Jeep wrangler - best vehicle ever.
I absolutely love my jeep. I am now on my second wrangler and do not know if I would ever go to another vehicle. Super reliable in winter months and very fun in the summer with top & doors off!! Would definitely recommend. I have not had any problems so far with my jeep & they are very reliable.

Removable top, spare tire.
Off the lot it's fantastic. Its reliable has decent gas mileage and looks great. But in order to get all of the features that comes with luxury vehicles you will have to customize it. There are some affordable customizations but they get expensive real quick. Do not buy if you don't have money to throw at it.
accountCircle Kristin O
I love that my jeep is unlimited. I can drive it in any type of terrain. It has large tires and a lift kit. It's a perfect family vehicle as well.
It's the perfect family car for me. It suits all of my family's needs.

Customize to your own liking.
Love the jeep. Dependable, rugged, and iconic. While driving you can feel the vehicle gripping the road. It handles uneven terrain like a champ. The gas mileage is average but that is expected in any SUV vehicle. I would recommend to anyone looking for a dependable vehicle you want to make your own.
accountCircle Aurora M
The vehicle is great and I feel safe.
I really enjoy the comfort of the vehicle. It drives smoothly and makes me feel protected. I love the features of the hands free radio and Bluetooth. Taking off the top is pretty easy but can be time consuming. So far the car has been reliable and I feel safe on the road.
accountCircle Danielle S
I love it! I am ready for all seasons and weather conditions. I can go off road, take the top down, and drive in snowy conditions.
I like the look of my wrangler. It drives nice and has so many unexpected options. My favorites are the automatic starter and built in navigation.
accountCircle Sharon S
Love it- everyone should own a jeep wrangler!
I did get the jeep death wobble on the highway and it was scary but it needed up being a recall and they fixed it and haven't had it since. I love everything about this vehicle. It feels beefy and great in the snow! I will always have a wrangler from now on.
accountCircle Kaitlin M
Fun to drive and great for outdoor activities.
The jeep wrangler is a great sized SUV it is rugged and able to drive over any surface. The option to strip down the car and remove the doors and roof is great for the summer time. It is excellent driving through snow or tough conditions. You are seated high up so you feel very safe on the highways and driving locally.

Jeeps are the worst never buy a jeep.
I hate my jeep. It rides very rough. The doors are too hard to take on and off to enjoy and without them the gas mileage is even more terrible. The seats are hard, small and uncomfortable especially in the back where they are even smaller. In the winter Does not stay warm and the wind almost blows you off the road when it is windy.

Jeep is one of the most patriotic carmakers in the United States.
The 2018 jeep wrangler ranks near the back of the compact SUV class. The wrangler has exceptional off-road ability, but its stiff ride quality, high projected ownership costs, and subpar predicted reliability rating leave a lot to be desired.
accountCircle Debi T
Great looking not so great overall.
Nice vehicle. Thought I would drive around with doors and tops off but it's too much trouble storing the doors. Overall ok vehicle. Would probably not renew the lease when its up. Not a fan of the black interior seems to look dry and dusty all the time.
accountCircle Jay M
3/5 wouldn't buy again, way too expensive for the value.
Great looking car, not many features, too expensive in hindsight for what it actually provides. Trunk should have a better way to store roof panels when removed. Fun in the summer, too bouncy on the highway. Very slow as well. Good in the snow, good in the sand, overall good car not great.

Jeep wrangler review built to last just bad on gas.
Car is very reliable I love everything about it except the mileage if you have a long commute I don't recommend. Hardtop is fantastic haven't had any leaks or anything from it. Only odd occurrence is the lock will sometimes need to be done manually if you have electric locks.
accountCircle Sarah D
Sporty looking - fun to drive -.
Sounds like a piece of tin - is fun to drive but a bit to light. When you take a turn, you have to go extremely slow as it feels like it will tip over.
accountCircle Anna N
I love every part of my jeep.
I love my jeep and will always tell people to buy jeeps. They have great gas mileage, do great in the snow and will always be great. I hope that more people will love jeeps as much as I do, or if they don't then that means it is more for me and then more for my family too.
accountCircle Geta S
Love my jeep, loved my last one too. Terrible gas mileage, but so much fun.
Hardtop. It's nice to have a vehicle I actually enjoy. I am getting 23 mpg with no changes to my driving style. There is much less wind and road noise inside the cabin than you might expect. The ac and heat start working quicker than on any other vehicle I have owned. Easy to park and maneuver in tight spaces.

