It's reliable, drives well, good gas mileage, few problems.
It's a very nice looking car. It runs great, never have any problems with it. This is the second Lancet I've owned and I am very sad to hear they have discontinued it. All around great car.

Red with black rims, stands out in d crowd. Makes me feel confident while I drive.
Since its a Mitsubishi Japanese, the mechanical problems are almost non existent, gas mileage is good not great and it looks cool and somewhat unique compared to other cars. Since not a lot of lancers out there. Interior wise it's not high tech or leather, but it has the basic needs.

Its sporty. So there is that
I haven't had any problems with my car. I love it. I would recommend it to anyone. Great and reliable. It features spoiler. Black pain. T seater. Cvt tranny and overall is amazing going and no loss of speed. I give it 9 out of 10. With 1 to grow on. Great Work

Mitsubishi makes great, reliable cars and SUVs.
I have had no problems with my 2014 Mitsubishi lancer since I purchased it in 2016. It's a great car, runs well in rain and snow. It gets great gas mileage. For a sedan it has a large trunk and back seat. It might not be a good buy if you have a larger family but it's a nice, affordable and reliable car. And if you are into customizing your vehicle the lancer is a great choice.

Gas economy and quality with good price
After 4 years It's remains and looks like new is very efficient in gas and very comfortable interior and very big trunk
accountCircle Adrian H
It's manual transmission.
I like the manual transmission. I hate the gas mileage.
accountCircle Jesse C
The car is reliable and quite maneuverable and compact. . And easy to drive.
The problem with this lancer is the transmission oil cooler. Cause it overheats occasionally. The only solution is to add an aftermarket transmission oil cooler. There are several brands that are compatible. The prices are pretty expensive but are easy to install.
accountCircle Lily A
It runs great and nothing on it has failed.
I have had zero issues with this car and have had it since 2015. I have replaced the tires once other than that I get the oil changed usually a little past what people suggest since I use full synthetic. It gets great gas mileage and has run well the 5 years I have had it.

Wish it was an evolution.
Basic, cheap make, wish I never stepped foot into Mitsubishi. Company will not refund warranty even though I do not even use it. Your better off going somewhere else or getting a clunker off the road, insurance for this vehicle is expensive.

Bad on tires ..Everytime go for routine maintenance something bigger problem.. Catylic converter cover rusted off . Oxygen sensor came loose.Rust underneath of car. Never again will I buy a Mitsubishi

Should have held out for anything but Mitsubishi.
USB installation and wireless configuration sucks. Not comfortable. Do not like security features. It lacks the features and comfort of us models I have tried. It lacks sufficient features of other models I have tried in the past. It does not drive as smoothly as other models.

This car gets good gas mileage.
I like smaller cars. This is too big. It does not have a tape player but does have Bluetooth capabilities.
accountCircle Keith K
Hasn't been a money pit like most cars
Has run really well overall. Some rusting issues.emissions system has also had some issues but does not impact performance or driveability
accountCircle George G
Great compliments for the gold rims I have.
4 cylinder, Economic fuel, 4 door sedan, white, looks like an evolution, it's fun to drive, feels like a lawn mower car provides no power output. You can take it off my hand if you want

Mitsubishi lancer reviews.
Nice vehicle for price maintenance is cheap but high mileage vehicle degrades greatly. I would buy another one if it came out with a v6 compared to a 4 cylinder. Interior is basic and they should make more models with better accessories I would recommend buying one.

A Mitsubishi lancer is a great, reliable car.
It runs great and gets good gas mileage. Although, the tank is very small so you have to constantly fill it. Great car lasts a while, very safe and efficient. It is a great first car. Pretty fast but nothing too dangerous. Would highly recommend anyone to buy it.

Fast and affordable vehicle.
It is very fast but sometimes it lags and the handling can be a bit wonky. It looks really good and is an attractive car. It is very reliable and will also last a very long time without any major issues. As long as you keep up with the scheduled maintenance and get oil changes regularly,

Mitsubishi lancer 2014. A great car for a first time driver who is traveling.
Overall is a great vehicle but I prefer vehicles that are off the ground. The Mitsubishi lancer gets great gas mileage for long distance and great highway miles. It is not my ideal car for a family. I only have a basic version so there is not much to my car and I did get it used. But again overall it is a very good vehicle it would be great first vehicle for someone.

Pros from Owners

likeFilled Gabriel F.

It's good on gas. Drives well on all streets. Has lots of room inside. The drive feels smooth and it's cozy inside. I have slept inside my car once. I was very cozy inside. Would recommend this car to friends.

Cons from Owners

dislikeFilled Gabriel F.

Wish it had metal rims. Wish it was stick shift. Needs more horsepower when going uphill. Maybe a better transmission. Also it would be nice if it had a better sound system. I like to listen to music in the car. Needs heated seats.

This vehicle is not a bad car for drivers with small families and short commutes. The space in the car is limited but can handle one or two people. Would not recommend for long trips though.
