Short and sweet; the environment-friendly car for short commutes.
It is an excellent car, extremely responsive and easy to handle. The one big drawback is it cannot go long distances. I used it very often in high school when I would go back and forth between home, school, and dance. It is the perfect car for a short work commute/living in the city. (perfect for parallel parking!!).

It is a good electric car.
It is a leased electric car, so no gas and little maintenance. The range is near 100 miles in summer and much shorter in the winter.

The leaf is a budget friendly and environmentally friendly ride.
It is a great car for drivers who will stay local. It gets about 90 miles on a full charge. No gas is required. It is a comfortable ride. It is a car that is environmentally friendly, budget friendly, and good for local driving. I enjoy the silent ride, the Sirius XM radio, and the hatchback feature.

For a small car the interior feels spacious.
It's a reliable, smooth, quiet ride. It requires very little maintenance and is inexpensive to charge.

Ev life is the best life with minimal complaints.
I love his vehicle! The only thing that is problematic about it is the range. It is rated for 107 miles and I have a 1 hour plus commute to work, one way. I also live in the mountains where it gets very cold during winter, which lessens the battery life. When I leave the house with 90-100% battery, I am okay, by when I do not I must charge at work. That is okay most of the time, but sometimes it does not regain battery as quickly as I would like. This is the only complaint. I love not paying for gas anymore!

Affordable, reliable, battery car.
The car runs well. Never had an issue. It is comfortable for a smaller sized person. It is a bit cramped for a family of four. The trunk has more room than expected. It is convenient to not have to get gas since it is a battery operated car. It is very easy to plug in and operate. It runs very smooth and goes pretty fast.

The car is super quiet so you have to pay attention to whether it is on or not.
The leaf is great. I like the fact that it is all electric and I can charge for free at my work. It is very quiet and is responsive.

How to save money and charge.
Nissan leaf is wonderful! It has extremely smooth driving. This car saves money and energy: we plug in the car at home and never have to get gas which has saved a lot of money. For energy conservation, there is braking mode that recharges the battery. All of the extra features make the car easily comfortable and are easy to use. Only problem that occurred was the 2017 leaf seems to go through charge about 5 times as quickly as our 2016 leaf. Fortunately, consistent charging allows for normal car usage.

Caution!!
Do not buy one from Campus Nissan in Victoria. I bought one and the battery was an issue from the start. The dealership has refused to remedy the problem as they say that they cannot find anything wrong with it. My range has dropped down 10% a year. They couldn’t get me out of the door fast enough. Save your money and buy from a reputable dealership.

Rear view camera, blind spot lights, heated seats, and Bluetooth.
Range is horrible. It is ugly, the outside of it looks like an ugly bug. It is electric so you have to wait to charge it and charging it takes forever. It is not reliable and will go into neutral in the middle of the street if it is not charged which is not safe.

Comfortable but too hot for Texas heat.
This car has saved my life many of times since it can stop on its own. It is very comfortable for long drives. The ac in the back is not the best and usually the people in the back are hot and the people in the front get cold faster. It is easy to speed up when you need to and you need a heavy foot to get it going.

It's quiet, so you don't hear it coming when the engine is on.
I like that it's an electric vehicle, so it's better for the environment. Not having to pay for gas anymore is a plus, as it's cheaper to use electricity. The backup camera is also a useful feature, makes parking that much easier. I'm not a fan of the hatchback though, would prefer a trunk.

My experience owning a 2016 Nissan leaf.
This car has so many nice features: cruise control, built in GPS, phone system, etc. It is cheaper than a non-electric car, but you cannot drive as far, and it takes a while to charge. It also really looks nice. You can put your car in eco mode to use less power.

Electric vehicle downside.
The Nissan leaf is a great car for around town or to and from work. The one drawback for this and any electronic vehicle is the ability to charge the battery in between driving. If your work has a charging station, it is great. But if it does not, you will have to park and walk.
