The 2016 Honda Accord key fob battery size is going to be CR 2032. It may be the CR1616 3V size, though, for a lot of models use this size for their key fobs. To replace the battery, You want to take the key fob and push the button on the back and slide it up to remove the key part. You then take a screw driver and put it between these 2 little areas and twist to pop the casing off. From there, You will be able to take the battery out and replace it.
