It drives smooth, the interior is very classy looking and also has Northstar. Plenty of power. It requires 93 supreme fuel however, but that's what makes it drive so smooth without shaking. Very spacious, as well as the trunk. And overall just a great car.
The car is fuel efficient. Very comfortable, still looks new. Low maintenance. Has over 150,000 miles and is still going strong. If I were buying another car, it would be another Cadillac. They have the smoothest ride, look good and last a long time if cared for correctly.
The only cons I would have for this car would be the requirement to use 93 premium fuel and the maintenance of the vehicle. As long as you keep it properly maintained there's no problem; however, the parts for any Cadillac usually are higher than most other brands of cars including transmissions, engines and motors.
The only con is, they stopped making the deville in 2005. I had a 2002, 2004 and this 2005 deville's. They were all great. I will have to research other Cadillac models before I buy my next car. I still want that Cadillac ride.
The 2005 Cadillac DeVille has an average owner rating of 4.50 out of 5 which ranks it #7 of 19 other Luxury Midsize Cars.
