Great solid car, performs well in all conditions and is very durable.
Tires always run out of air, that is really my only issue. Gas mileage could be a little better, but is overall pretty good especially in eco mode. Does not need repairs very often, could use better windshield wipers tho. I live in a place with a lot of snow so it could also use better heaters that clear the snow off faster in the morning.

I just purchased my rav4 limited from a family member. So far, it is a great car! It had almost 100, 000 miles on it, but it is proving to be a great car for the money. It comes with a sunroof, heated seats, leather, and lots of other features. It's also can be put in sports mode, to give it an extra power boost.

Smooth, comfortable family value.
Comfortable drive, smooth and roomy. Feels safe and is supportive of any length commute. Spacious interior. Great accessories as well. Easily and user-friendly. We are comfortable as a family of 3 driving around town and even comfortable in long trips. Although we do not drive more than 2 hrs-4 hrs we love the space and the comfortability of the car.

Comfortable and reliable!
I love my rav4. It is spacious, comfortable, and decent on gas. The comfortability part is most important to me because, in my family, we love long road trips. I have not experienced any mechanical issues with my car in the three years that I have owned it. I have also been very impressed with how it handles snow/ice as compared to my previous car (a saab).

Toyota rav4 is more than a car.
The rav4 is a very, valuable and reliable car. I have had it for 4 years now and it has great features. It comes with a lot of space with remarkable space in the back, it is low on gas with its 4-cylinder feature. It is an all wheel drive which means it is great for all the seasons. It also includes Bluetooth capabilities and a rear view dash cam when going in the reverse direction.

Runs good even with high mileage.
My car had 160,000 miles on it and it is still running smoothly. Plenty of room for me, my son, and all his toys, equipment. I am hoping to get over 200,000 miles from it. As long as you get consistent oil changes, the car will run nicely for a long time.

Rav4 is economical, good vehicle, will definitely get money's worth.
Overall reliable, did have a mechanical issue, Toyota extended warranty but did not notify owners, they replaced part only if the owner complained. Car has otherwise been reliable, good gas mileage, comfortable, handles well in bad weather. I have purchased many Toyotas and will continue to do so.

Perfect small SUV for the outdoors type family.
It has great clearance for most off-roads and plenty of room for camping gear and a toddler. The only downside is no rear ac vents and only a 4 cylinder so cannot tow anything, like a camper which is what we would love to get at some point. Otherwise I have never taken it to the shop other than regular maintenance.

Trustworthy and reliable car.

My Toyota rav4 is the best car I have ever owned. First of all, I feel safe in it. Secondly, it is spacious inside. It seats 5, is comfortable to drive, plenty of legroom for driver and as a passenger. My 79-yr-old disabled grandma has the same make & model. She can get in and out easily and loves driving her rav4. Which is the case for me too. I love driving the rav4, the steering, brakes wonderful. Great stop time with breaks. I love my 'trunk', lots of storage space, the amount of ikea furniture or things I can haul if I fold down the back row seats is impressive. I love all of the features, I know they may vary with each vehicle. But my favorite is the rear view camera, it is great. We also live in an area with a ton of traffic, curvy freeways & highways always merging in a short tight distance, and in other area lots of hills. The rav4 drives great and gets me through all of that smoothly, and it is not noisy. My next car will also be a rav4.

I love my 2013 Toyota rav4! It is the perfect size to navigate, where I still feel like I have enough room in the back to transport people/things and still have it feel spacious. Sits at a good height and has basic features with Bluetooth capability. Tire pressure light is always on regardless of tire pressure, size of vehicle is nice, extra space without a huge size/length difference. Overall, a decent SUV. Easy to drive and does well on city roads and highway.

A good height for those with mobility issues, able to take the mobility scooter.
We have had problems with the dealership, getting oil change done, and saying we picked and chose the services to be covered. We have had to replace the tires and the front brake pads so far and will need to get a full service done soon at a different dealer.

Purple Toyota 2013 rav4!
I do not like the color, the stereo is out of date, chairs seems old, parts sometimes go out and die. Performance wise it is been running well but lately as it is 2013, either the lights or suspenses goes bad after driving for awhile. Would prefer to have a different car but only choice I had and was a past down.

Moonroof delight nice looking car.
I have no problems with my rav4. I love the bright headlights and it is so easy to drive. It has a very quiet motor and quick pick me up speed. My paint job is black and it holds its color well. I do not like my radio, the sound is not a high quality sound. I love the heated seats.

