Love that Toyota has rectified a rear liftgate problem that occurred when utilizing the automatic key fob/and button. When pushed, the hydraulic support broke off and failed while damaging the trim and roof of my vehicle. It happened at 22k miles and Toyota fully covered it. Included a rental car too!!

The incredible and extremely durable Toyota rav 4 hybrid.
My Toyota rav4 hybrid is my favorite car to have ever owned. It gets great gas mileage and takes regular gas so I do not have to spend extra money buying super. The overall drive quality of the car is amazing, it is so easy to control the wheel. It is also decently high up off the ground which really helps whenever I encounter potholes in the road. I love that the car is not low to the ground because driving it is extremely smooth and I love the fact that it is not an overly large sized car and still has this feature. All of the controls inside of the car, especially Bluetooth work exceptionally. So far I have yet to experience a single problem with this car. The durability of it is incredible considering I have owned it for over two years now and have never needed any repairs.

Reliable and comfortable - love it!
I love my rav4. It has amazing mileage. It has been reliable from day 1. I have had the car for 2 years, and I have not had a single issue. I constantly take the car when I go for a road trip. It can drive for over 6 hours on one tank of gas. It is very comfortable inside. I do not have a single thing that I dislike about my car.

Overall very satisfied with the rav4. Performance is top-notch, gas mileage is outstanding and reliability is the reason I purchased this vehicle. On the negative side, the seats are not comfortable to me. I tend to hunch forward when I drive this car and get easily fatigued.

Hybrid is well worth the price.
My vehicle is spacious, energy efficient, safe and comfortable for long drives. The hybrid system is well worth the extra money. The only problem that I have had is that I recently had to replace my fuel pump. I love my vehicle and continuously tell people how much I love it when I am asked.

Good but could be better!
This car drives very smooth, and it has a lot of great safety features. It also is great on gas. But, the display looks outdated, the front seats are not power adjustable, and the dash display does not tell you tire air pressure. There also are not vents in the back seats, and the hybrid's battery makes the trunk angled.

The current rav4 hybrid has a short battery life of a few miles but the reliability of this car is very shown since it has excellent city mileage and satisfactory highway mileage. The performance of the car while it's not built for speed, built for sustainability.

Newer Toyota rav4 hybrid - all the gas mileage!
I love my rav4 hybrid!! It is comfortable, gets fabulous gas mileage, helps me drive safer (lane change help, etc) and makes driving a pleasure. I would recommend this SUV wholeheartedly. The only trouble I have is a feature that Toyota knows about. In trying to improve this vehicle, Toyota designed a gas tank that does not allow you to fill your tank all the way. They are working on a fix. I hope it comes soon.

Sporty, classy, economical vehicle.
This vehicle has been very reliable. It is very comfortable with a great deal of leg space. The seats are also very comfortable. The inside of this particular car is beautiful with tan leather seats that are striking next to the black dash. There is also brushed metal trim inside the car that is nice looking. It was the interior that helped sell this car. I also like the many safety features such as letting you know when a car is beside you and letting you know gently when you are not in your lane. I also love the space in the back for groceries or other things you might carry. It is very easy to remove things from the back. I also like the gas mileage and how quiet this car is.

I love that my car feel high off the ground, is very safe and gets pretty good gas mileage for an SUV of its size. Needed a longer test drive period.
This car was so uncomfortable for a full year after buying. In less than 3 years I have had to replace both headlights and something in the engine. I wish that the back seats went completely flat when folded over. I also wish it had better storage compartments.

So far I have no problems encountered with the car. It's very quiet when you start it up, performance is excellent when switching to eco, sport and terrain modes. Family friendly hybrid rav4.
I wish it had more horsepower. I also wishing came with something in the truck to keep groceries from falling over. Overall it is a great car and I cannot complain. Maybe more space in back row. I never use my in car navigation. That is actually pretty terrible. It is always giving me the wrong route or the longest way possible. The whole point of it is to be safer and not look at my phone but I always use the map app on my phone for directions.

The spacious passenger seating the luxurious enough to give 4 to 6 people a ride.
So far since it is a 2019 hybrid vehicle, I am leading it and it has not given me any problems. I have about 10,000 miles driven. The vehicle is wonderful, it has leather seating and huge space up front to place your devices or electronics. The music system is fantastic and I forgot to mention it is fuel efficient! Only costs me $20 for a full tank.

I like my vehicle a lot - it rides very smoothly and gets good gas mileage. Accelerating is sometimes a bit bumpy just because there’s a point at which it accelerates really quickly. I generally prefer Toyota because of safety/reliability and because parts are easy to get by.

