Some of the 2019 Jeep Cherokee radio problems are that the radio will change on its own and the volume will go up or down on its own. Some owners reported no sound coming from speakers.Other owners reported the radio operates erratically and will bounce from one mode to another. The Audio will go in and out as well as the air and heat.The screen goes back and forth between radio, controls, navigation, climate, apps, and media uncontrollably without any prompting from the driver or passenger. The vehicle was in motion each time it acted erratically causing major distraction and disruption to the driver. This happened on city streets, highways, while turning, and while parked with the car on.

My radio/screen was also possessed. I called Jeep @ 800-992-1997 to tell them my issue. I was directed to the reimbursement department. They asked me to submit my paid documents, which I did. I was hoping for reimbursement after reading many comments with the same issue. I also suggested that the radio be on recall. I was told my claim was denied for not submitting the documents on time, which was a lie. The person reviewing my claim, did not do his job. They should back up their faulty parts. I did replace my radio. The cost was $871.78 at a dealership near me.
