Our ram promaster has been very reliable, after owning for over a year we've had no major problems. Maintenance is very easy as well. We love that this is a front wheel drive vehicle as the turning radius is fantastic! Comfortable to drive. Only problem we’ve had is with the backup cam, one of the sensors fell off and we may need to take the bumper off to replace it, but the actual camera is working fine.

My 2018 2500 promaster high roof l purchased new and it's the best investment I have ever made, I have had no issues with it other than a minor recall with the shifting cable that has been repaired, I purchased it for my business and it has worked out very well and is very comfortable to drive, it has uconnect Bluetooth so you can add all your phone contacts for hand-free phone and also media player so you can add all your favorite tunes. You can easily walk around in it with it is 7 ft. Roof. I would highly recommend this vehicle to anyone.

Tight turning radius makes city driving a breeze.
The acceleration getting onto the freeway is a little delayed but driving on the streets is awesome. The turning radius is great for such a big vehicle. I can make a u turn in this van in places where a midsize SUV would have to make a 3 point turn. I love the touch screen for the radio and the backup camera is extremely convenient.

I like my vehicle very much. My husband and I converted it for traveling around the us and have owned it since January 2020. It is comfortable and very spacious. It has a great maneuverability is crowded areas, and it is also easy to park almost everywhere, except in parking areas with a clearance lower than 10ft. What we do not like much is it's odd driving position with no tilt steering wheel which makes it uncomfortable to drive in long distances. The driving position makes me feel like I am driving a bus sometimes also, the touchscreen is quite small and it is hard to see, especially when going in reverse. The v6 engine performance is quite good.

So far this van has driven extremely smoothly, quietly, and performed very well. The gas mileage is very good for a vehicle this size, especially considering the weight of the vehicle after converting it to an RV. The vehicle is just now reaching 15 thousand miles so I will need to update on more details as the mileage accrues.
