My vehicle is super awesome, great gas mileage and It's super compact and there is not too much extra dead space, perfect size!!!
I love my vehicle, the color is fantastic, it's super compact and fits everything I need, perfect for someone like me, I love the hatchback for groceries, makes my life so much simpler, plus great gas mileage!

The Mitsubishi Mirage is one of the most economically friendly vehicles out there.
This vehicle is a wonderful economically-friendly car. It gets 40 miles to the gallon on an 8-gallon tank, and while its speed is not the fastest, it is able to travel long distances accordingly. It also seems to have some tire pressure issues, but I've had them few and far in between to notice.

Great first car for someone who wants to save on gas.
I currently have no problems so far, I recently got this car used and it is still very good on gas and it gets me where I need to be without any problems. It is great for a first car and my dogs live it! The only problem( not really a problem for me) is that the speaker is not really loud, but I am not one to blast music so it is fine with me.

The Mirage is an affordable vehicle for me. I have it paid off and it gets its job of taking me around town done.
It has a good gas mileage. I love the bluetooth feature. The smart key is very handy.

My little motorized roller skates.
It's a great around town car. I get 30-40 miles per gallon and when I fill up it's never more than 20 dollars. Also, I have never had mechanical issues and have only had to do the normal maintenance on the car. It drives smooth and the inside has a decent amount of room.

Economic fun car to drive
Comfortable and fun to drive. Economical on gas.overall a great little car.

Perfect beginner vehicle.
The car is really easy to drive. It is compact and lightweight. There is a small amount of storage space in the back, but perfect for what I needed. I think the car is perfect for beginner drivers. I got it for a cheap price with only 40,000 miles on it. I would say that the tires are really small. Going down back roads or dirt roads might be difficult. Plus, I get nervous if I have to carry heavy items in the vehicle. It is easy to park since it only takes up three fourths of the parking space.

It is charcoal grey, tinted windows, four door hatchback, spoiler, and sick rims.
My car is so cute and I love it. The only critique I would have is the fact that is has a small engine and it takes a minute for it to accelerate to a good speed. Other than that it fits me so well. I love my car and I am very fortunate that I am able to have one.

Reasons not to buy a 2014 Mitsubishi mirage:
It takes forever to pick up speed and the gas has to be filled up sooner than most vehicles. The mirage has a 1.2-liter 3-cylinder engine that provides 74 horsepower and 74 lb.-ft. Of torque. If one needs a car with power to climb steep hills on a regular basis, or a car to tow their horse, boat, or heavy equipment, the mirage is not designed to suit those needs.

Great on gas and roomy but that is about all.
It is a cute little car and gets excellent gas mileage. It is a tiny car but does not feel cramped for passengers at all. The bad: the pick up is atrocious. Granted it is 3 cylinders so I didn't expect race capabilities but it is nerve wracking to say the least when joining traffic. The only other issue is the radio. It has Bluetooth but the volume is affected severely and you can barely hear over normal road noise.

What I like the least is the dealerships crooked mechanic. Also that I had my mechanic change the heater core because I did not trust the two face mechanic.at Mitsubishi.i had to send in the defected heater core for my refund. Also the fact that the seat warn out after 30.000 ks and the tires after 50. And wipers and a very loud valve noise that I got two call backs that resolved nothing hit my time and frustration. Never ever again will I purchase a Mitsubishi

Not worth it, tiny engine, poor performance.
Engine is only 3 cylinder, parts are very expensive, drives poorly, seems cheaply made, have had to replace engine at 70k miles, bad transmission, hard to find tire size, weird color options, does not feel very safe, slow acceleration, good gas mileage.

It is a small but good daily car.
Small but is good on gas. Gets good gas mileage. Not a great looking car but it is very roomy although it is small. My mother likes the car very much. It has a CD player. The gas tank has to be opened from inside which I like because it can't be tampered with.

Good gas mileage and that's about it.
Cheaply made. Not good customer service. It has had several recalls. The nearest service center is 30 mins away and they are not very helpful.
accountCircle Laura J
The car does not handle well in sever weather. I bought the car for its color but others need to look at more than cuteness. The cars tires are much to small and i had them replaced with bigger tires.
It does not handle well in the rain and the parts are cheap and often break. The cars seats are uncomfortable. The trunk area is small.
accountCircle Destiny L
Overall it is small but very reliable.
My car’s acceleration is not the best. It takes the car a good minute before it can catch up to other cars. There’s no arm rest but you get used to it after a while. The Bluetooth is only for phone calls and does not work for music. I still haven't figured out how to work the USB since it is not just a plug and go type of USB.

It accelerates rates pretty slowly but there’s a reason it has good mileage.
This car has really good gas mileage providing that you utilize the eco indicator on the dash, I get 30-45 mph depending on if I “gun it” out of a light or follow the eco light. It is starting to have minor sensor issues at the 80,000 mile mark though so be prepared to deal with automatic kill switch to “save the engine” going off, on the bright side if you are ever too low on oil you cannot total the engine through neglect.

Pros from Owners

likeFilled Meaghan S.

The pros of this vehicle is that it is great for city and 'around the town' driving. It is small and compact and handles very well, and gets great gas mileage. While the car is compact, the interior is very roomy and does not feel like a 'small car' while you are inside and is able to carry a good amount of people and/or stuff.

likeFilled Brenda H.

It's great car and it is get gas mileage and easy maintenance and do not know what, wants buying a another one, pick out color that I like, good price on this, hoping to a good price on the next one.

Cons from Owners

dislikeFilled Meaghan S.

The cons are that because it is a tiny car, it does tend to get bullied on the highway or in strong winds around other cars. I would not recommend this car to someone that has to drive long distances daily for a commute to work. I have not experienced any major mechanical issues in the almost five years I have had this care though which is nice.

dislikeFilled Brenda H.

Is little car and you can not put just four people at time and whenever you go on vacation, does not have much space, having more space, would be nice, having than good gas mileage, low maintenance.
