Amazingly comfortable ride. They have thought of everything. Great acceleration and speed. Smooth ride with almost no maintenance. Updates automatically and frequently, adding features that were not previously available. Plus the games are really fun.

Tesla - a gorgeous car with slight difficulties.

Sometimes we have issues with superchargers not working. It is also frustrating to sometimes have to pay to charge + pay to park in that specific lot. You could wind up paying $3 to access the garage and then another $10-15 to charge. It really adds up. I think tesla should have negotiated validated parking for private supercharger locations like this.

Goes very fast. The ride is a little choppy because I have 19 inch wheels. The technology in the car is state of the art. The car gets a lot of attention. I have had issues with the tire pressure being low. I have anak had issues with the periodic updates to the vehicle.

My model 3 is amazing. I do not plan on owning any other car. The performance is amazing, the comfort is great. I have had zero problems with the car in the year that I have owned it. The feature of the tesla model 3 clearly defined it as an industry leader. Constant updates that include new functionality, and autopilot is an amazing feature.

My favorite thing would definitely have to be the sunken door handles.

I love this car! It drives super smooth and has great gas mileage. I feel good driving it too because I am helping out the environment. The design features are practical but super sleek. My favorite thing is probably the door handles that sit into the car so the whole design is super cool. It is so modern, especially for the price.

We love our tesla! Comfortable interior, plenty of legroom! We really enjoy watching movies in the ‘entertainment’ section while charging during road trips. The charging don't take long at all. Not one thing we would change about the car! We love it!

Reduce your carbon footprint & forget gas.

My tesla model 3 is a great car for anyone who wants to reduce their carbon footprint. The standard range on the vehicle is set to go about 200 miles in one full charge. It is great to not have to buy gas anymore. Electric vehicle chargers or tesla superchargers are sometimes hard to find, but there are more and more being built every year. That way, you are never far without having access to a charger. And it is way cheaper than a tank of gas. The interior is super comfortable & the pad panel is super user friendly.

I love it. The range is superb and last me at most a week before needing a charge. It is very fast. The interior is very spacious, minimalistic, and futuristic. The stats are very comfortable while driving and I could barely feel any bumps while driving.

UNDERCARRIAGE SHIELD MADE OF FELT ????

I drove over a puddle, living in Vancouver, BC, it rains allot here. I turned off our exit to our house, there was a big puddle at my turn, I had to drive over the puddle to turn. After driving over the puddle, the undercarriage shield broke off and caused rattling. My husband looked under the car, noticed the undercarriage shield is made of felt and was installed to catch water, dirt, snow and debris, in time will eventually break away causing water to collect in the rear bumper. Tesla will not cover this part, they know it's been a problem since 2018. This part should be made of plastic or aluminum, which would solve this problem. I refuse to pay them $200 and $36 install fee for the same part that will do the same again and again. We own a body shop and will make our own shield for the meantime til they make one out of plastic or aluminum.

Don't buy a Tesla if you don't own a garage with a 240v outlet. Most super chargers have a long wait time and getting worse with more Teslas selling.

I’ve had black screens three times including once when driving! No turn signals, speedometer etc Twice it just wouldn’t start The screen was replaced the first time and the software checked and updated To me being told to reboot isn’t the solution on a new car

Awful brake screeching on reversing

Very loud and annoyingscreecing. Very new car (4 weeks now) was taken to shop several times .Each time we are told this is due to weather. Other brand cars don't screech. So either this is very poor factory workmanship or very cheap metal used for the brakes. We were told this is a problem with model 3. The car was supposedly inspected a week ago. We were assured that the brakes were cleaned and rust (so soon) removed and we should not encounter the blessed noises. Lo and beholdtheybrecurred two minutes after we let service depot. The noise was so bad that the following day we were at the service shop again but theywere at wits end and could not help. DOES ONE LIVE WITH THIS MONSTER CAR FOREVER? SCREECHING is common as we find out e internet. Why cant this problem be resolved? I would suggest thatTesla eliminate the horn function since the brake screeching does a better of alerting. They could save huge pile of dough. Also if one thinks that they respond to your emails forget it. The car came with a nick of the interior upholstery. We were given at Tesla service a contact Tesla to report this nick. Have not had a response yet. Few days after delivery we were not able to close the rear trunk . Had to take the car in . The door was hitting the rear light lens . Problem was fixed. The windshield wipers were dormant during a huge downpour. We were told this was a software glitch,still in Beta. The right passenger mirror is not positioned properly. This was adjusted but still improper placement. This glitch is noted already by another driver in a video .utube

What Common Problems Does the 2019 Tesla Model 3 Have?