Perfect car except for the large side mirrors which pose a threat to pedestrians.
I hate that I almost always run over pedestrians who are crossing because the big old side mirrors block them. I feel like it was really the only issue or else it would be perfect. It also hurts my back but I guess that issue isn't too bad. The gas is perfect. I only fill up every 9 days.

I like a lot of things about my car. I like the ample trunk space and comfortable seats. I also like how sleek and modern it feels. I also like the gas mileage. A few things I do not like are the disorganized cup holders and storage inside of the car. I also do not like how both of the seats in the front are not automatic, just the drivers side. I wish the car had a different layout for the buttons on the console. But other than that it is a great car and you can live with the things that are not as ideal.

Lower your carbon footprint in an SUV.
I love how the car is sporty and roomie but also does not make such a big carbon footprint. Instead, I can do much better on gas without having to sacrifice all wheel drive. I can fit five people in the car as well as a lot of things in the back. It is got a lot of room for people of any size. It gets great gas mileage and is easy to park.

This car performs well- I use it for my everyday commute, and I appreciate the gas savings of a hybrid- besides the savings, I also save time by not having to go to a gas station to fill up. I have had my rav4 for about a year now and I love it so much. Haven't really had any issues with it. My job commute is about an hour and I am paying the same amount for gas for a SUV as I did for my corolla. The only downside is I wish my back up camera made the beeping noise if I started to get to close to something or something/someone popped up out of nowhere behind my car.

Everything is great about the SUV. I just wish it had more ground clearance. Handles great in snow and rain. Sound system is good. I love my SUV. It has great gas mileage and a range of about 350 miles. It has enough cargo space for me and my growing family. I can even pack enough for long camping/hunting trips.

Love that it is a hybrid, I have a long commute so it really saves me money on gas and is better for the environment. Only downfall is it is pretty small, I cannot fit a lot of people or gear in it. It is also not great for car camping, the back seat does not go all the way down and instead tilts at an angle.

Trunk space and cruise control.
My rav4 has been great since I had it. I have been able to transport landscaping project with ease. Only downfall would be is the hybrid batteries are in the back and the seats do not fold all the way down. One feature that I don't enjoy is Toyota's cruise control system, there is no way to override it.

Has brake issues. Had to bring it in twice for brake issues in 6 months after purchasing. I do like the fact it is a hybrid. Gas mileage is good and performance is good. I do like the seat warmers in the car. The technology in the car is great especially the aerial camera.

Great looking hybrid car does not live up to gas efficiency.
We really enjoy our Toyota rav4 hybrid. Inside the center console is very stylish. The stainless steel looks very nice. Most of the car is covered with leather which is attractive. One thing we do not care for at all is the hatch back door that only goes up part of the way making you want to hit your head on taking things in and out of there. To other negatives about the car are the acceleration is slow and the gas mileage is not what they advertised.

The car is great on gas, looks luxurious, very spacious. Quiet car, low maintenance, will likely be buying at the end of my lease. Car fits a lot in the trunk, enough passengers for my lifestyle, and has not had many issues at all. One time the battery shut off while I was driving which was scary but it only happened once in 3 years.

This car is 100% reliable as well as comfortable. I have had zero problems and I am at 55k miles. The vehicle drives smooth and is very functional. My interior is two tone which is fancy but functional in hot days. The XLE has all the bells and whistles. The only thing I wish it had is a heated steering wheel.

The RAV4 is something to rave about!
I get great mileage. The collision avoidance systems and parking assist sensors are wonderful. There is plenty of interior room. It seats six comfortably. The only negative is that the data display screen becomes unreadable in bright sunlight. The dash display immediately in front of the driver are very clear.

Very smooth ride, great acceleration, even when in eco mode, both of the original plastic license plate screws broke off when I tried to unscrew them. The navigation system is kind of useless, I just use my phone. Also, the back seats do not fold down flat.

Reliability and performance we all need.
This car is everything that I wanted, but did not know at first that I needed. When searching for a car I had a specific body style in mind but did not think about performance, reliability, comfort, features, and accessibility to get it serviced or replacement parts if necessary, but I was very wrong. Plenty of space for large dogs.
Overall I very much like the size, performance, and reliability of the rav4 hybrid. There is plenty of space in the hatchback to transport my large-breed dog, and the car handles well. One of the only drawbacks to this model is that I feel it has worse visibility/sight lines compared to other cars I have driven. Other than that, I enjoy having the utility and space that comes with an SUV-style car but with the performance and gas mileage if a hybrid.

