Great for a family-awesome features for everyone
With two kids we love the space. Plenty of seating and storage for road trips. The DVD player is great as well. We like that the third row folds flat for stroller use. The remote start and automatic doors are a big plus. The third row air isn't ideal. And the doors could easily slam a child's arms or legs. There are no safety stop on them.

Comfortable, spacious, good mileage.
Love automatic side doors and rear. Back up camera helpful. DeVry for kids on longer trips. Lots of storage and enough seating. I feel front two seats are most comfortable and rear seats are not as much however the kids do not complain much. I do like the captain chairs in second row, much easier to access rear seats.

It is the best family car. The kids enjoy traveling because there is a lot of space
No complaints. We use it for everyday use. Also used it for lyft

Safety is the best in this model with the surrounding eyes in the car.
Love the comfort. Love the reliability. Love the manufacturer.

Enjoying the town and country!
What I enjoy the best about my van is how reliable it is. I love having a safe and comfortable vehicle for my family! I love how much room there is in it. I also enjoy how there are buttons to open everything, rather than having to keep getting in and out of the car to open or close a door. The kids love the DVD player in it! The shades on the windows definitely help as well to keep the sun out of the children’s eyes. One of my favorite features is most definitely the back up camera! I cannot imagine having a car now without this feature! I am very happy with my purchase and I'd highly recommend this for any parent out there considering to switch to one!

It is absolutely the best van that I have ever had the privilege of driving.
I absolutely love my van. There is enough room for my entire family plus all of our luggage. It comes with a number of automatic features to make things much easier on us as a family, plus it is not a gas hog
accountCircle Natasha C
I love the stow and go seating. This is the main reason we purchased the vehicle. We can haul my husband's music equipment, or our extended family for vacation.
Stow and go seating makes for the perfect flexible vehicle!

Comfortable to ride in, good gas mileage, and reliable.
Has plenty of room, comfortable to ride in, gets pretty good gas mileage.

Shakiness not my favorite.
It is road noisy. It shakes above 70mph and no one has been able to fix it. I do love the stow and go seats and the DVD player. It does have lots of cup holders which is nice. The rear seats can become rear facing. I do not care for the black interior as it is hard to clean and becomes very hot.

Stay away!!
No, just no. 5 years old front and rear AC have gone out minimum $500 repairs each. Transmission issue havent even looked at the quote yet passenger window motor is going out. Had a Chrysler before had a cracked head and other issues.......nothing but problems stay away dont let the extra little bells and whistles draw you into these pieces of c**p

This is my 2nd Chrysler and there will not be a 3rd.
This is my 2nd Chrysler, and I have had the same overall problems with both. Poor assembly and bad transmissions. My transmission went on both cars shortly after leasing and this is the only make and model car that I have experienced this with. They are also notorious for electrical problems. Overall not a big fan of Chrysler.
accountCircle Ashlee S
No anchor points in third row for car seats.
It does not have the capability of forward facing car seats in the third row because of limited anchors. This causes major issues with families who have small children. Because of this I will have no choice but to get a new vehicle which will probably be a Kia or Honda.
accountCircle Rebekah D
It is a good starter minivan but once you are used to certain options, it's gonna be irritating
I hate that I can lock the door and one of my kids can leave the sliding doors open and I don't know it until I come back out of the house. I also hate that the CD player can't be used while the DVD is being used. In my former Minivan, I had use of the cd player while the DVD player is in use. There is also a security option where you can't lock the doors if one of the sliding doors are open.

It is great with children and has lots of space for long trips.
The van is helpful with children. It has space and easily adaptable for trips. It does decent on gas mileage.

Smooth drive, extremely spacious and comfortable.
Super reliable and comfortable. Have had the car for two years and with proper maintenance I have had no issues.
accountCircle Stacy Y
It is a van and I do not have anything good to say about it.
Since I have had it the van has had problem after problem and I bought it brand new it has been in the shop every year since 2015 and even now there is an issue and no one can figure it out what is the problem. I have nothing else to add if I was you i'd buy Kia or Dodge.

