While owning the 2020 ram 1500 tradesman, I have only had a good experience so far. The ride quality is the best I have ever had when it comes to a truck. Even though its a quad cab there is tons of storage and a big bed. Also looks absolutely amazing with the new body style. Also the truck is great on gas! I average about 16 to 18 in the city and about 21 on the Hwy taking long trips. One downfall is the smaller 5 inch screen, which doesn't have apple CarPlay. But on the bright side ram is easy to upgrade and I can easily buy the 8 inch screen or even the 12 inch screen! And it has the 5.7l hemi which will tow anything you need it to tow. Highly recommend this amazing truck for work or even personal use.

I love my ram truck! I have not had any issues with my vehicle and am very happy with what my truck has. It has a 3.0 EcoDiesel engine that has excellent fuel mileage and plenty of power. It came with a tow package, folding side mirrors, plenty of cab room, many storage areas, an excellent sound system, a power rear window, comfortable seating and many other features. What I just found the other night is that when I make a turn, my driving light comes on automatically when I am turning so I can see when I am turning. That is so cool. I used to be a Chevrolet truck man but have turned into a ram truck man. Will not buy anything else.

After driving a 2001 Ford Excursion for 17 years I decided to treat myself to a new truck. I previously owned a 1996 Dodge Ram 1500 and loved it. I considered Ford, Chevy, and Ram, but ultimately purchased a 2020 Ram 1500 Rebel 12/19. Within two weeks of driving noticed that water was leaking into the cab. Carpet extremely wet under driver side floor mat. Terrible odor of mildew as a result. Ultimately determined to be a leak in the A pillar. After months of battling with the dealership and Chrysler, Chrysler purchased it back under the lemon law. I was allowed MSRP towards MSRP on another vehicle. Ordered another 2020 Ram 1500 Rebel. It now has 15k miles on it. Horn has gone out and right/front fender well liner has come loose. Never had it off road. These may seem like minor issues but very annoying considering problems with the first one. NEVER AGAIN. Should have bought a Ford. My son is still driving my 2001 Excursion.

I own a 2020 Laramie 1500, purchased brand new at the beginning of the year. It continues to downshift without any notice and not come out of the gear even with an increase press on the accelerator. It happened 3-5 times the first few months at low speeds and usually after towing. I brought it to the shop and mentioned however they could not get it to replicate my situation and said it was operating fine. I was in San Diego this weekend on Vacation and merging into a highly congested freeway going 70 miles an hour and the truck down shifted to under 60, and I couldn't get it to increase speed. Fortunately the truck behind me responded quickly and didn't hit me. I was able to get off the road and the truck would not switch to a higher gear until truck was parked and re-started. Something is not right . . . And "Can't get it to duplicate" from the dealership is not an acceptable response. I was able to get a passenger to video tape the situation so hoping this time RAM will take me seriously and get this fixed. Additionally hearing a gurgling from the engine which was not present on any of the test drives or first few months of driving, additionally also mentioned to RAM and they "Couldn't get it to duplicate". I also have gone through 2 brand new phone charges, and convinced the USB is loose in the main large screen system, vs randomly getting two bad chargers. P. S. The chargers are from Verizon . . . Expensive . . . And work just fine in my Honda Accord.

I have had no problems out of my new ram bighorn 1500 crew cab. It is spacious, rides smooth, and has plenty of power with the 5.7 hemi motor! It has a large touch-screen display for the radio controls, plenty of USB ports for charging devices, comfortable and fully adjustable driver’s seat, enough room for 5 people to ride comfortably, and it is a gorgeous ride! It also has a tow-package and remote start, which are both nice features that I enjoy having.

I have had my vehicle for 10 months now and have had no problems with it. I did have a recall on the windshield wipers but they were fixed immediately by the dealership. This is one of the most comfortable vehicles I have ever driven. The ride is very smooth and the noise reduction is amazing. I love the digital screen features and all of the security features this vehicle offers. Surprisingly the gas mileage is much better than I thought it would be with it being a v8. I plan to purchase another one down the road.