My Toyota rav4 hybrid is awesome.
My rav4 hybrid has been awesome. It is performed excellent as a commuter and also very well as a distance vacation vehicle. It is roomy enough to carry bags for four or it two travelers you can get bags and ample souvenirs. Only issue is when the temp drops below 45f that the gas mileage is much poorer. In the summer my commutes avg 36.4 mpg but in the winter ( I live in the NW) they drop to 30.2. Other than that it is a great vehicle and my limited is missing no tricks. Performance is exceptional for a hybrid.

Features: Helpful, But Sometimes Annoying
I have had no issues with my vehicle. The vehicle's safety features, such as blind spot lights, automated cruise control, emergency braking, and lane change alerts are very helpful. Sometimes the vehicle beeps a little too often when it comes to leaving your lane (I.e., if you are going a little over the line onto the shoulder around curves). The automatic trunk is also somewhat irritating. The vehicle is comfortable, easy to drive, and has a good sound system. One of my favorite features of the car is that it is able to show the vehicle range in miles, which gives you an idea of how far you can drive before you will need to get gas. The car's range is typically nearly 400m in a full tank.

The rav4 hybrid gets great gas mileage, but can also climb a mountain pass with ease. It is easy to drive with nice driver features. It could have better features for passengers though. There is no direct heat/cooling for passengers or power for charging. I purchased the limited for its safety features that have served me well.

Larger vehicle verse great gas mileage.

The darker interior helps a lot especially if you are a busy traveler. Accessible phone capacity to be able to connect your phone to car is a great feature especially with the laws. If you are an avid shopper there is a lot of room in the trunk and also the capability to put the back seats down flat for extra space.

Vehicle is quiet with a great ride.
Car runs as advertised. Vehicle is quiet and holds the road very well. I enjoy the added features of cruise control, lane diversion, backup camera and great stereo system. I try and drive it everyday. The hybrid works well in city and on the highway.

Luxurious car full of functionality and style.
This car is amazing. I love how smooth it drives and how efficient it is on gas. It is also very sleek and stylish. The seats are comfortable for me as well as for passengers. I love the backup camera feature. This is a great car for road trips or for driving local in the city.

Our 2020 rav4 hybrid xse features.
We love the fact that it's a hybrid and gets great gas mileage. It runs on the battery at slow speeds so driving in parking lots and between stores does not use gas at all. It has many safety features that prevent accidents like warnings of cars in blind spots on either side of the car and alarms to alert you if you are about to leave your lane. It has a roomy rear cargo area as well as an automatic rear door that can be accessed from the key fob. It also has 5 USB ports to power or charge phones and other devices.

The hybrid cars by Toyota.
The performance of the car has been pretty good. Been about a year since we bought the car. The controls are easy to manage, and we feel pretty safe in the car. Makes very little noise, which is sometimes not good, for when the engine is turned on, it could be dangerous for whoever is near the car.

The best SUV ever driven by me.
It is the best SUV I have ever owned. I love the way it handles, the gas mileage, the features and everything else. The color scheme is beautiful, the wheels are fancy and the cruise control makes it easy to drive. I also love the features for the people sitting in the back.

Powerfully reliable vehicle: highly recommend!
The vehicle runs surprisingly well in terms of being reliable and with high performance when you need it. With a comfortable, sleek design and a sport mode for those that want to add some power to an SUV, this baby really packs a punch. I personally enjoy being able to use the built-in backup camera to check my surroundings, and there's tons of interior space to transport anything I need.

That I fit
All the good stuff everyone else said and 7liters per 100 km . It’s got a sunroof and I can actually sit in the drivers seatand have a few cm to spare. The backseat still has room for passengers

Nice car, but a couple of minor complaints.
The car is easy and intuitive to use. It is also very comfortable. However, I wish the sun blocker was longer because I am rather short, so it does not block anything most of the time. The car, overall, has a nice and simple design. I don't really like the curve of the front seats, but it is not a big deal.

The interesting detail I appreciate is one of the most safe car I seen.
I love my car, it's a crazy good deal with excellent financing, it is gorgeous with a gray paint job, the interior is all leather, and still smells new, this car is large and heavy . My car has two driving modes, sport and the regular weight speed. When listening to music I imagine being in a studio booth.

The 2017 rav4 hybrid--smart car.
This has been a nice comfortable car. The styling on the seats is very handsome. The car is good for my husband who is disabled to get into and the storage and back seats are both comfortable and roomy. I do not like the little funny mirrors on the side view mirrors. And I wish it had sensors for blind spots.