Common problems found on the 2019 Tesla Model 3 include unintended acceleration, a smell from the A/C system, along with a broken charge pin. Overall, these problems are similar to other electric vehicles on the market, although repair costs can get expensive due to the scarcity of parts.

Unintended acceleration is the most common complaint from Tesla Model 3 owners in the first 5,000 miles. The problem was caused by a software and sensor issue while using the adaptive cruise control system. There are software updates which improve the functionality of the sensors, and are available as free updates.

A smell coming from the A/C system is another issue reported by Model 3 owners at around 10,000 miles. Usually the smell is caused by a dirty cabin air filter. Replacing the filter is an easy DIY process that takes around 10 minutes and costs under $20 for a replacement filter. If changing the filter doesn’t solve the problem, then you may need to have the coil cleaned, which costs under $100.

A broken charge pin has also shown up on some 2019 Model 3s. Usually if the charger gets hit hard while it’s plugged into the car, it can break off one of the charging pins. Replacing the charge port costs around $550, depending on local labor rates.

There are 14 recalls on the 2019 Tesla Model 3, which is much more than other small sedans on the market. The most serious recall is for the front suspension lateral link, which may separate, increasing the risk of a crash. Tesla will replace parts on affected models for free. A vast majority of the recalls are for software issues which Tesla updates over-the-air for free, meaning you do not have to bring your car into a dealership.

How Long Will the 2019 Tesla Model 3 Last?

A well-maintained Tesla Model 3 can last over 300,000 miles, which is much longer than competitors like the Nissan Leaf. Regular annual maintenance costs are more affordable than a normal gasoline car since it won’t need oil changes. One thing owners should know is the battery pack costs around $16,000 when it wears out, although it should be good for around 500,000 miles.

As a used 2019 Tesla Model 3 reaches 100,000 miles, and depending on the vehicle history owners should be prepared to replace the brake pads for $450, the 12 volt starting battery costing $500, along with the coolant which costs about $150.

Amazing, updates regularly increasing performance and software for free. Comes with touch screen with access to the internet. Amazingly quiet and smooth to drive and absolutely loves it. I recommend it for anyone. There is no reason not to buy it, you save on gas cause electricity is cheaper.

The tesla model 3 is great value for the price! I end up saving a ton of gas money by charging the car instead. It drives well and accelerates very fast. Tesla: great car with some flaws.

Great performance. Lots of useful features like personalized seat settings, keyless entry, etc. I do not need to pay for gas. One downside is the software has a lot of glitches, e.G. Wi-Fi connection issues, phone key not working. Also if you do not have your own garage, you’ll have to charge at a supercharger which is a nuisance.

Why you should get a tesla as well.

Best car I ever owned. No maintenance at all, besides some minor things like maybe checking and rotating tires, never having to go to those horrible gas stations. Every time I leave, I am going with a full tank of energy, loaded into the batteries at 6 cents per kwh.

A smooth comfortable ride that is extremely reliable.

Our tesla has been great! It goes 320 miles and my husband drives to the city everyday. This helps us with transit costs since he used to have to pay for the train. The ride is very smooth and comfortable. It takes only a few hours at home to go from 0 to 320. It auto charges overnight based on our commute time too.

The minimal interior but still having all the needed car capabilities is amazing.

I like the car simply because I am not a big car person and this car offers me the minimal look with additional benefits (electric, cruise control, etc.) Within a decent budget. The only issues I have had are some minor cosmetic issues - the trim around the windows in the back is not properly done and tire pressure feature seems to be inaccurate.

I love my tesla model 3 so much.

This is the most comfortable car I have ever driven. It is literally a joy to drive. The a/c is amazing, the sound system is great, it is smooth to drive, and easy to steer. There are seat warmers in the winter. There's dog-mode for your dog when you need to leave the car. I love this car.

Tesla can be charged at your house instead of going to the gas station.

I have had no problems with my tesla model 3. It holds a charge very well and all of the features in the car are great! I would 100% recommend a tesla to anyone who asks. I love the fact that I no longer have to stop at a gas station. I can charge my car at my house or at any of the conveniently located charging stations. Another perk is that the charging stations cost much less than getting gas. Also, my tesla is good for the environment and will allow me to drive it for almost 500,000 miles.

Best car that I have owned yet.

No problems at all yet, other than slight battery performance issues in cold weather. I live in San Diego though so that is rarely a problem. Super comfortable seats. Easy to keep clean. A ton of storage space between the back and front trunks. Overall just an absolutely beautiful car with lots of awesome smart features.

