interior is beautifully crafted and luxurious.

Mazda 6, check engine light.
Comfortable and reliable for getting around town with decent gas mileage. The check engine light has been on and it has been an issue trying to figure out what is actually wrong with it, taken it to multiple places. It seems like the wheel alignment needs to be adjusted more often.

Great reliable car, powerful engine.
Responds very to the acceleration. Has that sporty feel, but with the luxury look and comfort. When the weather is very hot, sometimes the display screen does not turn on, but will usually do the next time you start the car. The car has good gas mileage.

My car is white, has a backup camera, sensor for when shield whispers
Just not my kind of car it's pretty good and has good ratings but it has a sensor problem. It does have a lot of sensor's. It's super roomy and the tan and black makes its pop. The tires are extremely expensive. It rides smooth. I've also had a problem with hooking my iPhone to the radio.

The safety features are wonderful.
I like the smooth ride and luxury look. I dislike that I do not have Sirius XM and the auto high beam lights.

Mazda 6 great car even for moms with kids!
I truly love my car and I am a mother of two children. There is just as much room in the trunk for my stroller like before with my Mazda cx-5. It is great on gas mileage and is such a smooth drive. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. I got the black on black interior and exterior and it looks so sharp and stays looking clean even with my kids. I haven't had any problems so far with this car at all. The seats are really comfortable and easy to adjust. Love the new screens for the backing up feature is big and clear.

Great vehicle, no technical or mechanical problems. Really strong bang for your buck, can get features that cars twice in price have. Awesome handling, engine upgrade is very responsive. Interior is sophisticated and refined, sleek exterior styling.

Amazing smooth and spacious ride!!
The Mazda 6 grand touring has the smoothest driving capability. I love all the safety features that come with it like staying within the lines, letting you know about your blind spots and if you are too close to the car in front of you. I also really love the navigation system. You can talk to the car and have places saved. When the GPS speaks to you, it only does it on the driver's side so it doesn't interrupt the music for others. The space inside the car is amazing. I have two car seats in the back and we don't even need to push the front seats forward. I can ride in the back with the two car seats. We have taken the car on road trips and since it is such a smooth ride, you feel so comfortable and you can fall asleep peacefully. This is easily one of the best cars. I would highly recommend it.

Mazda 6 sport - luxury for less.
I love my car because it includes so many features that are usually extra in luxury vehicles, whereas in mazda’s case, they are included in the reasonable price of the vehicle. Some of these include: safety features - lane departure alerts and alerts when you are too close to another car, backup camera, etc, seat warmers, and keyless start and unlock. The car also has a very classy look, with leatherette seats and a sleek outer appearance. There are many great color choices.

Mazda really stepped up their game. Probably the most underrated brand today.
No problems yet (almost 2 yrs). Turbo engine has plenty of power, gas mileage is fine. Love the heads up display on the windshield. Shoes speed, cruise control info, blind spot ino, etc. Best part though is always shows speed limit, and updates as soon as you pass a sign (camera reads it). Ventilated seats work great! However I would prefer the radio be touchscreen rather than controlled with the navigation knob on the steering wheel controls. This is one of my few gripes. I would make the purchase again.

Mazda 6 is a great sedan, and highly underrated.
Great road performance. Easy steering. Nice acceleration. The sport trim has a nice amount of safety features. Does relatively well on gas. Interior is modern, simplistic and sleek. Leg room in the back is a bit tight. Cargo space could be more sufficient. Infotainment starting to get dated.

I love my Mazda and the Mazda Company!
I absolutely love my car. Everything in it works amazing. It's is super comfortable and very luxurious. I have a red Mazda and Mazda's red is absolutely stunning. You can see reflections in it like it was a mirror; in other words, their colors are very beautiful and pigmented. I would definitely recommend Mazda to someone looking for a new or used car.
