My vehicle is reliable, gas efficient and has a lot of safety features for being a 2011. All leather seats, movie players on each seat and comes with navigation, heated seats, sunroof, keyless entry and more. My favorite feature is that if I drive to long or cross over line to many times, my car will send message saying that I need to take a coffee break!

What We Were Looking For in a Car
It's a basic vehicle, bought because of Volvo's reputation for safety. A few glitches along the way, but overall, very satisfied with the vehicle. Oil changes are a bit more expensive than other vehicles I have owned because it uses 7.1 quarts versus 5. Really difficult to replace the cabin air filter.

It is a beautiful make with a sunroof and moonroof, Bluetooth, and sensors.
One problem with the Volvo xc60 is there’s a common error with the radio system. Out of nowhere you will be allowed to control the knob to change channels but it will not allow you to click on anything so you cannot listen to music. It is just a small malfunction that normally fixes after turning off your car and then turning it back on. Other than that I have not had any problems with my car and I am absolutely in love with it!

Family car for all families!
No problems other than small amounts of rust on the front passenger and from driver doors. Other than that smooth running. We had a minor battery issue but that was most likely a battery not car thing. Other than that we love our car and the size is perfect.

A reliable and lovely car!
I love it, I am a college student and it is a very reliable car. The leather has held up very nicely. My dogs are constantly in it and they haven't been scratched up too bad. It does take a pretty penny to fill up the gas tank though. Other than that I love the car, super reliable.

Safest vehicle on the road.
Very safe and stylish car. Have not had any major problems with the car. It handles well and is a sturdy car. Originally leased and then purchased the car when the lease ended. I cannot really say any more about it You are ridiculous to keep asking the same questions.

Comfortable, safe, and a great features!
The Volvo xc60 is a comfortable and safe ride. It provides AWD, back-up camera, rear and front sensors, and a smooth ride. I have had zero problems with the vehicle. It can be quite costly to maintain since Volvo parts are recommended. An oil change is about $110 due to the vehicle's capacity to hold 9 quarts of oil.

Volvo xc60 is awesome for anyone.
No problems. The interiors is very comfortable and good looking. There’s a lot of space in the car and it drives very smoothly. It also looks very good on the outside. It is not flashy but it is not an ugly or boxy car. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a very reliable car.

The Volvo xc60 is a great car. Handles well and is very reliable.
It is a solid car, great for FWD and has nice features such as heated/power seats, sunroof and personal ac controls. Its reliable in all weather and a smooth ride. The one downside is the cost of maintenance and repairs as the parts are expensive. It is a great car for a family and has plenty of trunk space.

This vehicle is well worth the price!
I have never had any major problem with this vehicle. I only have 65,500 miles on it, and with routine maintenance, it has been great. In the ten years, I have replaced the tires, battery, and brakes. Just recently, it was suggested to replace the bushings, so we did. I love this vehicle!

A car that treats you well.
This is a really solid vehicle. I have had no major maintenance issues and it has been in my possession for 5 years. I bought it used, but interior was still perfect. Leather is amazing and there is plenty of space. It has most safety feature for backing up and parking. I feel incredible safe and I like I am that it is high off the ground. Trunk is big and I am proud to drive it.

My vivi the most amazing Volvo ever!
My Volvo that I affectionately call vivi (its a girl) is amazing because it has good legroom space and is very comfortable. We did long travels with her and she was great on the road and has a great stability on the road. Good space in the trunk and I love the inside color (white leather).

Practical safe and sporty
I have not yet encountered any problems with this vehicle. I have always driven Volvo's and I am impressed with this one as well. It is extremely comfortable, and very roomy. The back seat comfortably fits 2 adults. I love all of the safety features that this vehicle comes equipped with.

This is a great car for travel.
The car runs great! Over the 3 years I have had it I have had very few issues. I have taken many 1,000+ mile road trips with my car and it still runs like a dream. I really enjoy driving this car. It has a lot of room inside but it does not feel like a big car to drive. I was able to fit all my things in it for a cross country move!

