Porsche Boxster: Everyone should drive one!
Had transmission issues. Installed rebuilt and car is like new. I love it! Although it's a weekender car, I do drive it as a commuter now and then. Porsche is truly a fine crafted automobile! You can tell the first time you sit behind the wheel. This is my 4th Porsche!

IMS .. Tight engine & running gear Is most important
Problems encountered: coolant reservoir ; Hood access switch ( hidden cable for hood should be explored, before failure of hood switch ) ; Oxygen sensor replacement .. Pay close attention to plug in mount configuration .. There are many different plug in mounts and always a special order. ; door lock has a plastic Piece that can break when using key manually for access . Using button on key usually ok to electronically access in this case . ; Convertible top Pivotal link at end of control arm can break (ball joint) ..(easy fix) Overall performance is beautiful.. Engine is a Strong running design & dependable for a 6 cylinder if maintained properly.. Suspension is built to track turns nicely and sweet .. ; No over or under steering makes Boxster a lot of fun to drive .. 2001 Body design looks good & gets plenty attention from on lookers NOTE: in spite of minor problems occurred, I love

The plug in is nice feature.. What else do I say about this?.
The car is sporty and fun to drive. I love the way the bucket seats feel, and they are made of quality leather. The top has an easy one clasp lock making it easy to open and close.

My Boxster is a 2-seat roadster convertible. It has a flat 6-cylinder engine (base model). I purchased it because I wanted a Porsche and this has the perfect amount of power for where I drive (not too powerful with turbos, race car build, etc). The body styling is my absolute favorite. The firm handling is superior to anything else I've driven. No complaints.
The Boxster is an excellent example of a German engineered sports car.