Great and safe Midwest SUV.
I have put over 100,000 miles on it in my first 2 years of owning and have had no issues! It gets great mpg, and has done very well in the harsh Midwest winters. The ability to completely fold down the back seats have been great for the many camping trips I have done since owning and makes moving a whole lot easier as well!

I love my Rav4. I have not had many issues with it at all other than normal maintenance. It is a pleasure to drive and is very comfortable. The only issue that I have with performance is that I wish the air conditioning was more powerful. It does not blow out very well unless it is set at a high level. Other than that, I am very pleased with my purchase.

My car can fit 2 dogs, 2 cats and 2 humans and drive them across the country.
The headlights always burn out. Not great on gas. But it is great in the snow and I have kids so that is important to me. I like the color. The inside color is gray. I wish the stereo was easier to use. And I wish it could go longer before needing an oil change and cost less.

I actually have had a problem free experience. I have it serviced regularly. Buy tires when necessary and that is about it. I owned 2 Toyota corolla's before the rav4 and my gas mileage is comparable, I was surprised. It is a smooth and comfortable ride. It has a luggage rack. This car will bring you everywhere with no trouble.
I have absolutely have had no issues with my rav4. The only issue that I have had was with the brake pads and that was just cause they hadn't been changed in a very long time. Car is very comfortable and is very roomy for being only a five seater. Does great it the snow and have made it home in a snowstorm perfectly. This car might not be for you if you have a big family and need to be able to fit a lot, but is perfect for a family that has 1 or 2 kids. This make also has sports mode and eco mode which is great to be able to have both options especially if you are trying to get on the highway you can just rest the button for sports mode. Car has plenty of cup holders and gives you the option in one of them to be able to take out an extra piece in the cup holder if you have a bigger cup or water bottle it will fit. I have also found that the way the windows are perfect because you are able to see out all of the windows clearly not giving you a lot of blind spots. The trunk in the rav4 is also very spacious and I you are able to put a lot in the back without worrying about running out of space. This car has been very reliable and I have not been worried about this car dying on me or not being able to get me to and fro.

2013 Toyota rav4- perfect vehicle for the small family.
We have a 2013 Toyota rav4. So far we have had no problems with it in the past couple years. We love the trunk. It is very spacious and fits everything we need without taking up so much room that there is no room in the backseat. It fits our child's car seat perfectly and there is enough room if we needed to add another one. The back seats recline back or fold all the way down so there is more space in the trunk. There is a back-up camera and very nice stereo system.

No issues with the vehicle. I wish it had more power as it only is a four cylinder and it has only 176 horsepower but I chose to get this vehicle and it very much serves it is purpose nicely. I love the performance and reliability! As a family, we love Toyota. I think Toyota is the best vehicle they make as far as value for what you pay for. We own a body shop and Toyota’s are the number one car for retaining value, the depreciation rate is so much slower. I have not had any problems with our Toyota’s! They will run forever! I love the comfort and drivability of my rav4. If I had anything to change it would be the gear shift, BC it does not take a lot of force or hitting a button to throw the car into neutral. And I wish there was just a couple more cup holders in the front. And the cup holders are square in the back, which is weird.

This car does not have any special details that caught my eye.
I have not ran into many problems with this car. When I first got it I had some troubles setting up the Bluetooth with my phone so I brought it to the dealer so they could set it up for me. Once I brought it there I did not have any more problems. I have had the car for 3 years almost and it runs really well with no major problems.

2013 Toyota rav4 lasts forever!
Very reliable vehicle with no motor problems at almost 200,000 miles. The only issue we have had is with the key fob which is not a direct problem with the car itself. Smooth ride but can be slightly loud depending on the highway. Seats are comfortable although I wish the rear seat cup holder was slightly deeper so the cups wouldn't fall out as easily.

Overall, the rav 4 is a great family vehicle offering space and reliability.
The reliability has been great. Eve not had any major problems except the sunroof does not open. The cost of repair is $300-400 and we do not see the need to fix it. We do not use it. . The interior is comfortable for both short and long drives. We've done cross country and it was great. . Gas mileage has been good. We like the maintenance notification light and would like it to indicate more details about what is required. The back seat is roomy and comfortable with good amount of space in the back for storage or shopping bags etc. The bluetooth is a nice feature although it seems to take longer than other systems to connect.

