Love it. My favorite feature is the someone on the side light indicator. Very comfortable but rather plain. Very reliable. Have had very few problems and none of them were serious. Typical wear and tear issues. Would not recommend black. It shows every spot. Seems to be hail proof. Definitely does not dent easily.

Exactly what I was looking for, leather seats, sunroof, lots of seating.
I bought my car used. It runs really well despite its age. It has a nice wood trim interior and cream leather seats. The steering wheel is also wood and very comfortable in your hands. The extra seats and built-in booster are also a plus. The cargo area is very spacious and the sunroof is great.

Great overall family SUV!
Overall great, but I wish it had more horsepower. Next time I wouldn't buy the base model. Although it is 7 years old, it still looks new on the outside. I will definitely buy another. The problems we have had are the outside antenna cord/trim coming off the top of the roof and the 3rd row seats are a bit finicky - sometimes you need to give an extra nudge to get them up or down.

Beloved family car for flexible travel seating.
This vehicle has been a great family car. I like the flexibility of having the 3rd row seating in the event of traveling with extra people, but in general circumstances leave it folded down for additional storage space. It is comfortable to drive and has been reliable. I trust Volvo for it is safety records to safely transport my family.

I feel very safe and secure driving my Volvo.
My vehicle is very reliable. It has Bluetooth and phone adjustability it is a 7 seater with reverse assistance. It is a very smooth ride and is a very safe vehicle. Before I bought this vehicle I did own another Volvo which was a sedan and because of the reliability of my first Volvo I decided to buy this one also.

It's roomy but it is difficult to use with car seats. There are no car seat anchors in the third row!
I have yet to figure how to use the bluetooth capabilities on this vehicle. It's very frustrating. I like the optional third row.

Love this car fun smooth driving. We enjoyed our long driving.
Its dependable and reliable car but gas is on a moderate fill up. But fun to drive. We took this car from east to west cost already nothing to worry but it's okay with five people wish it could take seven passengers will be able to bring a lot. It has smooth and quiet ride for five people brought two friends with us.

Every feature of the car I use daily!
Just purchased my car in sept 2019 used from a dealership. It's dark blue, tan interior leather which I love. It has convertible third row seating or a larger trunk. It has a 'grocery' holder in the back. It beeps when I back up and alerts with a red light when someone is in my blonde spot. It has heated seats and automatic seats in the front. A sunroof. CD/Bluetooth/SiriusXM in the dash. It has about 100k miles on it and is very reliable car.

The Volvo XC90 is a highly dependable vehicle. It seats up to 7 people, which is good for our family. It comes with a high safety rating, which was important to us. We've owned XC90's for the past 15 years and are loyal to them. Maintenance costs are similar to other comparable manufacturers.

My passion red Volvo XC90 makes my heart beat fast!
I love my Volvo XC90. The leather seat cradles my back in comfort. It is so comfortable that even if I have to drive three hours to the mountain to ski, I can jump right out and ski. The heated seats also increase my comfort, especially if my back is a little sore due to stress. The adjustments on the seat positions and steering wheel make the car fit any driver. It is very easy to see out the windows and the blind spot awareness system makes me feel really safe when driving on a multi-lane highway.

Volvo xc90 2013 review. Great car, expensive but durable. Good investment.
This car is great, safe and durable. Repairs are slight expe site because it is an imported car but it is worth it as this car should last for over fifteen years I currently have a out one hundred ten thousand miles on the car and the car is still working great with no major issues. The interior is very nice and durable. I have four young children and the car has taken a beating but has worked great.

Volvo xc90 - safe, reliable, and comfortable.
In general, I love my Volvo xc90. It is very comfortable and is great for around town and long road trips. The wood trim, heated seats and roomy driver and passenger seats are great. The third row was perfect for when my kids are young, but now they are too big so we no longer use this feature. One negative is the vehicle is very heavy and the tires wear out quicker than I would like.

It is great. It is super reliable and safe. We only buy Volvo. It runs well, is safe and super comfortable. I think it looks great too. Super clean and sleek. It is lasted a long time and still looks new and runs great. We stay up on the maintenance and haven't had any major mechanical issues.

Sturdy and reliable 7 seater SUV.
Overall I really enjoy my SUV. It is sturdy and I definitely feel safe on the highways around trucks and aggressive drivers. The seats are comfortable. I love having 7 seats and plenty of storage room. My car is older so there is some wear and tear, but the main thing is when I hit the breaks in reverse there’s a clicking noise. I have heard it is common for that car.