It is very comfortable and runs amazingly.
The rav4 hybrid has enough room for two car seats, a giant trunk, runs smoothly, and is a great road trip car. The interior is very nice. It has longevity which is important when you have children and it is easy to clean. We have had no issues with it is performance, mechanical, or anything. We would definitely own another rav4 hybrid.

2017 Toyota rav4 hybrid review.
I have not had any problems with this car. It is easy to drive, peppy, and it gets good gas mileage. I have taken this vehicle on several longer trips, and it is pretty comfortable. This vehicle also handles really well in snow. My daughter wishes that she had one too.

I feel extremely safe in my rav4.
I love everything about my car. It is comfortable, drives smooth and fairly quiet, I always feel safe. I have kept up regular maintenance and have had no issues with performance. It heats up fast in the winter with a quick defrost time. I do wish it had more storage under seats but the back has a lot of space to easily fit anything for traveling. The seats are wide enough to fit at least one convertible car seat.

The car is blue and has comfortable seats with a sunroof.
There were really no problems. The car itself was used but I didn't care since I got a really good deal. Not only that but the car is very fast and am not considering to buy another for at least 2 years. The car is very reliable since I haven't gotten into an accident yet and haven't had the brakes fail at all. I love this car!

Great car - reliable with good mileage.
Comfortable ride, good gas mileage, nice look from the outside of the car, great interior. Reliability has been great. Have replaced tires at a lower than expected mileage. Have replaced non-hybrid battery due to car not being used for 7 weeks - manufacturer needs to be more explicit in describing how 12 volt battery declines in effectiveness if car is not driven.

An amazing car all around and great on gas mileage!
I love the car, it's great in gas mileage. It may look small but it is decent size. It has all the bells and whistles, brakes if it thinks your going to run into something. Let's you know when a cars in your blind spot. It even has a sunroof. I love it!

The hybrid rav4 was a great purchase, and I would recommend it to anyone.
Extremely comfortable, even for tall people. Makes very little sound while driving. Love the digital display options. The vehicle has great gas mileage, and the wear on the tires and components has been negligible, so very low maintenance has been required, though I do not drive too much or too far currently.

Plenty of room that performs like a small crossover.
The Toyota rav4 hybrid xle combines the best features of a larger SUV and a crossover. I am 6'7' and had concerns about headroom, but I have taken long trips and had plenty of room to stretch out. I can even carry my 10' kayak inside plus all my gear with a little seat folding. And yet, with the eco mileage mode and careful driving around town, I still get 34 mpg.

Rav4 hybrid, the best SUV you can buy.
The Toyota rav4 hybrid is fuel efficient and drives smoothly in all road conditions. The only issue that I have had is that the backup sound does not always activate when in reverse. In addition, sometimes when I have cruise control on the system will want me to take an exit off of the highway so you have to keep the steering wheel straight.

Great crossover for the price!
The hybrid has great power and stop and go gas mileage. My mileage averages about 36 city 32 highway. Since most of my driving is stop and go the hybrid saves me money at the gas pump. The XLE has a lot of bells and whistles including, compass, street name, navigation, hands free phone, steering wheel radio & phone controls, keyless entry, push start and a sunroof. It has good interior and cargo space for a smaller SUV. It also comes equipped with several safety features including backup camera, blind spot detector, brake assist and lane assist. I was given a two year maintenance package which covered oil changes, tire rotation and overall check up. I was told by the salesman that I would not need new brakes till I reach 140k and that many of Toyota's hybrids have 400k miles and are still running great.

The vehicle is an hybrid SUV with 40 miles to the gallon is unique in itself.
The vehicle runs extremely smooth on its electric motor, however when the gas motor kicks in it seems to run a little less smooth. Overall the vehicle is great and is has a great value. However I would prefer for the vehicle to run on an electric motor at higher speeds or acceleration.

Go hybrid for major gas savings
I have had my car for about 2 years and I love it. Not only is it very comfortable but it is great on gas mileage while still having the power for when you need it. The electric side works seamlessly and after a couple weeks of driving the car you never even notice when it is electric or gas mode. This is the best car I have ever owned and the savings I get on gas really help in the long run.

We enjoy driving around either in town or on the road.
Roomy, comfort and great gas mileage. Could not ask for a better vehicle for around town or on the road. It is quiet and the seats are great. Has a lot of storage in the back and additional space if you put the seats down. We choose the silver color which keeps it cooler but with the excellent AC and heater do not think color would have mattered.

2019 rav4 hybrid car review.
I have a 2019 Toyota rav4 hybrid. I love this car. It has lane assist which keeps me inside the lines especially in Atlanta traffic! Bluetooth & leather interior. My car has a backup camera that is perfect for the tight spots. Also has alerts for if you are about to back into something.
