Great first car for small family
It's nice that it's automatic. It has kick when you step on the pedal. It's a nice size for a small family with plenty of trunk space. It is a little shorter so it makes it harder to put kids in their car seats without bumping their heads in the door frame. I've had problems with the radio and spark plugs but other than that it's been a really reliable car that has been in the family for over a decade! It also has great gas mileage and has been good on road trips

Some Comfortable Luxury Cars Come with Cons
The most common problem is the interior plastic (dashboard, door handles, mid-console and cup-holders). It is the typical turn-of-the-century cheap plastic (common in Japanese manufacturers). Mechanically, the most common problem is the transmission (occasionally has shifting issues). Comfortable, suspension is great; it is however a longer vehicle, so maneuvering can be trying. AC just went out recently, but mine is 2001, so it is old. Mine has a nice sunroof that has not stopped working, so that is a plus. The mileage is around 19 mpg, so that's a downside. But it IS a luxury car. Looks beautiful (I have no idea why Mitsubishi stopped this design).
