I love my practical functional hatchback.

2009 Toyota Matrix S

One of my favorite features is that it is a hatchback, which originally was a setback for me. It is completely practical. I work with teens, so I always have a full car. It is spacious. The seat are dark and made of fabric that is water resistant so I do not have stains. There is lots of legroom and space in the back for luggage because I also like to road trip. I have experienced some hiccups with repair, but none of it specifically due to the car, but more so parts and maintenance. I had a coil break which causes issues with accelerating and starting. I currently have close to 170,000 miles and some people think my car is a lot newer that it is. I love my car. It is practical and very functional for my stage of life.

Great, reliable, daily driver car

2009 Toyota Matrix S

I have had this car for 4 years and it still runs great. Others who have driven my car say that the brakes are great compared to other cars and I couldn't agree more. The gas is a little bit touchy though, you have to start out real slow before pushing the gas pedal down far. The only issue I have had mechanically with this car was the rear differential went bad and it was a $1700 fix. They guys at the shop that I had it done at said it should have never gone bad for the age of the car, so I must have just got a bad seed. Other than that I have no mechanical issues.

My car is a nice reliable car that I would recommend to other people.

2009 Toyota Matrix S

It drives smooth. Has a lot of space. No problems with it. I rely on my car everyday. Seats are comfortable. Fits a minimum of 5 people. The truck is very spacious. The radio is loud. The AC is very cold. The heat gets hot enough. It has a sunroof. I wish the sunroof was bigger. The windows work. Has a back windshield wiper also. You can adjust the side mirrors.

the perfect car for a new driver!

2009 Toyota Matrix S

2009 Toyota matrix sport, ash grey, performance is well, very spacious and drives well. Radio needs to be updated but besides that the overall car is quite wonderful. 4 door and all wheel drive which is amazing for the winter time to have in case you get stuck. The gas can be a little touchy but it's a great car for first time drivers

Family friendly compact car.

2009 Toyota Matrix S

I wish this car had blind spot sensors because it has some large blind spots and I with it had overall more leg room for the driver. Overall it is a good little family car. The hatch back makes it easier for loading up for camping. It gets great gas mileage for my short trips around town and even better for long road trips.

The rear hatch and foldable seats make it modern day el Camino

2009 Toyota Matrix S

The most reliable small car you can find. I have used mine for hauling multiple things from countless loads of lumber to even a stove. Routine maintenance has been the only expense that I've come across. Replaced the alternator this year and that's the most we have stuck into it and it keeps on going! Love that car

Great car. Great size. Great on gas.

2009 Toyota Matrix S

No problems! I love my car! Great size for a couple! I would say that once we have a family it would need to be a bigger car. I can park in so many tight spots! Gets very good gas mileage! Very spacious trunk. Easy to clean the interior! Has a spot for an auxiliary cord plug in

Compact but big, economical, easy to maintain.

2009 Toyota Matrix S

Small enough to park, good on gas, hatchback opens up wide enough to fit a washing machine. Plenty of legroom, plenty of acceleration, needs little maintenance, 10 yrs old never had a problem and Toyota set up the appointment to change the airbags. Like the color.

Toyota Matrix Sport: Two Thumbs, Way Up!

2009 Toyota Matrix S

I absolutely love this car. I'm a huge sucker for hatchbacks, and it is a great one! All the seats fold down for premium storage in the car. The mpg is great. The feel of it is great. After owning a taller SUV, this car was a perfect vehicle to get used to.
