The radio in a 2014 Ford Flex is a very prominent part in the vehicles day to day usage, so when something goes wrong with it You lose a lot more than just Your tunes. While there doesnt seem to be a ton of complaints from users about the radio not working, there a few. Most people experience a loss of display and no Audio. Sometimes a reset of the SYNC system can fix it but most times it does not. The most common fix that works seems to be pulling the radio fuse from the internal fuse panel. The fuse panel is located under the driver side of the dashboard. There are two that mention radio in the name but the one You want is the fuse in location #29. It is a 20 amp fuse in the bottom row of 4. Pull this one out for a few seconds and plug it back in. Once You have done that You can turn on the ignition and check Your radio for proper function.

Flex also has a problem with the entertainment module. The display stays on but you may have very loud cracking and popping coming through your speakers. The module is quite expensive, dealership may charge over $1000 to repair. They are also a little hard to get.

The radio or radio display may suddenly stop working in your 2014 ford flex vehicle due to a blown fuse, a troubled ecu or faulty under dash wiring, a common culprit.