No problems, performance is amazing and so far very reliable. No issues that I am aware of. Seats are very comfortable and they are actually more comfortable than other luxury cars I have been in. The features are also great because you can update your car through Wi-Fi like you would with a phone. Amazing.

It just amazing has a bit problems when you retired the car with the alignment of the parts but besides that it's perfect you should buy it close eyes, has a great performers with 300 mil of fuel on every charge. Fully electric vehicle that self drives.

The only problem is that there aren't enough tesla superchargers in my area. Other than that I love the way I don't have to spend money on gas and oil changes. I also have had only one expense in a year and that is upgrading registration. Nothing else! Initially an expensive car but very cheap on maintenance.

Fast car, the service time could be much faster. Otherwise so far so good.

Had window open/close issue that was resolved very fast by tesla. Very happy with its service. However had to replace 12v battery which took about 5 days to be serviced. Otherwise car is great but sometimes I think it could stuck at the service department for a long time waiting for parts or an available time slot.

Stylish and sleek tesla model 3.

It is really nice looking, both inside and outside. I like that I can drive it around without pollution. It is very convenient to not ever stop at the gas station and be able to charge my car at my house at night. I also really like the self drive feature, especially when I am going on a road trip on an empty highway.

I love the way it feels when you are driving it and the features it comes with. This vehicle is very reliable and I have had no problems with it at all so far. My tesla model 3 is faster than a lamborghini and does not hurt the environment.

There is no car better than the model 3. It helps protect the environment by being an electric vehicle and is amazingly fast! It goes 0 - 60 in 3.2 seconds and can dust basically any car I have come into contact with on the road. Besides the speed, the technology in the car is beyond reproach. You can play video games, listen to uninterrupted music and surf the web while your car drives you, changes lanes and adjusts speeds based on the speed limits. The service by tesla is amazing and the rental cars are all new tesla cars that you can test drive while they work on whatever is wrong.

Reliable, extremely fast, comfortable for 3+ people.

The vehicle is really comfortable, it is high tech and cozy, however I am 6'2 and there's no room to sit behind me is a bit cramped. Drives well, great turning and control, quiet and reliable, the vehicle is insanely fast, haven't lost a race yet, customizable for your every need.

Worth it for most, but some may want to think twice.

Quality of the fit and finish is not great for the price of the vehicle. Comfort is amazing and so is all the technology features. Tesla support via the app is also very handy. It can take a while to get used to the regenerative braking, but once you get used to it, it is easy to one pedal drive.

Windshield washing not wonderful.

I love my tesla m3, but with all cars, there are always things that could be better. For example, when cleaning the windshield with my wipers and wiper fluid, the wipers push it off to the side (as expected) but due to the aerodynamic nature of the car, the wiper fluid is wiped onto the car and runs across and down the driver-side window. Horrible.

It is a tesla, it drives itself its luxury time 100. I love the huge glass roof and its set up like a sitting room. Its fast handles amazing and has more tech in the dash then I could ever learn. Yes it's expensive but worth it since I don't pay for gas anymore.

It is like driving a spaceship.

This has been the best and most fun vehicle I have owned. Quick acceleration, little maintenance, great handling, great sound system, and continually improves through over the air updates. My wife and I are like little giggle kids when we drive it. I would recommend taking one for a drive and experiencing the future.

The most perfect vehicle anyone can drive, it does have some electrical malfunctions once in a while when the screen shuts off for a few minutes, however it is very rare and the car is still amazing to drive and the battery actually lasts much longer than I ever thought it would. Charging the car is much easier than I thought as well, I live in an apartment complex and there are chargers all over the place, as well as the superchargers all around town.

Tesla model 3 performability.

Not enough space, tight feeling and very unideal for driving long distances. Only one supercharger in my area, so if I do not charge all night and have errands to do all day, my car can die. Car has become slightly inconvenient for me. Ideal for a single person or a couple, but not for a family or people who do tons of driving. More of a “around town” car.

Tesla is a great car, you'll never go back to gas-powered vehicles!

The tesla performance is amazing. It continually gets updates with new features, and the updates are all free. It is very comfortable and reliable. I never have to worry about running out of charge before I get to my destination. If I do have to go on a longer trip, the supercharging stations are clearly marked on the map and are very easy to use!

No noise! Smoothest ride in the tesla model 3.

The tesla model 3 is the quietest car I have ever driven. The lack of engine truly makes for an enjoyable road experience. This is especially true on highways as music is not dulled by the loud roar of the engine and noise from outside the vehicle is almost completely silenced, so you can have a much better listening experience. I have had the vehicle for over a year now and I honestly haven't noticed any major performance issues with it. The biggest issue of note would be it occasionally breaks too quickly by assuming the car ahead is a bit closer than it is. Other than that, I haven't seen any issues, I honestly love this car.

