I have not had many issues with my vehicle at all. Occasionally a light turns on but the dealer fixes it at no charge. Volvo is a great car brand. But I also think the dealership you buy from and the service guys you work with make a huge difference.

Low coolant issues, filling gas tank issues, cheap interior parts.
The gear shifter has a plastic cover that is cracked from the sunlight hitting it. Too expensive to replace. The low coolant light comes on constantly and I am constantly refilling the coolant to keep it above the minimum line. When trying to fill my gas tank the automatic shut off on the gas pump constantly acts like my tank is full when it is in fact empty.

Volvos are truly a great car for your money.
Love driving a Volvo. Verisafe. However, when it needs repairs it can be expensive. Thankfully it rarely needs any repairs. It gets good gas mileage. The extras, such as seat warmers are wonderful. So is the heated steering wheel. The windshield is too and clears up quickly.

My xc60 from lease to own.
I love my xc60. The ride is smooth and comfortable and the leather interior along with other amenities make it a joy to have. The only item I am not very fond of is the navigation that is built into the console. It feels clunky and not user friendly.

Seat settings can be saved with a button and adjusted to preferred comfort level.
The oil pressure sensor and check engine light are engaged every 7000-7500 miles due to a design flaw that requires the oil filter and gasket to be replaced and the part must be special ordered. Most auto places do not carry the part. You must order it, unless you go through the dealer. Performance is great overall, engine allows for quick and smooth acceleration to maneuver in traffic. The Volvo is comfortable and a good family car with high rated safety features. I have been pleased with the purchase with the exception of the oil/check engine light that only goes away once the oil filter is replaced. It took me a few years to figure this out and after research I have discovered that several other Volvo xc60 owners have had the exact same issue! Hopefully they have manufactured and improved their more recent models.

Volvo xc60: a great value luxury SUV.
This is the safest car on the market. The engine is turbo charged and is very powerful. Because the engine turns off when stopped, the overall mileage is pretty good and it uses regular fuel. I like the clean Scandinavian design as well. On the negative side, it uses a lot of oil (change every 5000 miles) and we had to replace all the spark plugs to stop a chugging problem.

Good and Reliable, but Worth the Price
I really like this vehicle. It has been very reliable. It rides smoothly, however it is a bit loud in the cabin when driving on the interstate. Gas mileage isn't too terrible for an SUV. I really like all of the safety features it has, I.e. Lane departure, back up camera, blind spot. It also has where you cannot set the cruise control if the driver is not buckled up. It has adaptive cruise, which is nice. It has a bunch of the optional features like the sun roof, DVD players, and heated seats. This was a program car and to me it was still high in price. With all the features it came with it still didn't come with remote start. It does have where you can download an app and start it from there but it costs upwards of $100+ for a subscription to have it. The backseat is pretty spacious. I would say it would fit 3 smaller adults easily, but it wouldn't be very comfortable if there were a car seat back there. The cargo space in the back is decent. Folding the back seats down when you can really helps increase it. I did purchase it in 2015 and it has held up well. I haven't noticed anything tearing up in the inside. I don't have any children yet so I can't say for sure how it would hold up to them. It is a good reliable car, however I probably would've purchased something nicer with more features and space. I pretty much just paid for the name.

Volvo xc60 2015 is a great ride.
Battery died 3 times. Enjoyable ride and very comfortable. Very dependable quiet ride- great design and lots of extra features. Wish it got a better gas mileage. Could be a little larger. Wheels are very nice bike features. Warranty is good... Repairs can be expensive.

Safe SUV. Has adaptive cruise control, so it will automatically slow your car if it comes upon a slower moving car.
I love my Volvo XC60. I have heated seats in both front and back seats. And, I never knew I would need it, but a heated steering wheel! I like how i fit in my car, because I have short legs and in most SUVs I feel like I'm on top of the steering wheel, making it dangerous for me if the airbag was to be deployed. Keyless entry, navigation system and Sirius XM stereo.

High performing, well designed vehicle.
The xc60 has been totally reliable and comfortable for me. No problems thus far in terms of performance. It has all the standard safety tech and pretty good fuel economy. The overall design of it is pretty appealing too. However, storage space is not the greatest frankly. There could be more.

I love that it has the sensors on the mirrors so you know when they're are cars in your blind spot, also the parking feature, disappointed that theres not oil dip stick and that it cost 150 for an oil change. It's a great family car very comfortable. Wish it had a sunroof.

Great small SUV with sleek interior and exterior, solid and reliable, good buy.
Very high quality interior, solidly built, sleek design inside and out, roomy cargo area, back seat legroom is not great but sufficient, the automatic safety features (such as braking and engine cutting off at lights the restarting when you go) can be annoying at times, the settings (radio, satellite, etc. ) Are not very user friendly at all.

