There's an aisle in the second row, so no need to fold down the seat.
The minivan is spacious and can accommodate people and extra baggage. The ability of the backseat to be folded down allows bigger items to be transported.

Spacious interior and comfortable seating.
It's a very good vehicle for a family to have. It has plenty of space for kids and carseats and also has a pretty good size trunk area. Has good gas mileage and is a altogether good vehicle. The seats are very comfortable and it has seven seats so you shouldn't have to worry about not having enough seats for people to sit in.

Love my 2008 Nissan Quest!
I have drove this vehicle for 3 years now and it is pushing 200,000 miles and still going strong. Our 5 kids love the DVD players build in and I am thankful to have such a sturdy vehicle! Wouldn't choose any other brand ever again!

Great vehicle that last a long time.
Overall it had been a great vehicle, it now has 240, 000 miles on it and motor is going strong. Parts are expensive. We have replaced the alternator, power steering pump and added Freon. Front end is starting to need work but still would take off on vacation. Inside door handle on driver side slider has broke as kids loved to hang on it. If I had the money, I would get another one.

My Nissan quest is a great family car.
I love my car it hold 7 passengers it has automatic doors DVD player kids can watch TV in the back, it has a CD player along with good speakers, lots of storage space. Only thing it is a gas guzzler I have to keep filling the tank. The van drives nice and smooth, it is an automatic.

Since we are a large family we needed a vehicle that the whole family could get into plus the car seats.
It works for my family. It can fit seven people. Have not had any major issues with it.

Very expensive to repair.
Love the space, ease of handling, and fuel capacity. The only problem that I have with it is the middle set of captains chairs. They need to be able to either fold flat or store in the floor.

Good up to 80k miles
I liked the vehicle until it 80k miles, then I had to replace 2 catalytic converters about $2500. Then the timing guides broke they are plastic the guides are inexpensive parts but the labor is expensive part of the engine has to be lifted to get to the timing belt assembly $3500 to fix mostly on labor. Also now leaking and burning oil. The A/C does not cool on the driver's side only the passenger even thought I have recharged the A/C. The starter had to be replaced about $250. Engine now is overheating I cannot idle it or go on heavy stop and go traffic as it overheats after 10 min I have to run the heaters on high to keep cool or I have to pull over, also happens if I am in the drive through in line, I have to keep turning off. All this happened between $80k - $100k miles. Even though I followed the maintenance schedule. Very disappointed with Nissan. I heard this model line was bad. Never again I will buy a Nissan going with Mazda from now on. :(

Money Pit
The number of positive reviews is surprising! I will admit that the van has a great drivetrain with plenty of power and a smooth shifting transmission. However, since new the vehicle has been plagued with issues. Wheel bearings, frequent brake jobs, cheap interior components that break, TPMS issues, emissions control problems, window regulators, stuck rear doors, motor mount, lower control arms, interior fan control module, water leaks, etc. All before 100k. If I was not able to perform the vast majority of these repairs myself I would have went broke maintaining this vehicle as Nissan ignored most of these issues while still under warranty. I would steer clear of the Quest and perhaps Nissan in general.

I love the AUX cord as many older cars do not have that feature.
It is not too reliable and transmission is going out. Mileage is pretty good as well as the drive. It does not have 4 wheel drive, but drives very well. There are bumps on the outside from driving and bumper damage too. Overall it is a pretty good car that will last a few more years.

!Don't buy this vehicle.!!
There's a really big, really expensive fuse that blows when you drive over 80, the gas gauge doesnt work, the transmission skips, the electronics have had to be rewired several times. And all of the seats are broken.

The despite all the issues we had with it, the car has been very reliable.
I like they way drives, However it has poor gas mileage and malfunctioning fuel gauge. It has served us well but is at the end of Its usefulness.

Repairs are very expensive, abs system failed then the computer needed replacement $1600.00 and a month wait for parts from Mfg
Over all we liked the roomy interior, comfortable seats and mileage. The electronics started to fail, ABS was first then the main computer needs replacement 1600.00 and a month waiting for parts. We love the van but I am worried about keeping it, if in the future the repairs keep continuing. Glen

It holds lots of people but it don't last long with lots of gasoline.
I like how this type of car has enough space to hold many family members. I don't like the fact that it consumes so much gas over small distances. We have had several problems with our quest and have had to address the issue.

It gets me to the store and it's is very roomy up front

Van is very spacious. Also runs well on GAS. I have traveled to TN about twice a year van has almost 150,000 miles and still runs well. No complaints at all.
Great vehicle if you have a big family and spacious if you have kids and can't park the van and you can walk right thru the middle of the van to get to the back without disturbing anyone.
