The 2015 Kia Soul does come standard with a backup camera. The camera will automatically turn on every time that You put the vehicle into reverse and it will display the image on the screen. Backup cameras are becoming mandated on all new vehicles because it really does help prevent accidents while backing up. One of the most common ways that people get into an accident is while they are backing up out of a driveway or a parking spot. Having a backup camera allows You to see what is behind You and lower than Your window level so You never have to worry about bumping into something or someone again.

A back up camera is not standard on the 2015 Kia Soul, the base model with standard transmission do not have back up cameras.