There are couple of things I like about my car. As soon as I start my car the engine would start running. I like the way the engine sounds because no matter how old the car is as long as you take care of it the car will still run smoothly. I still like how the air conditioning is running. It is very roomy because I am a tall lady and that is important to me. It gets great gas mileage and I love the cruise control especially on long trips. I think that as a whole my car is of great quality for the price. My main issue would be the ac- it cools well but it is hard to control, sometimes switching to automatic instead of manual which I prefer. Seats are comfortable and is not a gas guzzler.

The only issue Izvestia had with this vehicle is that the Torque converter started giving me issues at about 120,000 miles. Other than that it is a very uncomfortable and reliable vehicle and easy to drive. This is a bit small for a family of five when we all have to be in the vehicle at the same time

Our rav is grey in color, sleek and has a sunroof.
It is an awesome vehicle. 4 years and all we have done is change the oil!! No mechanical issues whatsoever!! Wind noise is low and maintenance is super low cost. We take our rav4 everywhere. 2013 Toyota rav4 limited spacious backseat.
I have not had a problem with my car since getting it 4 years ago. The only problem I had was the speakers and I think that was more user error. I am able to pack all of my camping gear my boyfriend and dog with plenty of room. The seat warmers is really nice on a cold morning.

My favorite thing is the hands-free Bluetooth phone setting.
My Toyota rav4 is the best car that I have ever owned. It is so reliable, gets amazing gas mileage, drives very smooth, is super comfortable for me as a driver as well as my passengers riding along - this car is so comfy that I am able to take very restful naps in it between my classes at nursing school. Also this car has so many amazing features that make it appealing; it has a backup rear view camera that makes backing up and parking simple, it has Bluetooth connection that allows me to play music from my phone, and a sunroof for those beautiful days you want the windows down. The car also has dual sided temperature for the driver and the shotgun passenger so that you can each choose a temp that suits both of your comfort. Also, the back has a cover that hides any items from plain view, which I feel is a deterrent from car break-ins and thievery. One of the best features for me is the hands free talking on the phone, it allows you talk to someone on the phone if necessary, but it is much safer because you can keep your hands on the wheel and your eyes on the road. The speakers are so clear that it sounds like you're holding the phone right up to your own ear. This car also has a beautiful and sleek interior. I would recommend this car to anyone looking to purchase a new car, I have nothing negative to say about this car!

Comfortable ride in the mountains.
This car has not had any problems since it was purchased in 2013 other than having to replace the brake pads twice (partially due to the family member who owned it before me riding the brakes too hard). It drives extremely well on the winding roads of the mountains where I live. It accelerates well and has a sports mode that makes it snappy if I want. It is a comfortable ride.

Amazing longevity with maintenance and gas!
I love my car. It has 85,000 and I have only ever had to change the brake pads once. No other maintenance has had to be done (besides usual oil change). Gas is fantastic, can drive 4-5 hours on one tank. Super comfortable. Lots of room in the back seat. Fits 4 very comfortably, but 5 still fits semi comfortably.

The 2013 rav4 is very comfortable. The leg room in the back is very spacious for all passengers. When traveling I am able to fit 4 full size suitcases in the trunk without any visibility problems. The car gets great gas mileage both around town and on the highway. I have never run into any problems with the car minus having to redo the brakes around 20, 000 miles. I do however park on the grass so the moisture got to my brakes. Overall the car is great.

My rav 4 looks good and drives great.
It very comfortable. Drives great no mechanical problems. Does well in the rain. I love the backup camera. I love the Bluetooth feature. I can talk on my phone through the car or play music from my phone through the car without having to plug in any cords. It does not allow me to lock the doors with my key fob if the door is still open which makes it great to not accidentally lock my keys inside.

2013 rav4 exl info... Family car with room to travel and sleep in.
No problems with my car I love it. My car is a red SUV family car and very reliable back and forth to where I got to go. Car is big for travel on family gatherings. Comfy as come be with very good electric system with touch screen Bluetooth radio and handle buttons on steering wheel.

The one most important thing that others should know about my car is that it is safe.
I like my car because it is a good size for me and has all of the basic capabilities that I would need. It has a touchscreen navigation system, bluetooth, aux, and more. One thing I dislike about it is the brakes are not as sensitive and responsive as they are on luxury cars.

Toyota rav4 is a great car!
Extremely reliable, currently have had it about 4 years and no major problems aside from normal fixings that come with maintaining a car, for my family of 4 it is big enough but with having 2 car seats it does feel small but it is a great car and would definitely recommend!

