My Buick LaCrosse has many nice features and functions. It has all the required safety functions like traction control, anti-lock brakes, side and front airbags, stability control. I had an older car before this Buick LaCrosse, so these were new features for me. They have come in very handy, as I live in Montana where weather conditions can create treacherous road conditions.
Smooth acceleration. Comfortable setting. Spacious cabin. Spacious trunk. Center console not big and bulky, but still able to hold large amount of items. Easy to maintenance by yourself (I.E. Signal lights, fluids, etc). Good heating/cooling system. Durable.
Gas is cheaper to fill the tank in this car. The insurance for the vehicle is also cheaper. The overall cost of the car is not bad, but it is old so might have a few problems sometimes. I would only purchase this vehicle as a short term vehicle.
This car is a full size sedan and can carry at least six people. It has a large trunk and can accommodate a lot of packages and luggage. It has a v6 engine which is very powerful. I really like the leather seats and the sunroof. It is a very smooth ride. It has traction control and anti lock brakes.
My Buick Lacrosse is a 2007 car so it did come with some previous usage wear and tear. The Buick Lacrosse can have steering problems, per the research I did on this car. I did need to have the steering pump replaced, in addition to several houses the function with the steering pump. This was very costly coming in around $1,500.00. It also looks like there may be problems with the timing belt.
No heated steering wheel. No heated seating. Nose of vehicle rather large. Side mirrors have poor range making it hard to see some blind spots. CD player makes hard to connect phone to listen to personal music. Radio hard to figure out and set stations.
The cons of this vehicle is its old. Older vehicles tend to have lots of problems. Although the cost of the vehicle is cheap the possible problems for this vehicle may not be so much cheap. Can be problematic sometimes.
This model of Buick is known to have issues with the power steering. I have already had to replace the whole power steering system which was quite expensive. It is also not very economical - low mileage per gallon of gas. The Buick sedan tends to be a wider vehicle so that it can accommodate more passengers. So, this car might be a little too wide for some garages.
The 2007 Buick LaCrosse has an average owner rating of 4.17 out of 5 which ranks it #5 of 10 other Large Cars.
