The safety features are probably the most important items
Great acceleration, sound system and luxury interior. Very smooth ride and exceptional handling. Back up camera, lane assist, keyless entry and remote start are great features as well. Maintenance is minimal but quite expensive and it does not have good fuel economy.
accountCircle Kennedy F
Great car! Unique features, incredible safety and comfort.
I have had very little issue. Small non mechanical items. The engine has been fantastic throughout our entire ownership of this car. This has been a wonderful purchase. I would strongly recommend purchasing a Mercedes Benz. They are comfortable and safe for all.

The Buick is sound proof and it is great to drive.
My car drives smooth. Love the style.. The only thing I dislike is that have no car service on Saturday..

Always be sure to warm up your vehicle. Be sure your transmission is worked on in the summer.
I love my heated seats, turbo, and sound system. I don't like the cost for maintenance. I also dislike the fact that there are two recalls on my vehicle.

Good services from the dealer ships.
Drives well. No problems with gas consumption. It's a smart car. It tells me when things goes wrong and when it needs checking on.

My love for luxury: luxury sports car with clean lines and an amazing interior.
My vehicle is a sports model which cause repairs to be much higher than the standard model. I always shop around for repair shops that have great reviews for luxury vehicles. The performance is amazing and it is a very reliable car. My black interior and wood grain touches make the elegance reach an all time high. I love my Mercedes!

Comfortable, stylish, and reliable.
Our Mercedes c300 is very comfortable. From the adjustable seats to individual temperature controls, every member of the family enjoys a short or long drive. The eco vs sport driving mode is also a great feature. We prefer eco for running errands around town and sport for longer higher speed travels. Our c300 is also very reliable. We've never had any performance issues and look forward to driving this car for several more years.

Very nice, beautiful, sporty vehicle!
I love everything about my car. It is comfortable, handles well and looks very nice. The car is fuel efficient yet has a lot of pick-up and is fast on the highway. It has every feature that you would want in an automobile. I would recommend it to anyone interested in this type of vehicle.

Bad Engine Design C250 Sport I4
Over all I love the car. That being said, I have owned 6 previous MB cars, and drove all of them in excess of 250,000 miles with no problems other than normal wear and tear. This one, a 2013 C250 Sport, hit 130,000 and required major engine repair for a failed timing chain and ancillary parts. This vehicle was always dealer serviced on time and still failed. I am seriously disappointed in the vehicle and the dealership. I asked the service person if this was a common issue with this engine and was advised that it was not, checked online and it appears to be a very common issue. Not likely to purchase another one.

No there is so much problems with this engine

I hate my c 250. Miss my Camry.
Need 4 doors, had a leak. Check engine light is on and cannot figure out why. The leather seat is coming off. And the metal covering on the steering wheel and seat levers are coming off and me and one of my daughters cut ourselves on it and I cannot take all of it off and it is white and ugly underneath.

2 door sport coupe with panoramic sunroof and upgraded harman kardon sound system.
The panoramic sunroof is really a plus. There is not a significant amount of trunk space, but it is a coupe, so that is to be expected. Performance includes eco or sport mode. I honestly cannot tell a difference between the two half the time. The user interface could be better. Toyota has more user friendly and better looking interfaces than this.
accountCircle James W
It is expensive, especially after warranties expire.
I like that it is paid for; that it gives good gas mileage; that it looks sporty. I dislike the uncomfortable seats; lack of trunk space; back seats don't fold down to extend trunk/hauling space.
accountCircle Michelle W
More maintenance than usual.
There are several issues including but not limited to tire pressure issues where the tire pressure constantly goes low, broken clasps on the storage compartments, air conditioning filter causing the air to smell bad and costly maintenances that have to be performed at the dealer.
accountCircle Phyllis F
I think people should know that the maintenance and repairs are very expensive, including gas, which costs more than other cars, as it only uses the highest grade
I like the size of my car. I also like the ease of driving it. What I don't like is that it's too low to sit in and not as comfortable as I thought it would be.
accountCircle Bo M
Sleek and fast and reliable. The car is very affordable for a luxury car.
Really excellent car with great durability and performance is excellent. I have minimal issues throughout the car's lifetime and plan on keeping the car for a lot longer. I love the car because it is a good looking car and there are many beneficial features to the car. I highly recommend for new buyers to look at the car.

Service management poor quality and coordination.
Service costs are very high. Service tries to oversell and rarely reviews service records to verify prior service performance. Follow up is poor and dealership management does not pay enough attention to an area that can produce consistent revenue and performance.

Perfect single male car that's a head turner
82k miles on the car and the only parts it's needed is basic maintenance (brakes, oil, filters, tires). Oil changes can get pricey with 7 quarts and full synthetic plus it takes premium gas but I love the comfort and style of the vehicle. Considered a 4 door sedan, but with the front seats all the way back, there isn't much room for backseat passengers or car seats. Overall a great car for a single male like myself.

Pros from Owners

likeFilled Laura D.

The pros of this vehicle it is a cute chic car easy to drive & park. The body style is nice and classy chic look. Opening your hood it is easy to add water & oil. As you open the door it is very roomy, air condition has enough power, and sound is perfect.

likeFilled Sonja B.

Gas mileage, comfort, heated seats, navigation system,, affordability, oil changes @ 10k miles. Sleek/clean look, knee airbags, dual airbags, luxurious feel, car advises when services are due, car will advise you to take a break when noticed that swerving has taken place. Nice ride overall.

likeFilled Paige G.

This model has a sleek body style. The car is reliable and gets great gas mileage. The resale and/or trade-in value is reasonable. It is equipped with a 228-hp 3.0-Liter V6 engine. The C-Class luxury sport sedans design, performance and technology features are top quality.

likeFilled Triana J.

Pros; Good on gas mileage. Takes about $40 to fill up. Sporty but luxury. Everybody loves my car. You can learn how to do majority of the maintenance on your own. Cons; Maintenance can be a expensive depending on what you need.

Cons from Owners

dislikeFilled Laura D.

The cons on this Mercedes buying it brand new. Leather has torn due to wear & tear. Inside panel buttons have faded. The outside had two different set of wheels unable to rotate all 4 tires need to buy each year.

dislikeFilled Sonja B.

I cannot really say there are any true cons aside from the premium gas prices, yet that is not a con of the actual car not it is features, dependability or safety. The car is a great car, there are no cons in my opinion.

dislikeFilled Paige G.

The C-350 model has tight rear seating and not enough cup holders. If you drop something under the front seats, consider it gone forever unless you want to and can remove the seat itself. The trunk space is minimal. The brake-pads, tires and steering rack bushings wear out relatively quickly.

dislikeFilled Triana J.

Maintenance can be expensive, no satellite radio, have to purchase the navigation system if the car does not come with it which is about $800, other than that it is a really good car, oh if the leather has small tear then get it fixed right away it will get bigger.

Is The 2013 Mercedes-Benz C-Class A Good Value?

Cost for a 2013 used Mercedes is between 16k to 33k depending on the vehicle. I'd prefer not to say how much I paid.

I bought it 4 years ago. It has decreased a lot in value. I would put a 11k-13k for the price now. However, the trade in values that I have had has been drastically lower.
