Fast, fun, and reliable. It is good on gas and I have had no problems with it mechanically. Although it is small I find it to be a great family car. Best car I have ever owned.

2014 VW golf. May look small on the outside but out of this world on the inside.
The car has great gas mileage, great room for a compact car and is great for parallel parking in urban areas. This car comes with Bluetooth capabilities which allows you to listen to your music on your favorite app and use navigation all at the same time. The price point for this car is fantastic and the handling is great. Also the safety rating for this vehicle is astronomical. One of the funnest and safest cars to drive.

You might think it's gonna drive like a Honda Fit or others in the hatchback/midsize sedan class...but it's punchy as hell! Fun to drive.
I love the hatchback trunk, It's maneuverability, and It's gas mileage. It's fun to drive, though part of me wishes it was an automatic. And it's low-maintenance (at least so far).

It feels different from other brands, and it more European in handling versus other makes.
It has enough power and room for most of what I need. It would be nice to have more features, and easier to load a bike, but overall I like it.

Golf tdi is my favorite car I have ever driven.
Easy and fun to drive. Easy handling and very roomy. I have never had any issues with my car, just the usual oil change etc. I prefer Volkswagen, this is my 2nd Volkswagen diesel engine. I love the fact that I rarely visit the gas station. A half gallon of diesel will last me at least a week and a few days. It is a fun car to take on road trips or just your usual day to day.

It is a diesel tank, so if you live somewhere without much access to diesel maybe don't get it
I love it! It gets great gas mileage (about 35 mpg) and rides incredibly smooth. I made it from Minnesota to Montana on only three tanks, which is way better than my previous vehicle

It is a very sporty car that is fun to drive!
We have only had issues with the fan for the air conditioning and tail lights burning out. The rest of the vehicle has performed well over the past 5 years. We have kept regular oil changes and checks on the car to ensure it keeps running properly. Never had any real issues with Volkswagen.

Great car with some issues.
Great on gas, but being a VW is very parts specific. The batteries apparently die every two years now which is annoying and they are slightly on the expensive side. The oil is synthetic which is a little pricier but lasts for a year instead of every 3 months.

A cute little car that lasts a short while.
It drives well in all kinds of weather including rain and snow. The outside is falling apart and rusting after good care in six years. There's no apple play. Comfy interior for the driver side and passenger side. The flap in the hatchback broke quickly but the trunk is roomy.

VW golf okay at first but wears after five years.
It drives great and heats up when cold out. It is comfortable and has a good sound system. After five years, through, the structure is falling apart. Parts of the outside are coming off. There's a part of the inside coming off too. I had the brakes repaired recently and the tires changed recently so they lasted a long time. There was a problem with a sensor that was a hassle to fix.
Volkswagen Golf Models
Models also known as Trim Levels, are used to identify a vehicle's level of equipment or special features.
The ride of the car is super smooth and quiet. Stereo system is awesome.
The only problem i've had with the car has been with the secondary air pump. It recirculates exhaust back through the engine to burn gas more efficiently. The pump itself died and is really expensive to replace. It seems like a common problem with this model, so something to watching for when purchasing.