Swoops and zigzagged windows are hideous. I am looking at you infinity!
This is my second Volvo xc90. The quality of these cars that is the most important to me is the body style. I like that it is made up of mostly straight lines. I hate cars that have 'swoops' or zigzagged windows. I think that is just hideous. I also like that there is chrome trim around the windows. I hate the crooked Hyundai label and I would not buy one simply because of the logo. Ditto Lexus. I have always liked the Volvo logo. Admittedly, it is not symmetrical, but the little arrow diverges from the broken or swoopy style that I see on cars I do not like. The second thing that I like about the car is the size. It is not too big and it is not too small. The third thing that I like about it are the safety features, including the integrated booster seat and child safety locks. I have children and safety is a priority. If I could change anything about the car I would have the booster seats in the side seats, not in the middle. I would also prefer captains chairs to a bench seat in the middle row, even if that meant sacrificing a seat. My next car will probably be a Volkswagen atlas. The new xc90 is beautiful but more than I want to pay for a family car.

Bought an xc90 and will never drive anything else.
I love this car. I grew up driving Saabs, so I have an affinity for Swedish engineering. The seats are incredibly comfortable. The car feels heavy and sturdy on the road. I have never felt safer than in this car. My car has nearly 160,000 miles on it and is still going very strong. I haven’t had any major repairs, beyond the wear and tear of regular usage. I will be looking to buy another xc90 when this one stops working (beyond reasonable repair).

Almost the perfect car that you can get.
I love the car except for that it has tons of electrical problems and we always have to bring the car into to get fixed and it usually takes about a week to get the car back. The rest though I think is good like the big screen that is just like an iPad and how comfortable it is.

Big car for a big family!
I love my Volvo xc90. With 4 kids, my wife and I needed something big enough for all of us. The built in booster in the middle row is awesome! We also love the third row that has enough space for our 8 and 9 year olds. All the seats fold down for those Costco trips too!

Spacious and comfortable!
I love my car! It is so comfortable and spacious. I love having the 3rd row as an option, or for more space. The motorized reclining front seats are also a big help for adjusting the seats after my husband drives my car. Our car seat fits great, and I feel safe with my 4 month old in this car.

I love my Volvo xc90! 2013 dark gray Volvo xc90.
I love my Volvo xc90 because it has very few bells and whistles, so I know how to use everything, but it is a very safe vehicle for my family. I can use the third row seats when we have friends with us, or I can fold down the seats and use the extra cargo space. Both the second and third row seats lay flat and fit a twin size mattress in. I am very happy with my safe, versatile vehicle.

Volvo’s are the best and safest! I love my rear seats that can turn into a trunk.
I love the Volvo! Not only do I feel super safe on the road but I also love the features. My favorite part of all cars is the sunroof because in South Carolina I am able to use it all year. Having a separate rear ac is nice because the seats all the way in the back still cool down just as well as the middle. I love my satellite radio and I love how I can connect my iPhone to the car. I think I would choose the SUV version next time I get one but I would still stay with Volvo’. My only complaint is the last Volvo I drove had a light that would come on if someone was in my blind spot on the highway but this one I am currently driving does not and I really miss that. Mine is white which is perfect for warm weather which is what we have the most here in sc. I love how I can choose whether to have the seats in the way back or use it as the regular trunk.

My experience with the Volvo xc90.
It has had no problems. I have had the car for 7 years with zero failures and have racked up several hundred thousand miles. The car is safe and reliable. Drives smoothly still and is a great family vehicle. Volvo makes save cars and the xc90 is no exception I would definitely recommend.

Volvo xc90 - reliable, spacious and family friendly.
I have owned 2 Volvo xc90’s and I am extremely impressed. I traded in my 2005 after nearly putting in 300,000 miles on the vehicle. This SUV is extremely reliable if well taken care of. My only complaints would be that the headlights are not very bright, and replacement parts/maintenance can get expensive. The quality and performance of the vehicle far out ways any negatives. I would highly recommend this car for a growing family. The xc90 is extremely spacious and can fit up to 7 people. When set up for 5 passengers, the trunk is extremely generous allowing space to transport large/several items if needed.

The battery keeps dying, and even when I take it to the shop, it will not fix the problem. It has happened around 3 times already. The dashboard will say "check engine".

Well loved reliable and safe family vehicle.
I have had required minimal maintenance since owning this vehicle. I love the safety features of this car so I feel safe driving with my family. I like the heated seats and find the ride and handling to be super comfortable. We like the third row seating ability to fold down flat when it is not needed for passengers. The configuration of being able to move the back seats forward also allows for flexibility in rear cargo space when fitting large items. This car has been great and versatile for our family.

Luxury, safety, family car.
It drives great, very smooth. Plenty of trunk space when the third row in down. Trunk space is limited if you are using the third row. The seats are comfortable. I love that it has such a great safety rating. The warner’s is also great if you purchase pre owned.

Great family car that does not make you feel ancient.
Comfortable to drive, good safety features, great for long distance trips. Love the look. The third row is a great option and there is tons of storage room when the third row is not being used. It does seem slightly narrower than other SUVs which can make a difference when doing home improvement projects as sheetrock or other big items sometimes do not fit.
