2007 Toyota 4Runner a very reliable vehicle
This vehicle is very reliable and has lasted me a long time. Mine has over 180,000 miles on it and still runs like new. The interior of the vehicle has polyester seats which is my only complaint because they can be difficult to clean. The car comes with the factory radio which has a CD player and auxiliary output so you can play music. In total it can only seat 5 people, but the trunk space is very large. The seats in the back lay down to make more room in the trunk. In my car I can fit all my bicycles in the back without using a bike rack. One thing unique about my 4Runner is that the rear window will rolls all the way down which I have not seen in other cars.

Sporty family friendly truck.
This vehicle gets great gas mileage fits my family well is easy to maneuver and sporty. This car is very reliable only ever had one issue. I only wish it had a third row seating option and then I would probably never think about replacing it. I am a tall woman and this car fits me well.

It's a V8 so the gas pedal is pretty touchy. It drives like a dream.

Toyota 4-runner is a Great Family Vehicle
I love the convenience of having a SUV. It is small enough to maneuver around, but also large enough to fit 5 people and storage. I love the heated seats in the winter and the air vent control for the back seat. I would definitely recommend purchasing a Toyota 4runner! I do wish it had a third row seat!

Already decided I want another 4Runner after this one. I love it that much.
I love the feel of the 4runner. It is a spacious and great looking vehicle. I bought mine as-is so it came with some issues. The catalytic converter needs replacing but the good news about that is it is supposed to be bolted on instead of welded which means I may be able to fix it myself. The stereo sounds horrible but again, it is probably fixable. Driving takes some getting used to as it feels like you are going slower than you actually are. 85 mph comes up quick! Its comfy on the inside too.

I like that I can load my dogs up into the back and take them to the park or the beach or out of town and they have plenty of room. I do not like driving a vehicle this big and I do not like that it gets very poor gas mileage.

Toyota 4runner is an amazing SUV!
The 4runner is a fabulous car. It runs smoothly, has good gas mileage, and makes me feel safe. The only problem is my flat tire light will not turn off. I wouldn't highly recommend this car for anyone that needs space. Overall, it is a very nice car and would be convenient for anyone.
I love my 4Runner because it's versatile as well as luxurious. The four wheel drive capability comes in handy whenever I need it. It's a great vehicle to own. I highly recommend it. Very spacious as well. Great for camping or just everyday tasks and errands.

The ac section and the trunk was spacious.
I do not like leather seat and the seal belts got stuck sometimes I do not like the Bluetooth as well, and the windshield wipers. And lock of the card and the ignition key does not work really good and the car was very noisy when it was running or on not very comfortable.

Since 1998 I purchased sixToyota new this 2007 4Runner is the fifth Currently just over50,000 miles four of them over 250,000 miles each I drive a lot This 4Runner runs 17 miles per gallon on average my current vehicle is a Prius which runs 38 mpg The only problem I have is my current Prius it has 140,000 miles engine leaked oil costing me 2000 to fix I guess because I drive it like a Porsche while it used 0-20 oil I still keeping my 07 4Runner paying insurance and registration there is only one fault with it The lift gate lock rubber melted nothing wrong with the lock so I just put a paper over it

This SUV is reliable and efficient.
My Toyota 4runner is a wonderful vehicle year round. I do not worry reliability with it like I have with previous vehicles. As long as I keep up with the basic maintenance I know my 4runner will keep going. I have people tell me the backseat is the most comfortable seats in a car they've ever sat in. It does not come with fancy features, but it comes with everything I need. I also know that it holds its value year after year. When it is time to replace my 4runner I am going to replace it with another 4runner.

It's a great starter car because it's safe and gets relatively good gas mileage.
I like how it's big enough to fit more than just one other passenger in. I don't like small cars because they sit too low to the ground unlike the 4Runner. It's not unreasonably large like a massive Escalade or Truck.