I own a Dodge Rebel 2020 and I really like the truck however I started to have electrical problems in May 2020. The dealer has been trying to find what the cause is and has replaced many items along with the whole engine wire harness. The truck is still stalling while driving, Does not happen in every time but enough where one never know when or were it will happen. The dealer is trying but seems the manufacture is not to helpful. Claim they have not come across this before. I'm a first responder and need a reliable vehicle to get to the calls. I do really like the Rebel just want one with the electrical problem.

I previously owned a 2016 Ram 1500 EcoDiesel. Absolutely loved it with the 35mpg. On the highway, a truck I could afford to drive. Traded it December 2019 for a 2020 Ram Sport, Hemi. Switched to the Hemi for 2 reasons: 1. I only put on 6000km. Per year. The other 13,000km. Is on my motorcycle. Ergo fuel costs are not a big deal to me. 2. The EcoDiesel being low on horsepower made the cruise control annoying. At the slightest incline or head wind and the transmission would be down shift one or two gears. It made for a rather jerky ride and inconvenient to use the cruise. So I traded to the new truck. The 2020 Sport is very quiet, not as quiet as the EcoDiesel due to the Hemi and dual exhaust, I am told. Still very quiet, maybe 1 decibel higher than the EcoDiesel. Keep in mind I paid extra for sound proofing and rust protection. I HATE NOISE! The cruise control and transmission is way better. Not the annoying downshifting as previous. The cab is so well appointed, oh, LUXURY vehicle of the year for 2020. The seats are super comfortable. This is coming from a 66 year old that has had 6 major back surgeries, on the wait list for my 7th. To the person complaining about uncomfortable seats, learn how to adjust your seat for your back if your truck is equipped with the multi adjustable seats. Overall I love my 2020 Ram Sport. It is quiet, super well appointed, super comfortable, great sound system, unbelievable suspension and ride, the best brakes I have ever had on a truck, and it looks like a million dollars, Granite color with all the trim in black. I have had so many people tell me how great it looks. Hmmm! Truck of the year 2019, truck of the year 2020, Luxury vehicle of the year for 2020. Do I recommend this truck - 100%. Would I buy again - yes but I would go EcoDiesel now that it is up in horsepower.

I do really like my 2020 Ram Laramie. There are a couple of issues I've noticed after driving it now for 2000 miles. The driver's seat is not comfortable. I always feel as if I'm falling towards the center console. The seat bottom puts pressure on both sides and the seat back is too wide. I slide side to side anytime I turn. Also, I wish the cruise control was on the left side of the steering wheel. The combination of the seat and cruise control make for a tough driving experience.

It is a sport. Has a lot of space. I love the reverse camera and the front and back sensors. Cup holders everywhere. It is a v8 engine. Tailgate is easy to pull up and down. Great on gas. Breakfast. Touch screen is a good size. XM radio comes with it. Bluetooth set is a plus. You can customize the heater/ac on each side. Has heated seats. Has vents in the back seat. Back window automatically opens up. Has garage opener. Has the automatic starter and a push starter. The seats are so comfortable. Has compartments in the back floor and tailgate. Has USB plug ins for the phones. The side view and rear view mirrors dim. Seat automatic adjustable.

The 2020 ram 1500 big horn edition is one of the most beautiful trucks I have ever seen, let alone purchased. The bighorn package is perfect for anyone that prefers a little bit of luxury in their vehicle, but without the top dollar price of the longhorn edition. I fell in love with this truck because of the 12” screen on the dash and all of the extra options inside of the truck. The 5.7l hemi engine has the perfect power/mpg ratio for anyone looking for a little fun but who also wants to save on gas money.

I have owned my ram 1500 v6 (sports package) for roughly 6 months. Included in the sports package is a back step to help get up the tailgate which is a huge plus. I have purchased one for my father to put on his truck. It is a true back saver. It also came with a sprayed bed liner. It is tough as nails. Do not have to worry about it breaking or getting scratched. The performance has been everything that was advertised. The crew cab gives plenty of room for anything you can think of. The display is basically a small tablet. When hooked to your phone you can do everything on the display that you do on your phone.

