Great family car, lots of storage.
Love the turn radius on it. Lots of room for people and storage for strollers, sporting equipment, etc. Third row is roomy enough for adults to sit back there and not be uncomfortable. We drive the car everywhere very comfortable on road trip, very dependable.

Great SUV for around town. Looks great and is awesome to haul kids.
Great car! Love the turning radius. Much better than most SUVs. Also like all the accessories inside... Like the seat warmer and cooler. I like that the back seats are electric fold up and down. Gas mileage is not great, and wish it had a bigger tank so I didn't have to fill up so often. Also wish it had more storage space in the back.

This car is great for growing families, and those who roadtrip.
The performance is great. It has just enough space for me, the kids, friends, and family. I love the rearview camera. I love the space in the vehicle (plenty of space for items, large glove compartment and area above glove compartment, AMAZING middle console). The 3rd row seating is great and easy to lift up and down.

The best car I have ever owned!
Very safe vehicle and comfortable. It drives a little bouncier than I would like but still comfortable. The tow mode has been helpful while pulling a camper or trailer. It has a great sounds system and TV. I previously had a tundra and was t boned and unharmed which is why I opted for another large vehicle again. I do find the paint to scratch easily but hope it buffs out.

2012 Toyota sequoia is the best.
My 2012 Toyota sequoia is the best car I have owned. It has every luxury I would need in a car. The space and storage ability is incredible. The seats are extremely comfortable in the front and the back. It has seat warmers and seat coolers, which is fabulous. The back has a DVD player and a ton of storage.

Family rides in comfort and style.
I love the size of our SUV. It is comfortable, reliable, and has a great reputation. Toyota has always been reliable and safe. I look forward to having this vehicle for many years. This is a great vehicle for long trips and large families. The look of the exterior is nice as well.

It is the most comfortable vehicle I have ever been in.
I love this vehicle. The comfort and ride is like no other. Only downfall is it is not good on gas mileage.

The van is very convenient with traveling and has plenty of room for storage.
The van has good gas mileage and is comfortable while traveling. I had no problems with the van and the engine is still in good shape. However, in the back seats in the van the outer sound is very loud and can interfere with hearing other people talking.

The sequoia fits 3 car seats in a row!
We love our sequoia. We bought it because we now have 3 children and needed room for 3 car seats(they fit in one row!) Plus a dog and any family members who wanted to come along for the ride. The sequoia is very wide. Its very easy to drive. It does take some getting used to especially parking it. There's so much engine power! We cannot wait to go on our first road trip. For me, the best part of this vehicle is that we can get car seats in and out easily. I can actually climb into the back and fasten my youngest into his car seat in the middle while my daughter is in her booster on the side. My husband did a lot of research on sequoia's verse Chevy Tahoe and suburban. The Chevy Tahoe broke down a lot. The suburban was a lot more reliable. But it could still break down. We come from a long line of Toyota owners. Even if your Toyota breaks down it will still drive to wherever you needed to go. Unless you run out of gas of course. So far there have been no problems with our sequoia. Which I do not expect there to be. My husband keeps our vehicles in great shape and well maintained. Driving on the highway and about town, the sequoia drives well, has lots of power and is very comfortable. There are sensors on the vehicles sides that let me know when another car is in my blind spots. There are also sensors in the front and back. Along w a backup camera. It would be hard to park if there wasn't a camera or sensors. My favorite features are the heated seats. And the see-through blind that goes over the back windows to block the sun. All of the seats fold down easily. You can tilt your seat back too. The front of the SUV has a lot of space. I have a place for my purse, water bottle, coffee cup, gum. There is a place for everything.

What I like about my car is it is a mixed of two car into one.
Not much to tell. I love my vehicle. Only a few problems occurred. The DVD player will not work at all. The inside lights burn out fast. And the right side blinker goes 3x's faster than the left side. I have gone to fix these problems and every mechanic tell me the same that it is fixed. But later on the problems occur again and nothing change.

Pros from Owners

likeFilled Sav F.

It rides comfortably, has heated seats and has room for the whole family plus children's friends. The car is very roomy in the back seat where the kids all pile in. Even the family dog fits in between the kids in the backseat.

likeFilled Valerie S.

It is spacious, provides a smooth ride, has required little maintenance over the years, is easy to drive and park, is comfortable for long distance trips, the interior is durable and has held up with small children and car seats.

Cons from Owners

dislikeFilled Sav F.

Unfortunately, the trunk motor is broken so we have had to resort to ratchet strap the trunk down because when we forget, it flies open. Also, one of the very back seats are missing but we love this car nonetheless.

dislikeFilled Valerie S.

When the third row seat is in use, there is not much room for storage in the back compared to other large SUVs. The gas mileage is not great, but is what can be expected for an SUV of its size. Otherwise, there are not too many issues that have come around over the past 6 years.