Most fun you can have in a vehicle!
While my jeep is unsurprisingly a bit rough on the kidneys, I still love it for its reliability and just how fun it is to drive. It can go anywhere at anytime with no trouble. I enjoy looking at all the available accessories on the market and reading about experiences of the jeep owners.
accountCircle Shawna W on June 19, 2021
It is everything I have ever wanted. The driving is smooth.
I have had no problems with this vehicle. I love how I can go off roading. I have installed a new radio, so it makes this vehicle a lot better. The reliability is awesome. I love the features in this car. I wish it had heated seats though. I would only change is that you could lower the back seats.

Pros from Owners

likeFilled Haley C.

I love the versatility and ease of the drive. The hard top freedom panel allow for a quick conversion to topless on a warm day. There are endless possibilities for customizations that makes every jeep feel unique.

likeFilled Harper S.

I prefer to have a 4-wheel drive vehicle, I like that it sits up higher than a sedan but is still more compact, I like that there is a 4 door option, removable hard top, and that wranglers are very customizable.

likeFilled Jordan P.

It is an awesome off road vehicle. Also being able to remove the top and doors to cruise down the road really brings you a freeing feeling. Gas mileage in my Jeep is better than expected considering the off road tires I have on it.

likeFilled Jesse W.

Fun off road, nice interior, sits up high, great for camping trails and four wheeling, prestige of the Jeep name, nice stereo, freedom top can be removed for open air driving, soft or hard top available.

likeFilled Andrew C.

Off road capable, stylish and well supported by the aftermarket. Jeep has done a great job of understanding their customer and building vehicles that fit their lifestyle. They have also built trucks that are much more reliable than their predecessors, the TJ and YJ.

Cons from Owners

dislikeFilled Haley C.

The back seat can be a bit snug for larger people. The gas mileage is considerably lower than other vehicles on the market which can make to more expensive to drive. The stock radio did not come with Bluetooth which lead to me making an aftermarket upgrade.

dislikeFilled Harper S.

The wranglers are more of a rough ride than most vehicles, there is less rear seat leg room and less cargo space. The interior is more rugged/less luxury than other vehicles for the same price. Wranglers are considered high price for what you get.

dislikeFilled Jordan P.

The Jeep seems to take a little getting used to in regards to driving. It just seems a little squirrely. Other than getting used to how it drives there is nothing else to be wanted from a great product.

dislikeFilled Jesse W.

Poor gas mileage, fiat has taken over the company and the quality has really decreased, dual freedom top squeaks and creaks when driving, dual freedom top leaks, noise quality low on the inside with freedom top on,

dislikeFilled Andrew C.

It can be noisy and it definitely drives like a truck. Additionally, some of the interior plastic parts feel cheap for a $40,000 vehicle. The gas mileage is also not great, especially after adding aftermarket accessories.

How Reliable Is The 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK?

Very reliable. No problems as of now. Low mpg but what can you expect if you are trying to drive around in a jeep.

The jeep is reliable- the only problem I would say if the back came off easier it would be great. The seatbelt clips have also fallen off.
Amy K.

Is The 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK A Good Value?

About $36,000. Yes, good value. Holds its value. Definitely worth it. Monthly payments are not bad at all. Seems fair.

$34,000 yes it is a great value for all the extras you get with the jeep. I have been looking a long time and found this.

The 2018 wrangler was around $40,000 which I feel is high for the features that came on the vehicle.
Adam H.
Prices may vary from 35 to 50k depending on the owner, upgrades, area and taxes if new. I believe it is slightly expensive for the value of the car but it also holds value quite well.
Phillip L.
It costs approximately 30k and is a good value for what you get. There are a lot of options but the range is 25-32 depending on the package.
Heather M.
A rubicon can cost you about 40k but it can get valued for only 20k which is a downfall. For me personally I do not plan on selling it because a 40k rubicon is a perfect cost.
Grecia H.
50,000 I think it is a great value because it is our daily driver as well as a toy. It gets about 18 miles to the gallon around town so fuel costs are not to bad.
