It's great for a family. Very reliable and roomy. Packs a punch on the highway.
It is a very reliable car. There is also quite a bit of room in the front seats and floors as well as the back seats and the very back seat. It is pretty easy to maintain yourself. One huge negative is a lot of blind spots when driving inside the car itself. You have a hard time seeing pedestrians sometimes or trouble backing up.

Reliable Toyota will last for years! Very low maintenance cost, high resale value
It drives smoothly, accelerates quickly, it's spacious and comfortable. I wish it had better fuel economy and a navigational system

Reliable and no major costs !
Great car bought new in 2011 ! I usually would have traded up by now but that’s hard to justify given how good my 2011 v6 has been !

Extremely comfortable and reliable
I have a 2011, and I still love it as much as I did when Ibought it, I have had no issues with the car at all, can see comfortably five larger adults, wheelchair fits in the back with no problem, I fit a full mattress I fit a full mattress in the back without a problem with the second row down , No complaints here

I think an interesting detail is the amount of trunk space that it has.
I have had barely to no problems at all with this car. Performance and reliability wise; this car is as good as it gets. Comfort, the seats, like any other car can get kind of uncomfortable after a while and the features, besides the power seat for drivers, nothing truly exciting and being able to talk on the phone without physically being on your phone is always a plus.

Great Car to Buy choose this Toyota
Love this car. Very comfortable ride. Great gas mileage. Had this car for a year love it. Roomy seats front and back. Seats lay back makes great with lots of room to pack just about anything you could have in a SUV. Does great in rain or snow. You will go wrong choosing this car.

Venza is the perfect vehicle for my lifestyle
My husband chose this car for me and he chose perfectly. It's spacious enough for both of us and two large labradors. The engine is powerful, making all my highway driving easier as I can pass easily as needed. It also handles all the rural dirt roads I drive with ease. It has features that make driving easier as well. I can control Bluetooth and phone access directly from the steering wheel as well as the radio. This helps me keep my eyes on the road for safety. I've been fortunate never to put other safety features to the test so far. It sits a little higher than my previous cars, and that as well as the structure make it feel safe. Other than routine maintenance, all we have needed is to replace all the struts. That doesn't come as a surprise when you live on dirt roads. Overall, this is my favorite car I've ever had. It suits me and me lifestyle perfectly.

Dependable 2011 Toyota with 100k miles.
My vehicle has just reached 100k miles and you can't even tell. It is reliable even when it's not well maintained. I waited a little too long for my oil change but she still ran like a champ. The automatic trunk door is awesome and the back seat is so spacious! I absolutely love my car! It has no mechanical issues yet and again, it's reached 100k miles.

Venza is not the go to car.
Every since we’ve had this car nothing but engine problems Toyota is suppose to be the best well not the Venza. From the axles you the engine and not to mention the brakes have been getting worse on it. 2011 was 9 years ago this car has gave nothing but problems.

Toyota Venza. A sporty nimble great looking family vehicle.
It is a 2011 Toyota Venza. It is a crossover vehicle. It has AWD. It has a spacious interior. With the rear seat down there is a lot of cargo area. There is dual zone climate control, heated front seats. Reclinable rear seats. A beautiful leather seating. Faux wood on the doors and dash. Adjustable steering wheel. Easy controls for stereo, heating, and other devices. The car is wireless Bluetooth capable with a cell phone. It has a spacious center console storage and glove box. An excellent sound system with a subwoofer and disc player. All-weather floor and cargo matt’s. It came with beautiful brushed aluminum 20’’ rims with wide low profile tires. Basically everything is power. With all the usual comfort and safety options. Over all a very nice looking car. It is been a very reliable car. It handles well, almost sports car like. Drives confidently in all weather conditions as well.

Venza is discontinued model car. It might have risks in future to have it repaired.
The Venza is an average car. It has low fuel mileage per gallon. It only has about 20 mpg on average. The performance and reliability is average. It is just ok comfort and does not have lots of features.

For a family of 5 I would say it is perfect.
This crossover SUV serves a great deal of space for a 4 to 5 person family. The Venza handles well AWD and has the pick up when needs, however the higher the mileage the more problems will arise we are currently looking to sell this one.

How my car works and how well it drives.
Brakes done like to work well. Sound works well. Performance is great. Works well in any type of weather and has 4 wheel. Drive. Stops well, but likes to make a loud sound often. Easy to clean and take things apart. Very great for a first time car. Love it.

Gas mileage is awesome and dependability has been great!
Bought this car new. Been driven only by me and I have approximately 260,000 miles on it. Keep it serviced every 3500 miles and have only replaced the battery on it once. I drive it 3 days a week back and forth to work at approximately 75 miles round trip. Averages about 27-30 miles a gallon!

Pros from Owners

likeFilled Kelly H.

The gas mileage is amazing and really helps save money. It is extremely spacious and very comfortable. It is highly reliable vehicle and safe for transporting children. Easy to travel and take trips, the trunk space is amazing.

likeFilled Jennifer S.

It's fully loaded. It has heated leather seats, a CD player. It gets very good gas mileage. Even though it's a 2011 it looks like it's newer than that. It's a four door vehicle, seats recline almost all the way back. Large amount of space in the back for plenty of groceries.

Cons from Owners

dislikeFilled Kelly H.

I wouldn't mind having a newer model and it isn't the most stylish of vehicles. I actually overall really enjoy this vehicle has been reliable. I can't make a very long list of cons. Maybe one thing that does bother me is the brakes are a bit touchy.

dislikeFilled Jennifer S.

The only con I can think of is, the back tailgate comes down. I haven't brought it in to be fixed yet because the back seats have plenty of room, so I use it for groceries and etc. But all in all, it is a very good vehicle. It has never broke down on me.