Very roomy, options for space.
Great vehicle. Room for storage for trips, ball games, sports. Roomy. Love how the seats fold down and hide away. Bucket seats for easy access. Options for seating in the back (fold down, all or half) compartments for random items in front. All power windows.

It's a safe vehicle & it's comfortable. Also, it has a lot of nice features.
I like the seat warmers. I like the DVD player. I like that the back seats fold down into the floor of the van.

Pros from Owners

likeFilled Leslie L.

Ample Storage space with stow and go. Roomy seating. Captain's chairs. Dual DVD. Sunroof. Tailgate seating. Power liftgate. Blind spot monitor. Backup camera. Heated seats. Heated steering wheel. Auto wipers and auto high beams.

likeFilled Tricia D.

I love the Storage and it drives really nice. It Can fit 7 passengers easily. Passengers Can watch videos while driving and gets great gas mileage. I like the luggage rack for vacations. And the price is great.

likeFilled Hannah O.

Spacious for growing families. The DVD player is a bonus for keeping kids happy as you travel longer distances. Comfortable seating and lots of cup holders. The interior is still sporty but has a nice clean look to it. All leather interior was so much easier to clean with young kids. The stow away seats are awesome and we often convert our depending on what we will be doing. Easy installation for multiple car seats as well.

Cons from Owners

dislikeFilled Leslie L.

Transmission failure at 50k miles. Leaking sunroof. Would have preferred power stow and go seating. Would prefer built in vacuum. Would also have preferred distance pacing cruise control but was not available then.

dislikeFilled Tricia D.

The vehicle sits way too low to the ground for snow weather and parking. It would be nice if it had a four wheel drive versus just a front wheel option. Also I think it should have more updated safety features.

dislikeFilled Hannah O.

The only con that I really have with this vehicle is that the passenger side armrest is uncomfortable. It can be difficult to clean between the connections of the seats so food or crumbs that fall down often get stuck in there. The back seat can seat three across but if you have two car seats back there that is all the room you have and you would be able to fit a third passenger back there.

Is The 2015 Chrysler Town & Country A Good Car?

Yes. With a lot of safety features. Plus some great perks. The heated steering wheel is great for these cold winter months on ny.
Kristina N.

I think so. It certainly serves my purposes well. I have three young children and having this type of car makes my life easier.
Cynthia H.
Best ever! It rides like a luxury vehicle. It sells for an economic price. It has more space than any other car. The seats fold down into the floor, leaving tons of cargo space.
Jeff T.
Yes. Even though it is quite expensive, it is a great vehicle; it rides smoothly with minimal problems, is great on mileage, and has many technological features (such as Bluetooth and DVD players).

How Reliable Is The 2015 Chrysler Town & Country?

Yes very reliable. We have not had any major issues with it. Still works like clockwork. . Very dependable which is good due to we drive our kids in there a lot.
Kristina N.
Yes, only problem we ever had was a dead battery. Quality vehicle, always starts. Only complaint I have is that they made the oil filter housing plastic so it easily cracks and leaks.
Garrett T.
The air conditioner on mine is leaking and not covered under warranty. The dealership said $2000 to fix so that is troublesome.
Jes W.
It does not have any problems it runs and drives very good for a van of this class the eco setting is something I find myself using very often.
Justin W.
So far, the only problem I have had is that I have had to replace the rear windshield wiper because the spring mechanism was faulty.

Is The 2015 Chrysler Town & Country A Good Value?

The cost of the crystal town and country was 30,000 but to keep my family safe that is priceless. . The town and country is a good value.
Kristina N.
Got it used one year after they stopped making the town and country minivan model so it was only $20,000 with 10k miles on it, got it for a steal.
Garrett T.
I paid $36,000. It is a very reliable vehicle and is a good fit for our family. The push button sliding doors are a godsend.
Jes W.
Its total value is 30,000 I have about half paid off and the payment every month with car insurance is about 650 dollars every month.
Justin W.
It has not cost me anything beyond the costs of regular maintenance, with the exception of the wiper. It originally cost me $28,000.
Cynthia H.
It is a great value. The current selling price is a very reasonable $12,000.00 for a car that has all the bells and whistles. Unless you are concerned with impressing people by driving some fancy car... Read More
