The awesomeness of German engineering.

2012 Volkswagen Passat SEL

The location of the manifold absolute pressure is problematic. It usually catches oil, hence the engine light is on most of the time. You can easily clean and fix it yourself, but it is usually a time consuming task. Since it is a German brand's car, the design is for Germany's (or most parts of the Europe's) road/climate conditions. So, you may not have the same performance during summer. In cold weather, it works perfectly. On humid days, the belts usually expand, hence they make noises because they are loose than they should be. The interior is absolutely perfect. The console is easy to use. My next car will be definitely a passat.

My vehicle has a beautiful maroon color.

2012 Volkswagen Passat SEL

I have owned this vehicle since 2016 and haven't had any problems with it whatsoever. I keep up with the required vehicle maintenance such as fluid changes and tire rotations and the car performs exceptionally well. I use synthetic oil which Volkswagen requires, but go every 10,000 or 1 year before an oil change.

what a great car to have.

2012 Volkswagen Passat SEL

Great car. Has great gas mileage. it has a lot of spacious room. The seats fold down to haul long items like ladders. Has a huge trunk to hold a lot at one time. The seats are heated in the winter when it is so cold. It has a system in the car to hook phone to talk on phone through speakers.