Toyota 4runner - Awesome Ride!
I purchased this vehicle New and I love it! I have had it since 2007, and aside from regular maintenance, ie. Oil changes, brake pads, etc, it has never been in the shop. Not one single problem. It runs great, is reliable, and dependable, and has a classic look! Very comfortable in the front and back seats, smooth ride. I would highly recommend this vehicle!

I bought my 4Runner used with over 100,000 miles. It now has close to 220,000 miles and the only problems I have is the a/c went out. I live on the gulf coast so a/c going out is usual around here. My 4RUNNER gets good gas mileage for an 07. I like that I can lay the seats down to be able to haul stuff. That comes in handy when I have Craft festivals to go to.

Very comfortable, reliable vehicle.
My 2007 Toyota 4runner is the best vehicle I have ever owned. It is an SUV that rides like a luxury car. It gets excellent gas mileage for a heavy duty sport utility, averages 21 mpg in the city and about 24 mpg on the highway. I purchased my car brand new in the spring of 2007 and with the exception of routine oil changes, tune-ups and 1 brake job, have had to do no major repairs. My only complaint is the sunroof is beginning to rust and that will have to be addressed. All in all, we've been extremely happy with the 4runner. I would highly recommend a 4 runner to anyone looking to purchase an SUV and would not hesitate to purchase another in the future.

2007 Toyota 4Runner is the perfect all rounder.
I love my 2007 Toyota 4Runner. I have taken great care of it and it is been super reliable. It is very comfortable on the highway and around town. It is the perfect vehicle to have with two larger dogs. Mostly our 4Runner has required "normal" maintenance in the last four years and 50 thousand miles (it was about 120k miles currently). One thing to watch out for is rust in a few locations, one of which is along the front edge of the sunroof. I have rust proofed the frame and undercarriage and it looks pretty good after two seasons living in the Cleveland Ohio area. We love the heated seats of the limited model and the overall comfort is outstanding. It is a great road trip vehicle!

It still has a lot of the original parts except for filters, brakes, lights, tires, and windshield those have all been replaced. Keeping up with required maintenance will help keep it running. I really do not have problems with my Toyota 4runner. It has over 180k miles on it and it runs great. I get routine maintenance work for it and it has never broken down on me. It still has a pretty smooth rod and has outlived my previous experiences with Ford explorer and expedition. I am very happy with this SUV.

I have own my 2007 since 2010. The only problem is that the plastic pad to open the cargo door melted. I had to open the entire cargo door to change it out. Otherwise I love the vehicle. It drives will on and off-road. The v6 offer sufficient power for climbing hills.

This is a great, reliable family vehicle.

Reliable for years to come.
Have had for 13 years have not had many issues until now just had to replace front end completely.. Axles, struts, calipers, brakes, air intake, but the biggest issue frame rusted and starting to break so I have had a welder reinforce the framework and it is holding great paint job still looks new interior perfect and have less than 140000 miles it is Kelly blue book holds strong 10000 after 13 years if u want a vehicle to keep value I recommend. My Buick is a 2013 and it is already half that value.

2007 Toyota 4runner review
I purchased my Toyota new in 2007 it has been my main driving vehicle since. I absolutely love it, have had no major repairs to make in it. The only downfall is the quality of the paint and it does not have all the fancy technology that other vehicles have but it runs great so that is the most important thing.

This SUV feels like you are riding in a car not a truck or SUV.
This vehicle has been very reliable over the last 120,000 miles. Every time someone rides in my 4Runner they can't believe that it is as old as it is. Compared to other SUVs in the same category the ride, value, and reliability cannot even come close to the Toyota. We have already started looking to replace my husband's vehicle with another 4Runner.

For an eleven year old car, it is running really well. We have had no major issues, only regular maintenance.
It has a lot of room and is quite comfortable. The rowing capacity is pretty good for a car of its size. Lastly, it works really well off-road.