I can see where I am going!
The only problem is that there are no vents in back seat. Very comfortable. Very spacious. I love the backup camera. There is plenty of storage. Gets great gas mileage. Car is extremely reliable. Plenty of room for a car seat. Bluetooth radio is amazing.

It's safer than most vehicles. Its taller than a regular car but compact narrowly so you feel like you're driving a car and not a huge boat
I like that it's reliable and safe. It also has a good track record and reputation

Family vehicle that is great in the city or mountains.
Great car in the snow, good on gas, reliable, cost effective. There is room to take the kids and dogs out of town for the weekend to the mountains or the city!

Comfortable but not perfectly reliable.
The car drives relatively smoothly, and well overall. However I bought it used and have had several minor non-mechanical and mechanical issues involving brakes, alignment and stereo. The car is comfortable and roomy for the interior though so it overrides the inconvenience I have experienced so far.

Toyota rav4 are very comfortable to drive and cheap gas.
My car is really good, very reliable . I feel comfortable driving a toyota. It is cheaper gas than any car I drove. Some of my car I drove before are very troubles. Toyota rav4 are the best. It is easy for me to drive this car because some of my shows are far away. The gas are really cheap.

Great, comfortable, reliable vehicle!
It is extremely reliable! Had it for years with a lot of miles on it and no problems! The only problem that I ever had was the breaks. The breaks have needed to be replaced a few times. But the car is very spacious and perfect for a smaller family. Even the basic model comes with Bluetooth!

Great small SUV goes coast to coast.
My rav4 is so much fun to drive, gets decent mileage, has great storage area. It is a basic model. I would like to get a hybrid version at some point. The only issue is the large side mirrors block my view when turning but may be due to my short stature.

This is an all around winner!
Like all Toyotas this is a reliable car. Maintenance is just the basic oil change, tire rotation, windshield wipers, and brakes. The size is perfect. The back seats go down completely flat, when the headrests are adjusted, giving plenty of cargo room. The nav system is decent. A little confusing at first with 3 route choices. Economical is the best choice if you want to take freeways. Otherwise, the other two routes take you on a lot of side streets. We did have a problem with the glove compartment, but that was from overfilling on our part. The seats are roomy and comfortable enough. Good height of the seats for my grandmother to get in and out of the car. Gas mileage is good for an SUV and has an eco indicator to show how well your driving is on gas saving. Obviously, if you hit the gas the indicator goes away and when you are coasting it turns on. The car is pretty solid and feels safe. An overall great car.

Seating for 5? Not if you need to use a car seat.
In my opinion, the vehicle is not very roomy. I am six feet tall, and no matter how far back the seat is, my knees are still brushing the steering column. Also, if you have any children requiring a car seat, the center position in back row is not able to be used for this, and when a car seat is used in the back seat, only 1 additional passenger may be seated there.

Rav4 ups and downs, good and bad.
I really like this car but it is not as long term as I had hoped. It feels a bit cheap and flimsy. I was hoping for higher quality. Other than that I have had some great experiences with this car. It has been reliable and I have put quite a few miles on it since I have had it.

Toyota rav4. A very reliable SUV with a great stereo system.
It's very reliable, comfortable and has lots of features. Very roomy and drives very smooth. The gas mileage is great! I have had my Toyota rav4 for several years now and if I was to get another car id get another one. I really like Toyotas I think they are great cars!

My dream car at any life phase.
I just sold my Toyota rav4 after two wonderful years, because I am moving to NYC. Not only do I love how rav4s look, but I love how smoothly they drive, even at high speeds. They are big enough to very comfortably seat five people, and the trunk space is large. The whole back row of seats folds down if you need extra room. The XLE model is especially nice because it has a sunroof that you can open as well as dual temperature adjustment knobs so that both the driver and the passenger can set it to their ideal temperature. I never had any serious mechanic issues, even though I drove my car constantly and took it on many long road trips. Once I move out of the city, I plan on buying another rav4 immediately!

Great gas mileage, without compromising power.
The car gets great gas mileage it has good legroom. The leather seats are nice. It does not ride as quiet as my former lexus did. Overall it is a good car. It does not have a built in garage door opener. That is a bit annoying, but we do have a opener that came with the house so we use that instead.

Honest review of 2013 Toyota RAV4.
My car is reliable. My issues are, that right from the start, my air conditioning does not get cold enough. I also feel that the rear door opens too high for a short person. It is hard to close. Otherwise, the car runs well, gives a smooth ride, has always started and is reliable.