Volvo cars red 2011 cars xc.
Have had problems with oil leaking-often have to fill up with oil. I keep a spare container of synthetic oil in my car at all times. Car was in a crash and kept my mom safe. Gas mileage could be much better but car is old. Because features like built in GPS are outdated I do not use them often.

My 2011 Volvo xc60 is a safe, reliable vehicle.
I love my 2011 Volvo xc60. I bought it pre-owned in December 2016, and it still works great to this day. The car couldn't be safer, with it being steel-reinforced. Handles well, comfortable, etc. The key fob can be finicky at times, and there are no special features to the car, but I am both those things are specific to my car. Overall, a great buy.

Lots of space to move things.
I like its durability, appearance, comfort and safety features. The most significant problem has been the sunroof drains that clogged and backed up causing water to gather in the car. This was the most costly repair/rehab that I have had. I have owned this car longer than any previous.

It's a stable and safe vehicle but has some issues.
It's a beautiful vehicle. However, the tire/road noise is a little loud. I have had trouble with the windshield sealant, as it leaked rain into my dashboard and floor mats. The water runoff system isn't well designed since tubing had to be trimmed on 2 occasions. There is now a problem with rear differential bearing and it's an expensive repair, upwards of $2 grand or more. It's been a common problem according to other owners on Volvo discussion boards. It's still a stable and good running vehicle.

Booster seats in back are great!
Love the reliability, love the fold up booster seats in the back. Thought it would have more features though when I purchased. The seats are comfortable, although would prefer smaller trunk/back with a larger back seat for legroom. Service advisors are great that I work with.

I drive a 2011 xc60 Volvo.
I have loved my car since I bought it in 2011. Never had any issues with it other than a few problems with the air conditioning - quick fix though. Great features and comfortable ride - good for long distance driving. Air bags all over the place. Gas mileage not the greatest, but also not the worst. I would recommend this car to anyone who has a family and is looking for a safe and reliable vehicle.

The back has a bigger space compared to other vehicles. Easier to load a lot.
Absolutely loving it since I bought it! Never faced a problem, just had to change a gear due to an accident. Since everything has been going good except for the fact that every time I press the brakes there's a squeaky sound. I think, other than this, there's no other problem one can face with it.

I like the shape and the room in the car! It's definitely convenient for having two small children, however sometimes I wish I had a little more room. I don't like that I don't have a GPS in my car, blind side assistance, or any type of modern vehicle amenities.
I love the safety ratings on it! I think that safety is honesty the most important thing to me.
Highly reliable car, few problems. Large trunk space. Great turbo for highway merging. You have to get used to the blind spot; would suggest a blind spot indicator.

My Volvo XC60 2011 Review
I bought the car used. We have had to repair the air conditioner. Other than that, we have not had any issues. I like the push button trunk opener, blind spot feature, electric and heated seats. The car picks up speed quickly when getting on the interstate. It is very roomy and comfortable for a long road trip. I wish it would get a little better gas mileage.

We bought this vehicle used just last month. So far, we love it. It is a comfortable ride. Great space. We love the camera assistance for backing up and built in navigation. It took a bit of getting used to to figure out how to use every feature, but once learned, it is pretty easy.

It is not bad on gas. I make a lot of short trips weekly and get good gas mileage.
I have no complaints as if today. I bought the car because it is supposed to last enduring several miles. I need SUV.

Exceptionally reliable and comfortable.
Could not be more reliable - 130,000+ miles and never a major problem. Very comfortable for 2 adults and 3 grandkids. Regular maintenance from Volvo dealer was sufficient to keep car in top condition.. Plenty of cargo space - although would like a slightly bigger back seat leg area.

Small but cozy crossover.
Pros:this Volvo is a very smooth ride. The leather seats and interior in general are very pleasing. I love the back up camera and there is lots of room in the trunk for strollers and groceries. We have only had minor issues mechanically with the vehicle. The outside is very attractive. I especially love my blind spot sensor. Cons: the inside of the car is small so if you are tall, it is not the most comfortable especially if you have more than 1 car seat in the back. If it just had a little more leg room it would be perfect!
