The Eos gets up to speed very quickly and likes the higher speeds.

The Eos is a quick comfortable little car. It's a hard top convertible that folds into the trunk in moments. It speeds up quickly. The interior is comfortable for those in the front seats. With the top up the back seats are confining. It doesn't have a lot of trunk space, even when the top is up, though that is expected sue to the size of the car.

Love it all.

I have but one complaint. If you need to crack the window in the rain, it does drip in. But I can work with that. It does squeak because of the hard top. I ignore it. Great car! I have an 07..... Looking to buy a newer model. I love it that much. Oh....I get 30 miles to the gallon. A real plus.

2007 VW EOS hardtop convertible

I can't seem to keep air conditioning but who cares it's a convertible. The heat works great and I feel like a million bucks driving it. I love how it lights up at night. The seat is comfortable. No room for back passengers bigger than 5 but I raised my kids already. Got to be a little creative when you shop not much storage but again it's a convertible and being a hard top makes it much cheaper for insurance. 12 years old and going strong with 110,000 miles. Keep oil changed it does burn it some. I do get between 30 and 32 miles per gallon is great

Get a warranty as repairs are expensive

Hate the car when it snows. The car slides and has a hard time with snow It's a great car in summer.

It is so easy to put the. Convertible top down. Just push a button and voila!

I love my EOS. It is a fun little convertible hardtop. I haven't had any major problems with it except for a fuse blowing for the electric window and it costing $140.00 to fix. It does pretty good on gas and the interior is all leather. I would recommend this. Car to everyone!

Its short on space and is definitely a chick car but overall I like it

I love that it is a turbo convertible but I also seem to think it has a lot of problems and it hard on the wallet, German cars, amirite?

2007 Volkswagen EOS in decent condition.

This is the first model of the EOS and I have had several issues with the vehicle. As far as dislikes, the vehicle burns oil quickly in which I need to replace with oil every 1,000 miles. Besides mechanical issues, the size of the car is great. Seats are comfortable, back seat is a little tight. The trunk has lots of space for a convertible. For this model there are lots of nice features such as the controlled seats and butt warmers. The car also features a sunroof which I personally use more than the convertible feature. Overall it's a great car, but the oil replacement frequently is the only main issue.

The engine is faulty and will need to be replaced again at 80,000 miles. The top leaks when it rains

The car has been very reliable for me other than air conditioning which seems to be a common problem in this vehicle and you have to keep up with the oil.

I paid 22,000 in 2011 with very low mileage and thought it was a great price for the features included. And since it is a hard top the insurance is reasonable.