I have had my 2007 4Runner since new with 3 miles on it. It now has 105,000 miles and still looks and drives like new. I also gave a new Audi A6 but the Toyota is the workhorse and my go to vehicle for any occasion. My mechanic says it could drive across country tomorrow with no problem. Gets regular maintenance and still on original brakes.

One of the most reliable cars out there!
I have only had a couple issues. The rear end went out at about 180,000 miles. Other than that, it has just been routine maintenance like oil changes and tire rotation. The wheel hubs went out at 240,000 miles, but were original before that. My Toyota has 241,000 miles on it and still runs like a charm.

Great truck. Ac still works great and the a/c is very cool for being ten years old. Very reliable and I change and maintain my oil every 5000 miles. Seats are comfortable and leather but being 10 years old the seats are starting to wear. I enjoy the a/c in the back when I have to sit back there as it comes in handy. I like the automatic locks on the door when I start my truck. I cannot reach the top to clean my truck so have never cleaned it. Don't like the soda racks in the back seat as they are not accessible readily. They should have placed it elsewhere.

Low maintenance, adventure vehicle

Toyota 4-Runner is an Amazing Vehicle!
Problems: I rarely have problems with my 4Runner. Performance: I get 25/mpg. The ride is smooth but not as smooth as a luxury car. It has plenty of room for passengers, back seats fold down for LOTS of trunk space. Reliability: I have had virtually no odd reliability issues. It requires regular maintenance, like all vehicles. The starter and alternator have only had to be replaced once in the 10 year period I've had the car. I think I've been through about 3 batteries. Not bad. Comfort: very comfortable and roomy, great for a family car! Features: I put an auto-starter on it for convenience in winter and summer due to not having a garage or carport. It makes it easier to heat and cool car before getting in and putting my child in. The sunroof is nice on pretty days. The back-up cam is great and ALWAYS used. I love my 4Runner and will never purchase another brand car.

The amount of life and use we have been able to get out of the vehicle.
I like the size, the mileage it is able to get and the amount of driving with little maintenance it allows. No real dislikes other than trying to fit two car seats and a full grown child in the back seat

I love the exterior and interior looks.
I love the space I have while driving. It is comfortable and provides the safety for my family while I am driving. It has the room for sports equipment during the weekend and luggage space during vacation trips. The leather interior gives it a nice look. And the pull out cup holder in the back seat helps with my two daughters and their needs. The exterior gives it a sleek look.

Durable and runs great, even at 180k + in miles.
Runs great and is safe. Very reliable and great gas mileage. Lots of room. I have no complaints on my 4runner and i would buy one again.

Car is old so speaker is busted no problems with the car itself it runs fine and is reliable. Have not had any problems with it.

It is very dependable...and has never had a major service issue.
It is a very reliable vehicle and has not had any major service issues. I live on a dirt road and it handles the conditions there, winter and summer, very well.

4Runner at its best. A detail that l like is the rear windshield wiper.
I had not had any problems with my vehicle. I take it for maintenance regularly. It is comfortable and roomy. It seats up to 5 passengers. It is great for traveling long distances. I highly recommend it to anyone with a large or small family. It has proven to be a high quality vehicle.

I am driving that thing into the ground and it has still been overall very reliable.
The complaint I have is the 4 wheel drive console had to be replaced. I like the room in my vehicle as well as the high mileage sustained by my vehicle.

I love the look of the 4runner and have always loved that the back window.
My 4runner has been a great experience. Never had any real trouble other than basic upkeep. Love the versatility that comes with the car as well, my family uses it to tow a boat and it performs great. Also handles very well in all conditions. I would also mention that we have put quite a bit of miles on the car and it still drives wonderful and gets around 20 miles per gallon.

We bought this vehicle because we need a dependable SUV with a V8 engine and a 7000 lb. Towing capacity. We also have a 2001 Toyota 4Runner with 323,000 trouble free miles. The only dislike we have of the 2007 vehicle is there is no backup camera.
