I m loving it. Classy and smart car.
I love Mercedes its classy and comfy both at same time I am driving if for two years by now I do not find any problem till now except that its a city car due to low profile tires it now comfortable on freeway I love the windows I love the seats and love everything about it.

One of the best Mercedes Benz c class vehicle.
My vehicle is one of the best so far, it has nice features that are very compatible and very easy to use. It has one of the best interior designs too. The model is one of the best as it very unique with interesting features, it has incredible speed and tough tires too.

This car is so cool and I am fascinated.
Sometimes,I face engine failure problem. Electric connection in the engine often have trouble working with the crankshaft sensor which can lead the car simply shut down and stop working. Also suffer steering problems, brakes problems. It is performance so cool. Multiple engine option allow you to customize your ride around your own precise needs.

The mb 300... The good and the meh.
Comfortable interior, great amenities. Smooth ride and powerful yet graceful. Maintenance is expensive but infrequent. Love the dual controls so that people on both sides of the car can be comfortable. Great sound system. Mbrace program is very unreliable... Biggest downfall.

Mercedes-benz c 300. Outstanding performance.
I absolutely love mercedes-benz. With more tech cars are becoming equipped with cars can be confusing. But Mercedes is so user friendly. Using the display was easy from the beginning, connecting to Bluetooth, etc. I love how the controller for the display is down by the gear shift, naturally where you rest your arm on the center console. No more no leaning forward pushing multiple buttons. Just one seamless scroll and click with the controller. Mercedes has the best sound/speaker system that does not get drowned out from engine noise. It is such a fun, fast car without being over the top. I have never experienced any problems with performance. The reliability is outstanding.

Worth the money, would buy again
Could be a little more quiet on the road. Very noisy tires. Otherwise very nice ride. Comfortable, buttons on dash very easy to figure out. Much better than the GLA class. Very comparable to the E350. Very little lag when taking off and getting up to speed. A/C very cold, excellent gas mileage

Beautiful looking car inside and out.
While it looks beautiful, problems with GPS a lot and sometimes tires a problem and way car runs there are some issues with vehicle privacy with apps.. I would buy Mercedes again though as it looks lovely. And spacious. Interior gorgeous and I have had a few of these models.

A few words of my Mercedes Benz c-class 2018.
It goes really fast and it is a very comfortable car and the features are absolutely amazing I completely recommend it. It is kind of hard to keep clean and a bit of problems with the engine but other than that I love it. Cost a lot but it is totally worth buying!

Luxury has become pedestrian.
Mercedes Benz was once the gold standard of luxury and reliability. The car was recalled twice during the first six months I owned it. Some reliable German engineering. Most lower priced cars I have ridden in have the same features as the Mercedes. This car does not feel all that special.
accountCircle Amanda G
Luxury comfortable sedan with a great sound system.
It has no problems with driving or comfort. I only have the base model, it has a small dash screen - 7.5 inches. It is not touch screen, there is no apple carplay, there is no ac seats, there is no open/close trunk button, it has no hid headlights, does not have the spoiler, no additional colors for interior lighting, no built in navigation.
accountCircle L E
The car also has a sunroof to let the windy breeze inside.
The problems I have with my Mercedes-Benz vehicle, is that it's second-handed so it's going to have slight problems. The battery in the car key is slowly going out, whenever I try to unlock the door it takes about 2 minutes for it to finally open. It has also seems like it's been a problem starting the car when I finally get in. It'll take about 10 seconds to start, but this only happens occasionally. And as it being a Mercedes, it constantly needs gas. Besides that the car works really well, it rides nice and smooth, it's honestly amazing. I would say this car is kind of reliable, it's really unpredictable when it's second-hand owned. The Mercedes has nice-coated leather seats but can be a pain in the summer. Its features looks luxurious with tinted windows in the backseat, with a nice sparkle on the paint of the car.
accountCircle Lindsey H
Appealing to the eye but underwhelming performance.
The vehicle has a sleek, classy, and sporty luck. The selling point of this car for me was the panoramic sunroof. I am unimpressed with the power and performance of this vehicle in sport mode and also in winter weather conditions.. The interior of this car is also very small especially if you need a car seat in the back.

What Do Critics Say About the Mercedes C-Class?

  • Consumer Reports says the 2018 Mercedes C-Class is an impressive luxury sedan offering a great driving experience, while also getting high owner satisfaction scores.
  • Edmunds rates the C-Class at 4.1/5, praising the cutting-edge technology features, but doesn’t like the overly stiff suspension.
  • Kelley Blue Book users give the C-Class a 4.4/5, enjoying the outstanding luxury features, but owners don’t like the limited rear seat legroom.