The ram 1500 big horn is the most comfortable truck I have ever driven. The seats are soft and resemble sitting on a comfy couch in the living room. The big horn trim package has all of the features you need in a truck. The eight inch screen and uconnect with apple CarPlay/android auto are extremely nice. The 5.7 liter hemi has more than enough power to tow or haul just about anything you want. With the ram big horn you have a truck that can get the job done or a truck you can take out in style.

Positives: interior and exterior styling is unmatched. It feels more like a luxury vehicle versus a truck. The ride is smooth, the cab is roomy, the back seat has more room than any other crew cab in it is class. The technology - 12' screen, sound system are wonderful. Negatives: the doors sound cheap and hollow when you shut them. I haven't experienced this yet, but a lot of people have experience a crack in the upper frame of the rear window, thus causing a water leak. This is mostly with the ones that have the power sliding rear window. The solid windows do not seem to have this problem.

I am absolutely loving my ram. The big horn trim level has a lot of features for not being a top level truck. I have had no issues so far, but I would expect to not as I have less than 500 miles currently driven on it. I purchased the EcoDiesel, 4x4 and 3.92 axle ratio. I do recommend getting the vehicle with the 3.92 axle ratio as driving the stock one it comes with does make the truck feel a bit sluggish. One complaint I do have is the bit of turbo lag when taking off from a stop. To my understanding this is due to emissions and being able to meet the government standard. Otherwise the truck feels quite powerful and so far is amazing on fuel. It should also get better as the engine breaks in. Hopefully this helps anyone considering a ram 1500.

It is a very nice car, I like if in the future the could make ram 1500 with cummins engines so I can use diesel as a fuel instead of gas. I love how the new models (like 2020) have a big screen, specially for going in reverse because you can see everything and feel secure you are not going to crash. The ram 1500 is an excellent truck either for urban or rural places. The only thing I would like is if the parts weren't so expensive. This is not a car who is going to be high maintenance but when something is failing the parts that you have to buy cost a lot of money. Having said that, the ram 1500 that I own is with no doubt the best car I could have get because it is very volatile so I can use it as a multipurpose truck, I accommodate my family very easy here, people in the back seats travel very comfortable but is not a monstrosity of truck so I do not have a problem when looking for parking. I recommend this car 100%.

I really like the feel of the seats in the comfort they provide. It is a smooth ride even on bumpy roads. I like the entire iPad/radio console. I like the metal flake in the paint. The interior room is massive. I like how the rear seat lifts up so I can store additional items in the back seat. I like the instrument cluster and how I can tell all of the travel analytics while I am driving. I do not like that it takes forever for the air conditioner to blow cold. I feel like the fan speeds are too slow on the lower numbers and too fast on the high number.

The 2020 ram 1500 big horn is an extremely comfortable truck that combines luxury and functionality of a work truck. After test driving many vehicles I believe that the 8.4 inch touch screen is the best in the market. The 5.7 liter v8 engine delivers amazing power that can tow 8500 pounds as well as being able to being a fun truck to drive. The crew cab truck makes the inside of the truck feel massive. I was able to have three grown adults sit in the back seat comfortably without any of them touching each other.

Reliable, performs well, seats are comfortable, heated steering wheel and seats are great for the cold. It had a ton of storage. Many compartments. Remote start works great. Nice feature when low fuel light turns on the remote start shuts off so you will not run out of fuel. It is very fuel efficient for a truck in its class with a hemi. Our model a feature I do not like is the door has to be unlocked with the key fob. You cannot unlock with hand.

Love the four wheel drive! No issues and it's a reliable vehicle. Very nice choice if you are shopping for a vehicle! The back up cam works great even if it's raining. It's a pretty smooth ride. The only downsides to the vehicle in my personal opinion are two. The seats are not comfortable and you will discover that on any long trip. Also there is an sos button on the display up top that is easy to accidentally hit if you are moving from the passenger seat to the driver seat. I accidentally bumped it after I dropped my husband off one day and it started calling 911. Other than that it's a great choice!
