So fun to drive! Handles great. Can fit 7 people fairly comfortably with 3rd row seating. Has a great sound system. Seats are easy to lay down to have more room in the back for bigger loads. Good traction and steering.
Lots of room, leather seats, good gas mileage, comfortable ride, love the body style, engine is strong and quiet, maintenance has been pretty easy so far. Drove to CA twice (20 hrs.) And solid ride round trip.
I like the how there is a decent amount of passenger space in the back. There is enough leg and headspace for my passengers to get in and out of the vehicle comfortably. There is also a great deal of trunk space in the back.
It should have a backup camera as well as safety devices. I'd would also look for GPS as well as front wheel drive. Better mileage possibly a hybrid. Less carbon footprint good for the environment.
I love the room I have. Can seat 7 people when more fuller size SUV seat less. Fun to drive handles great. At 15 years old I am currently having to replace much of my front suspension and brake lines.
Well at the moment I need to have all of my brake lines replaced and that has become a nightmare. Fixed one and then another broke. But it is 15 years old. Also much of the clear coat on the top of the vehicle is peeling away.
At this time I know I have some serious maintenance coming with shocks, transmission, and overall details of the upkeep. Currently there is only 66,000 miles and I am the second owner. Finding a good mechanic is probably the biggest challenge.
I personally have had a lot of issues with my vehicle. My check engine light has always been sending codes even though I have just gotten it fixed. I would also pick in the future a more fuel efficient car.
Price, carbon footprint. Age in finding a reasonable way to fix issues. Gas mileage is up and down, sometimes overheat. And the battery hold down breaks easily. Other than that there are not that many cons. I love my present car, but would look to upgrade when I get a new one.
At 15 years old I have had to replace my front suspension and all my brake lines. Clear coat is peeling off of top of vehicle. Little to no rust. It has been a challenge at times for my husband to do work on it because you have to take off many parts to replace others.