I enjoy the autopilot feature and comfortability of this car.

Very comfortable with lots of features that help me drive well, no problems yet with the car, however sometimes I need to restart the car if the touchscreen fails or if the music stops working, very reliable on the road as I can find charging stations if I am traveling long distances.

This is the best car I have ever owned. It is an amazing car. I love the color of red it comes on. I love the white interior. We researched the tesla before we purchased it. We order it online. It was picked up at the dealer. We use a regular plug in our home to charge it. Everywhere we go everyone admired it and wants to know all about it.

Tesla model 3 best car for price point.

The tesla model 3 is an amazing car for its price point especially. The system features are great, the touchscreen, Bluetooth, and personalized radio are all really easy to use and all included. The center tablet is large and easy to use while the car is stopped. The car drives like a sports car, the wheel is small but as long as you do not mind that the drive is easy to maneuver. I recommend anyone buying this car.

Comfortable and luxurious vehicle.

This is the best ever car that people can find with a real great and clean finish. You’ll get in love with the autopilot or the self driving that the car provides. On the other hand the way the car is zero emissions feels good. The comfort that you have while driving is incredible.

Tesla model 3: a fun, innovative car with lots of great features.

This vehicle is extremely comfortable and fun. It has lots of interesting features, like Netflix, games, podcasts, hulu and more on its main screen. The stereo is also very strong. Additionally, the pickup on the car is remarkable-it goes from 0 to 60 in just a few seconds. It makes switching lanes and starting, stopping, and reversing that much easier. Also, it has a lot of legroom. The one complaint I have with it is it is mode to exit the car. There is a lever and a button to press in order to get out of the car. People often find it confusing, and I think it does not really work the way the designers intended. Another positive thing about the car is it is navigation system. It is incredibly strong and tells us everything we need to know. The car is extremely easy to use and essentially wireless in every way. Not only do you not need a key, but you can turn on the car remotely.

Tesla model 3 great car affordable and very reliable.

Model 3 is a very comfortable and enjoyable car to drive. The speed and quickness of the car is awesome. Maintenance so far has been little to none. I have saved tons a money on gas. Charging stations are popping up all over the place. The only inconvenience is the charging 30 - 45 minutes for a charge but that is the only downside.

The car is amazing in every way!

The tesla model 3 is amazing! I got the full self driving version, and I have no regrets! The autopilot is very useful, at many times, but the 'stay alert' does become annoying at times, but overall, the car is amazing, no noise, and amazing software, and very minimal, in a good way.

Cool features like the entertainment section and the web browser are highlight.

When I use autopilot on the tesla it is scary sometimes, like the thought of the car driving itself. It seems like the car moves faster than other cars going the same speed. It's also a quiet compared to other gas cars. Since it does not has gas powered engine on cold days I have to heat the seats for my wife.

Never buying gas again, electric forever.

I absolutely love my tesla - I will never go back to a combustion engine car. The speed and reliability of the model 3 is unlike any car I have ever driven. I have no concerns that I would be able to pass someone if in a sticky situation or on the other hand avoid a wreck with the enhanced autopilot features. This feels like the safest car I have been in.

Lots of features to this car.

Do not have to pay for gas, and drives by itself. I have been on several road trips with this. Very technologically advanced. Has many different features like a pet mode or sentry mode and self driving mode. I cannot think of any issues for this car at all.

Best car I have ever driven!

The tesla model 3 is fun to drive. It is surprisingly comfortable for it is size. It is extremely powerful for being a mid size sedan. By far, the best car I have ever driven. Will buy a tesla model x as well because of the model 3. Has enough space for my whole family of 5.

Tesla model 3; a revolutionary car for a reason.

Really terrific car, never going back to gasoline cars again as long as the quality stays this good. It drives great; there’s no gears so you can go as fast as you want at any time. You can go 53% throttle instead of just having low, medium and high. The big touchscreen has amazing full satellite GPS and a load of awesome features like youtube and Spotify. There’s also loads of games and other awesome features. As long as you have a place to consistently charge the car, it is an awesome choice. The few minor bad things are the paint is not the greatest, there could be some small fit and finish issues and it is going to take weeks to get a tesla service appointment. It is very easy to schedule it however and they will come directly to your work or house if it is minor.

Tesla model 3 is the greatest car I've ever owned and the fact I never have to buy gas again is amazing. It does not cost that much on your electric bill. You get to help the environment while saving money at the same time. The tesla model 3 is the cheapest of all the teslas and is very affordable.
