The security system causes more problems to the driver than a potential thief.

The main problem with this car that I have, is that if I accidentally hit the key or button beside the steering wheel, which is the security system, the engine will not start. I have accidentally hit these devices several times and I have to turn the key different ways while also pushing the button several times to start it again and sometimes when the does car starts it will not start again if I turn it off. Another problem is the sunroof, as in, you're never quite sure it is closed all the way. If you try to close the window but hold the back button too long, which I am never too sure if I hold it enough or not, the window will open in the back instead of closing it all the way. Also there is a little lip that goes over the window which causes the sunroof to not get cleaned in car washes, which is solved with manually washing it. Truthfully I haven't slid open the door of the sunroof as I am terrified of the fact that I didn't close it all the way and something has made its home there. Other than those few problems I have with the car the things I like is: that the driver seat is electrically powered for adjusting the height and distance and that to open the trunk and gas door you have to pull levers by the driver seat.

Love my 6 cylinder XLE Model I bought new in June 2002

I love my Camry! I have 300,000 km on the vehicle and know I will get another 200,000 easy. I have maintained my vehicle to Toyota standards at Erin park Toyota service centre in Mississauga Ontario Love this service centre. Very important to do so and most car owners don’t. Changing all fluids and so on. Also did the timing belt and water pump at 150,000 and am planning on doing soon again. I love the comfortable seating and interior. I bought the car when I was 41 and I am turning 59 next month. I would buy a brand new one just like it if I could. It is easy to keep clean inside and out. Love the little drawer in the left hand corner. One quick swipe of the dash and it looks clean in a snap. Most of all i love to drive it. Reliable powerful engine. Mine is made in Japan and my list price Canadian with all the bells and whistles was 36000.00 taxes and freight not included. I paid about 43000.00 with some extras that all add up at the end. Money well spent I must say.

My Camry can hold five friends since they can no longer drive.

My Toyota is dependable. I have had it for sixteen years and have not had any trouble with it other than a dead battery caused from a light being left on when the car was not running. My Toyota will accommodate six people, if they are too large. It is a four door sedan and I appreciate the act that I can accommodate six persons in the car if needed. Some of my friends have reached the age of not being able to drive anymore so I have room for five other than myself. Another important feature of my Camry is that there is room enough between the front seats to place a dog seat. It has straps which firmly hold the seat in place on the armrest between the two seats. No all cars have the space necessary for a dog seat such as mine so I am especially grateful that this Camry does. I had the Camry before I had this dog.