What Common Problems Does the 2018 Mercedes C-Class Have?

Common problems with the 2018 Mercedes C-Class include excessive vibrations from the steering wheel, damaged sunroofs, along with fueling issues. Overall, these problems are similar to many other small luxury cars on the market, but repair costs are still high due to expensive parts.

Excessive vibrations from the steering wheel are the most widespread complaint on the 2018 Mercedes C-Class, showing up at around 12,000 miles. Rough roads can cause the car to lose alignment very quickly. Getting the car realigned costs around $250, depending on local labor rates. There are also some shock issues reported, which cost around $450 to swap out.

Damaged sunroofs have also been reported on models with panoramic sunroofs. The seals on the sunroof start wearing out at around 35,000 miles when it’s left in direct sunlight for a long time. Changing out the seals costs around $650 because the entire sunroof has to be removed to replace them.

Fueling issues also show up on some 2018 C-Class models in the first 40,000 miles. The charcoal canister on the fuel tank causes the gas pump to turn off multiple times while filling it up. Replacing the canister costs around $500, depending on local labor rates, but does fix the issue.

There are 18 recalls on the 2018 Mercedes-Benz C-Class, which is worse than other luxury cars from the same year. The most serious recall covers the battery not being secured, which can cause it to short out. Mercedes will install a battery hold-down on affected models for free. Many of the other recalls cover the seats, along with the emergency call system.

How Long Will the 2018 Mercedes C-Class Last?

A well-maintained 2018 Mercedes C-Class can last around 200,000 miles, although they get expensive to maintain at over 100,000 miles, which is shorter than the long-lasting Lexus IS. Regular annual maintenance costs are higher than many other cars, according to data provided by Repair Pal, at $739 per year.

As a used 2018 C-Class reaches 100,000 miles, and depending on the vehicle history, owners should be prepared to replace the suspension height sensor for $125, spark plugs costing $275, along with the brake vacuum pump which costs $500.

The only problem that I have encountered, and this is true for most c300 years, is that the tires are not durable.

accountCircle Sheila R

There are no problems that I can think of right now. I have only had it for 6 months and it drives beautifully.

accountCircle J R

accountCircle Shelly P

Yes it is very reliable. No maintenance issues, I have the prepaid service plan and I have only had to have 1 service and have 10,000 miles on the car. Good gas mileage too

accountCircle Liz M

The vehicle is very reliable. I don't have any problems with any functioning parts of the car. It starts up beautifully every time.

How Is the Technology?

Standard entertainment technology is very good with a 7-inch central display with Bluetooth connectivity. Optional upgrades include a larger 8.4-inch screen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration, as well as a more powerful stereo system.

Standard safety technology is great, offering:

  • Forward collision warning
  • Brake assist
  • Crosswind assist
  • Driver drowsiness monitoring
  • Rain-sensing windshield wipers
  • Rearview camera
  • Mercedes Pre-Safe, which automatically prepares for a collision

Optional driver assistance features include:

  • Blind spot assist
  • Adaptive headlights
  • Active park assist
  • Surround-view camera system
  • Head-up display
  • Pedestrian detection
  • Lane keep assist
  • Traffic sign recognition
  • Cross traffic alert

I haven't had any. Problems other than cheap tires that had to be replaced I barely have any miles on my vehicle and the tires were worn to tread before 25000 miles so I had to replace them other than that no issues so far. Rides very smooth barely feels like vehicle is on or moving especially on highway.

My beautiful benz and why I would never switch out.
They say money can't buy happiness but it is better to cry in a benz. My benz is a smooth ride and what is great is the now lease sales model available - that way I can upgrade my benz to the latest model and keep up with the trends. The drive itself is very smooth and once you get a knack of the gears, you may not want to get another make or model. It also has lane keep assist that makes sure you stay within your lane - a cop can never make the excuse you were swerving!

I love my vehicle. I haven't had a major concern on the vehicle itself. I am using it almost everyday for work and every week for long distance travel going to Sacramento. It is very comfortable to drive and even my passengers love to ride on it. Since I am using it every week for long distance drive, the tires are a bit thinner and must be changed as soon as possible. For the features, I love that it easily connects with my Bluetooth and sounds are great too. If I'd buy another car, I would still consider buying another model of Mercedes Benz.

The Mercedes c300 is an excellent car. One of the cool features is that has sports and sports plus mode. Not only does it run fast but it also has an eco option which makes it waste less gas. The interior is all leather and makes it a smooth ride. One of the problems is that it has a foul smell coming out of the air vents. This only happens during the summer. This vehicle run on a v6 engine which give it a lot of power and torque. It is very reliable and I have no issues with the performance. There are 4 driving modes (comfort, eco, sport, and sport +) which allow you to select your optimal driving mode based on needs. The car is very reliable. The only drawback is that you can only fill the gas tank with premium gas which can get quite pricey. Gas mileage is about 22 mpg.

