My xterra is awesome. Very spacious for kids and pets.

2006 Nissan Xterra SE

I bought my Xterra used and have put a little over 100,000 miles in the past four years. My Xterra keeps plugging along as it should. The only thing I've replaced is the serpentine belt and the brakes. Next, is the secondary time chains and tensioners, which is an issue that everyone with Nissan's 4.0 V6 has. $1,200 for that repair, though. Despite that, and the annoying noise it makes, I love it and wouldn't give it up. I've converted many of my friends to being Xterra fans, and I'm a lifelong Xterra man now.

My vehicle is a 2006 Nissan xterra and it is black.

2006 Nissan Xterra SE

This car is a great car to drive. The only negative about owning this car it does not have the best gas efficiency. Other than that, it can withstand a long car drive. I am the second owner of the xterra and the only mechanical problems was something in the engine went bad and was replaced easily. It is comfortable inside, it seats up to 6 people. The trunk has a lot of space and also a compartment where you can put stuff.

Underrated, as it is affordable, comfortable, and has many features.

2006 Nissan Xterra SE

The xterra still drives smoothly even for being 13 years old. I have never had any issues with the car, other than a few minor problems (brake pads, new spark plugs, etc.). I take my xterra off-road often, and it rides very comfortably. It also drives through mud, rocks, ice, and snow very well. I have never had a breakdown, nor have I ever gotten stuck in mud.

Great and beautiful car with 4 wheel drive

2006 Nissan Xterra SE

It looks good on the outside and on the inside which is a huge plus. It only has 95k miles on it, has been garage maintained, it is a very beautiful car, 4 wheel drive with a 4 liter engine. It looks good and feels comfortable. It is not too big or too small and it's sold as is and has a new radiator with 6k miles on it and aftermarket halo headlamps.

Hard working Comfortable car

2006 Nissan Xterra SE

Car has been great, had one major issue in year 3 of ownership with the transmission but it was covered under warranty and fixed without issue. Car started to have problems in reverse, transmission was serviced and problem was fixed. Have had no more major issues with car at all, it is comfortable and still runs great.

Nissan wasn't a good choice!

2006 Nissan Xterra SE

The 06 xterra has been nothing but problem fuses blow fast had to replace both sensors the security system locked the vehicle for weeks.. The upside the inside is really nice and big enough for family. In future I will not buy a Nissan due to the security system it will lock down your car fast...

Why we love our SUV. Everything you can ask for in a vehicle and more.

2006 Nissan Xterra SE

I love my SUV it's very comfortable and the ac is great. It sets 5 people and lots of room. I also can put the back seats down when I need to move big items. We have a roof rack and we can use that as well for luggage or what we can't fit in the back. So you see I really love my SUV.

This car has been my favorite I've owned.

2006 Nissan Xterra SE

The ride is smooth, only have had to do the breaks in the 2 years I've owned it. Electrically the window is dying on the driver side, it's an easy fix. There hasn't been any major problems.it's a great car for my small family of 5. Overall I love this car!!

2006 Nissan xterra only purchase if your smart with security systems

2006 Nissan Xterra SE

Everything from the fuses to battery to relays to computer. Since we got truck it has been a problem looks great but nothing but problems. The security system is a mess it will shut down the vehicle so fast it is so expensive to get. Out of the shutdown
