Pros - plenty of room inside, good for hauling 6 adults, captain chairs in back, heated first and second row, lots of options, good view of the road, easy to park, good looking, sturdy, motors last forever.
Reliable V8 great warranty package and built for the road/ the con was when I had to replace the computer the system and transmission when the warranty ran out that was quite expensive due to my high mileage, but overall this would be the vehicle type I would purchase again at the right price used.
The Car is very dependable. The safety features are good. The rides is comfortable. There is plenty of legroom in the passenger rows. The DVD player can be tuned just so the kids hear it. The seats are comfortable. There is plenty of cargo area when traveling even with six people in the car.
I love the comfortableness and room. I love having the third row. I love the back seats come all the way out if I am needing more storage. I think the Yukon is the best vehicle I've owned. I will never buy anything else from now on.
Fuel consumption, dash cracks easily and it is a known con for all GMC models similar to this. Everyone I have owned has had a cracked dash. They need to address this issue and find a solution to it.
I do not need all the computerized stuff that comes with it, but if it is part of the package oh well; I have learned you never know you need something until you need especially for safety precautions. Also things get quite expensive when the warranty runs out with this vehicle although how great it is.
I cannot think of any cons except it takes a lot of money to keep full tank. Also I would probably not get a sun roof again do not really use it. Always the worry of it leaking. Also the driver door drain for water is not very efficient usually have to pull plug after rain because you can hear water.
I don't really have a lot of cons. I do wish the gas mileage was a little bit better. I travel a lot and I have 3 kids so I needed a bigger vehicle but gas can he expensive. Luckily I live in a smaller town so going into town isn't too bad, but having to travel hurts the pocket book a little.
