Good car with minor bugs.

2011 Nissan Versa 1.6 Base

This car is quite reliable and while I haven't owned it for very long I haven't had many problems. The air conditioning stopped working when the previous owner was driving it and I am yet to get it fixed so I do not know how much it will cost. This is a 4!cylinder car so if you want to go fast or accelerate rapidly then this is not the car for you. The gas mileage is good if you drive it right, you can't bring the RPMs too high or go too fast or the mileage will decrease a lot. Interior wise the car is nice but doesn't have many features you may expect in a 2019 model. The car doesn't have automatic headlights which can be a pain but the lights are good and I haven't had any issues with them. The stock speakers work well and there is an aux port which is nice. Overall the car is a good daily driver and is reliable and nice. It looks nice too but is pretty small so if you're a taller person this may not be the car for you. I'm 6'4' and it gets uncomfortable on long drives. Other than that, a good car if you don't plan on hot riding it.

My Lil Versa Makes Me Happy

2011 Nissan Versa 1.6 Base

My lil Versa has been simply fantastic. I just hit 100,000 miles. I have never had an issue other than replacement of the battery. There are some cosmetic issues however. Both arm rest in the passenger side and the drivers side have the leather interior lifting and cracking. The top coat of paint has portions that are now missing and it is quite noticeable. The car is very roomy inside. The seats can be put down if you need to move something. It handles well. I have noticed that if I use the higher grade gas the car seems to have a little more get up and go power. I have kept up with all the oil changes and brake replacement. The car is just overall a really great little car. I love it !!

It's a very dependable vehicle.

2011 Nissan Versa 1.6 Base

The Vera has really been a good car. The only issue in 9 years is a rusty exhaust manifold. It's very basic without even a radio. It has nearly 180'000 miles and is still running great. The air conditioner blows cold which is a necessity in Texas. I drive it everyday to work and back. It has an automatic transmission and gets 30 miles per gallon. The oil is changed regularly and I can put new tires on it each year from Walmart for $160. I would buy another car from Nissan like it in a minute.

Pros and cons of the Nissan Versa.

2011 Nissan Versa 1.6 Base

Great gas mileage. The cup holders the way they are placed is very annoying. You can't fit tall cups there. I love that the seats are easy to put down and up when needed. The access to radio on dashboard and steering wheel is really well placed. The speakers work well. The CD player doesn't work too terrific the loudness of it. The aux option also isn't very loud when I hook up my phone. The seats are very comfortable. The engine is very quiet.

Reliability at its finest.

2011 Nissan Versa 1.6 Base

It is an amazing little commuter car. It get excellent gas mileage on freeways. It has a little trouble around areas with a lot of steep hills and sharp turns but it still performs very well. I have had it for 3 years now and I have had no problems with it at all. The only reason I take it I to the shop is for routine oils changes and tire rotations. If you take care of the car, it will take care of you.

General overview of 2011 Nissan versa

2011 Nissan Versa 1.6 Base

Spacious car and comfortable driving. Back seats go down so traveling with a bike, wheel chair, or multiple dogs is comfortable for all. Windows lock so no issue with children with wandering fingers. As long as typical upkeep is kept up to date there is no issue. Upkeep is affordable and gas is really good with this car as well.

The Nissan Versa is small but has a lot of personality.

2011 Nissan Versa 1.6 Base

The Nissan Versa has a great performance. This car is not a gas guzzler, the most I have ever paid was $25. The parts for the car is also not too expensive and for an oil change is maybe around $30-$40. Otherwise, this car is amazing. I truly love the car and wouldn't trade her for anything else.

Love how it runs, but it has no guts.

2011 Nissan Versa 1.6 Base

I have a very basic car with no extras. I very rarely have problems mechanically with my car. The only real problem is that my car has no guts. Make sure that you have plenty of time to pull out when turning onto a road or you will be in trouble. The car takes a minute to get up to speed.

My car's name is so two which is fun

2011 Nissan Versa 1.6 Base

My car is super reliable especially for a city driver. Gas is pretty cheap but you get a lot of bang for your buck. The seats are super comfortable. The stereo is pretty lame though, could have a better one for sure. I had problems with the air conditioning initially but it is fixed now.

155,000 Miles and Still Going Strong

2011 Nissan Versa 1.6 Base

I love my 2011 Nissan Versa Hatchback because it is useful, economical and reliable. I also thinks it looks cute. I have only ever had to pay for minimal maintenance costs. Each year I am able to fit a 7 to 8-foot Christmas tree inside to transport home. The gas mileage is great.

Nissan versa good ride for driving around town.

2011 Nissan Versa 1.6 Base

Love my car. Its small but comfortable for me. Not to comfortable for back seat passengers. Great gas mileage. Not to good in snow have to drive slower than others. Had to spend a lot on maintenance in the last year about 3000, but the car is still running at 88,000 mileage.

A car that is reliable and reasonably priced.

2011 Nissan Versa 1.6 Base

I have had this car for over 8 years and literally it has not given me any problems to date, very good on gas mileage, smooth riding. Starts immediately in the harshest winter temperature. My only complaint is that when the roads are wet, it may skid when applying brakes.

Love my dependable little Nissan Versa!

2011 Nissan Versa 1.6 Base

This car is a nice quiet comfortable ride. There has been multiple recalls on it, but M'Lady dealership in Crystal Lake, IL has been amazing helping me get the car up to date the recalls arrive. My car has survived many hours of local and highway miles, and a new driver!

Dependable car but without any frills

2011 Nissan Versa 1.6 Base

I haven't had much trouble with my 2011 Nissan Versa in the 9 years that I've had it. I had to replace the muffler a few years ago. I do wish, however, that the air would cool down or heat up (depending on the setting and weather) more quickly. Not a huge thing though!

Great ride smooth cruising

2011 Nissan Versa 1.6 Base

A reliable car with minimal maintenance needed. Great amount of space and smooth ride all the way. It is truly a great car to have and has been running great ge for years that it has been around. Gas mileage is fantastic and great. Nissan is overall a wonderful brand

- randy B

Great for student, good gas mileage.

2011 Nissan Versa 1.6 Base

Good miles per gallon it has 38 miles per gallon highway. Gas is expensive so it is a money saver. It is a comfortable size, spacious because the back seats can go back completely. Nice and compact which is great for parking, and great car for a student overall.