Best Car and Buying Experience of my Life
The best car I have ever purchased! And the buying experience through Mercedes Benz was great!, The car itself is very quiet, runs very well, it is much happier than the car I traded in. Mercedes Benz, seems more to want ensure I am happy with the car, it drives nice and is very well made, my only regret is that I wished we had purchased Mercedes Benz years ago when we were younger, and in reality they cost no more than any other domestic premium car

Amazing car, considering getting a second household car & it will be Mercedes!
No problems! It is comfortable, secure and easy to drive. We love it. We are actually considering on getting another car and it will be Mercedes as well. Also, customer service is always the best and we never had any problem. The screen is huge and amazing to use.

Very good but minor issues.
My car driver very well on the road especially the highway. I have been using for a year now and it been amazing. Has many’s setting and comforts that are made to fit your preference. Only issues I have had is engine making sound or tires. This car could have a lot of patience but for me I have been lucky to have barely any.

In love with my Mercedes c class.
Absolutely love my car! This is my second Mercedes c class. Loved it so much, got another one. Performance is excellent. At first I thought it would be too small, but I love the size. It is comfortable to drive and park! Also love the navigation, they changed it to connect to your google maps.

Amazing attention to detail & a stunning appearance!
I love my current car! It rides really smooth, has never had a technical or performance issue and almost feels like you are gliding across the road - it is such a smooth drive. With the color-changing features for the interior of the car, I can choose between over 60 colors to fit my mood which is one of my favorite aspects this car and model offers with the lighting package. The AMG engine is stunning and sounds like a race car when put into sport+ mode and I love using this mode for when I am going down long highways or driving on a long open road down to the shore. This is the first model of Mercedes where I have yet to have any problems with the cars functionality.

Very good car - highly depending and good looking.
I really like the car. It is comfortable and the drive is really smooth. The only knock on it is the gas mileage that it gets is not very good. I would say that my favorite feature in the car is the look. When you take care of the exterior, the car looks really nice.

It is the perfect size in the city.
It is the perfect car for city driving, as it handles very well in traffic and so easy to park. The ride feels very smooth, even over bumpy roads. I use my carplay for navigation and music, so easy to pair with your phone. The car does get good gas mileage on the highway.

I love my vehicle for its comfort, safety features, and the pleasure it brings to me when driving. Mercedes-Benz constantly makes refinements to its vehicles, which make each new purchase very worthwhile. I cannot imagine driving any other brand. I have no complaints or particular dislikes.
It makes driving, even under stressful conditions, a pure pleasure.

The Benz has the best technology features.
The exterior color of my car is obsidian black with Bluetooth c300 sedan. It has command navigation which helps me get around. It has the best Audio system. It has a great transmission that helps with the turbo power, great for highway cruising. It has user friendly technology. I love this car.

Purchase a mercedes-benz. Powerful, beautiful and trustworthy.
I have no problems with my vehicle. Mercedes-benz makes fantastic cars. The motor is powerful and good. Interior is beautiful soft leather. I have been leasing Mercedes Benz for many years. Mercedes is a very expensive car but it is so worth the money. They last forever.

The high luxury class sedan.
It is a very good car, it is small, versatile and reliable, comfortable, fast, classy, beautiful and not so expensive for a car of with it is features. Low fuel consumption, increased battery life, among a host of other amazing capabilities. The only problem will be the harshly limited cargo.

All-wheel drive gives the 2021 ascent an advantage over most of its rivals.
My vehicle is too good at its service. Standard all-wheel drive gives the 2021 ascent an advantage over most of its rivals. Its competitive pricing, generous standard features (including many safety items), and anticipated strong resale values also put it in a good light, especially when compared with the Chevy traverse and ford explorer. Mercedes c300 is a beautiful vehicle.
My 2018 Mercedes c300 is an excellent car and I am happy with my purchase. The leather heated seats are great, the handling on the road is incredible, and the remote vehicle start has ensured my safety. I say that because working late at night allows me to start my car before I leave the office and when I get to my car it is running as if someone is in the vehicle waiting for me.

2018 Mercedes c class review.
The car is very reliable and works extremely well. It is an easy car to drive and is very comfortable. The car has only had to go in for an oil change. All of the features are cool, but I think there are too many of them. I also can understand how it can lead to distracted driving, but all in all, it is a good car. People will look at the car, but that is with ever c-class.