I like the keyless engine start and love my sunroof.
I love my Volvo xc60. It handles very well and has not caused any major issues to date. The computer is a bit sensitive and warns me of things like 'low tire pressure' when in fact my tires are fine. But I understand that safety is the top priority in my vehicle so I am okay with a sensitive computer warning system.

Safe but needed a new engine. Loved my last Volvo but this one seems to have problems. Sturdy car love the Volvo brand. Drives well. Do not like the automatic start stop. Nice interior. Could be roomier would like to get the xc90. Has some blind spots.

I love my 2015 Volvo xc60!
I have always been a Volvo owner and switched to an xc60, as I wanted something a bit larger than my s40. I love the updated features in my 2015 from a 2005 and find the car to be spacious and functional, while still not feeling too large. It does well and is comfortable on long road trips.

Volvo 2015 model xc60, rate the car excellent.
When I first bought the car, the first year the air conditioner had to be replaced. Also, the engine light kept coming on for odd reasons. The last couple of years no problems and the car is great. Rides nice and hardly any road noise. I also like the comfort of the seats.

Peppy little SUV great for families!
Having some issues with the battery cable but other than that we love this car! It drives like a small car but has the space of an SUV. The features are user friendly and intuitive. It's 5 star safety rating is what drew us to this brand and the smooth ride and luxurious feel is what made us fall in love. It's great on gas and although it's only a 4 cyl the turbo edition gives it the added oomph.

I love my Volvo, this is the second Volvo I have had and it will take a lot to make me buy another make. It is super reliable, drives very smooth (I get compliments all the time), and has great space for both passengers and cargo. It does take more gas than a car, but the SUV feels safer and has a ton more room. Very technologically advanced as well.

Just got it in march so far I love it. Rides real well very comfortable seats, but back seat has to little leg room. Thank god will not need it that often. Love the built in booster sets and the TVs in the headrests. Still Haven't figured out all it is capable of.

Extremely reliable, have had no problems with performance. I bought it because of Volvo’s safety record because I transport my grandchildren to their activities. It is very comfortable and easy to drive. When I get the chance to be in the backseat, I am always amazed at how roomy it is.

The best car around in my opinion.
The car handles very well over the chicago streets where potholes didn't exist one day but end up there the next. I love the backup camera, very helpful to me since I have had neck surgeries. The rides are so comfortable with the lumbar support and seat adjustments, of high and low and the . Steering wheel also being adjustable. I love the way. The windows fold in when the car locks, as well as the lights and sound. The quietness inside the car, when the windows are up to avoid the city noise and the power of the radio with its system.

All and all I would give the Volvo xc60 a definite thumbs up.
I love my Volvo xc60. It drives so smooth, is very reliable and the comfort is out of this world. It has several different features. I never thought I needed a backup camera but I cannot imagine having a vehicle without one now. It has a lot of room in it and you can put the back seats down to make the back bigger if you need to haul things. You cannot go wrong with the Volvo xc60 and I guarantee you will love it!!

The battery needs to be charged yearly this is from Volvo.

This car feels very secure on the road. I feel safe in this vehicle. It has many safety features that I have found helpful. Moon roof is very nice feature. I am only disappointed by no heated seats, back up camera. Car drives really well. This car is great for a single, couple or small family.

A wonderful SUV. It is a wonderful car to drive with low maintenance.
I have never had a problem with my Volvo. Xc60. It is a dream to drive, and very reliable in cold weather as well as hot. It's basically maintenance free. I have only had to take it in for yearly check ups. It also has when purchased a wonderful maintenance plan.

It is an extremely comfortable car to drive. The interior is really attractive, the seats very comfortable, and I enjoy the seat warmers. I have had minimal issues with the car itself and I would purchase this car again. It is a good size and seems very spacious and has lots of storage space despite it being a smaller car.

Excellent. Couple of technical issues.
Strong on performance, reliability, comfort and features. Small technical problems: seat belt straps to do go into place after use and bang in car unless readjusted. Extra Volvo mat for the driver's floor does not hook on, so keeps floating up towards the front of the car. Not bad for an otherwise terrific car.

Automatic close for trunk
Love the size and ability to serve as an SUV while still being easy to park. Gas mileage is not great, though there is an option to enable the engine to turn off when parked or stopped. Overall it's great for someone with or without kids and drives smoothly.

Third time around with Volvo and not disappointed. Loving the SUV.
My car is 4 years old and I have not experienced any problems. This is my 3rd Volvo and have loved them all. I have the SUV it is a smooth riding car. There is enough room for 5 people and lots of space in the back. We golf and can easily fit both sets of clubs. I do get scheduled services and have bought new tires for this vehicle. Tires are expensive but worth it.

Thought I would like it, but I love it.
It is a bit to large but I enjoy it. With the rearview mirror, I do not have to strain to look in back. The ride is smooth. I thought that it would be too distracting to drive with the screen, but actually it is not. It is very accommodating to have especially with the navigation system.
