Nice ride and lots of get up and go, but had to replace a wheel bearing at 36,000 km and complete brake job at 40,000 km. Blind spot monitoring system works sometimes.

The greatest car I have ever owned.
It is a great and roomy Mazda cx 9. It has a lot of great features like ac/heat, adjustable seats, and great Bluetooth radio and navigation. I cannot find any negatives with this car at all. This car has a lot of trunk space as well which is really great for travel.

Quiet car, great mileage, all features helpful!
My Mazda is fabulous car. You can hardly hear anything but the amazing speaker quality when driving. I also love the feature that prevents you from using the touchscreen when the car is in motion, it is a great safety feature. And, having three rows of seats has been such a great improvement to my old car. Lastly, it has amazing mileage!

Cx-9 is definitely the way to go!
The Mazda cx-9 is a huge value for the cost of the vehicle. The materials used in the interior are luxury class yet the price of the vehicle is not. It has all the tech you could want and the ride is quiet and smooth. The SUV handles like a car- meaning there is not much roll to the vehicle when you take sharp turns. I love this SUV and it is my second one.

Great car! Reliable, cute, easy to drive.
The red trim on the inside interior is really nice looking, the heated seats are a blessing to have during winter. Drives easy, reliable. Nice to have windshield wiper on back window as well. Vehicle can hold quite a bit if seats are down. Also has bluetooth capability which is convenient.

Rattles
The CX-9 is awesome...HOWEVER...I hate rattles and my CX-9 has a rattle on the passenger side. The rattle started below 1000 miles, so I question the quality.

The seats are very comfortable and it is very spacious especially the trunk.

Good looking and reliable family vehicle.
Very reliable and comfortable. Nice to have the third row seating. Gas mileage is a plus. I only wish it had tire sensors. Easy to drive and very quiet interior. The radio system is good, and the seat fan is a definite, especially living in Florida.

Great Family Vehicle - Safe, Spacious, and Accessible
The CX-9 is an incredible car. With the blind spot protection, I can be sure that I'm safely changing lanes even with the car being as big as it is. The third row offers us the space that we need and it's easy to access the seats. I love the powered lift gate especially being a mom of twins you have a monopoly on your hands!

The car has excellent features and fits my daily use as a car of everyday use.
I love the interior and it gets good gas mileage but does not accelerate as fast as I would like it. It is also a very comfortable car and comes with a lot of accessories. It also feels very steady on the road and is perfect for road trips. The infotainment system can be programmed to fit ones necessities.

Why I love my Mazda and why you should own one.
I love the beauty of this vehicle. It has a luxury car look without the luxury car price. I love the 3rd row seat option and there is so much room throughout this vehicle. Easily accommodates a large family and able to have room for groceries etc. Drives very well and gets great gas mileage. Love all the bells and whistles this car has to offer. Top of the line luxury without the price.
I love my cx-9. I love the look on both the inside and outside. It is very luxurious but is not breaking the bank. My car has seat warmers and steering wheel warmer which I am absolutely loving currently. The seats also have the cooling fan that was super nice to have during the summer months. It has ambiance lighting which is new to me but I very much appreciate it at night when I need to find something. The 360 camera is so completely cool! The backup camera is a must and I hope I never have to own a car without one. The front camera has come in handy with parking many times. And I really like the detection system. Android auto has come a long way in the past year and I enjoy it is features when driving distance. . One problem I have with the car is the display. There have been times that the display has not come on or everything freezes. I brought it in to the dealership to have it checked out. They did a computer update but it has not helped. The display does not act up frequently so it is not that big of an issue...Just annoying.

I would rate average to below.
Have had my CX9 since April and have encountered three problems. 1) When pulling out into traffic after stopping the engine several times has stumbled or hesitant then picks up. Almost have been hit and it’s very nerve racking. 2) Also doesn’t seem to be very stable in snow tends to slip and slide a lot even though it has Mud and Snow tires. Vehicle weight wise seems real light causing instability on snow. 3) Monitor screen blacks out. Have to stop and shut vehicle off for a couple of minutes then restart to get it back.

Powerhouse four cylinder cx-9.
The cx-9 has a four cylinder engine and a turbo. It is surprisingly powerful. Why cannot more autos have this power? It gets 26 mpg overall, which I am happy about. Extra care was taken while making the interior. Very nice seats and interior. Rides very nicely. I am sold on Mazda.

Monitor delay and key lock issue.
The only problem I have with the car is that the screen is a little slow when you start up the car. Another issue is when you get out of the car with the keys and you try to open the back door for example, it does not open unless you go the driver door and unlock.

Great Mazda Grand Touring CX-9 2019
An excellent vehicle for long commutes and road trips. The extra noise dampening efforts Mazda made on this version really do create a quiet ride. Ample seating for passengers and storage for luggage. Front seats and middle rows are roomy for tall people. On the Grand Touring, we love the ventilated seats and heated steering wheel for the dramatic Colorado seasons. The lighted on-road display is extremely helpful, but it's a bit too bright for me in the dark, so I cover it when driving in the dark. This vehicle is an excellent option for road-trippers, families, and active people.

Surprising quick and comfortable ride!
No problems. Very roomy and comfortable. Surprising get and go given the size of the vehicle. All of the accessories are well with the extra money. The ventilated seats and heated steering wheel are quickly becoming my favorite new features. The 360 camera view is also really handy and add a level of safety.

The Mazda cx-9 is the most luxury SUV you can buy for the money.
The interior of the car is very high end and feels like a luxury vehicle. It is the smoothest driving car I have ever owned or driven, especially for an SUV. It is extremely easy to park and my teenager that is learning to drive has had a perfect car to learn on. I have had this car for 7 months and to this point have had no issues at all. The features are very nice and were easy to figure out how to use.. Having all of the multiple charging ports has been great when taking the car on trips with the family. The pop up screen is perfectly. Located and I like how I can easily transition from navigation to music to phone while driving. Although we do not use it often the 3rd row is spacious and the back holds a lot of stuff. The car handles well and even though it is an SUV has the feel of a sports car on the road. The grand touring package has all the bells and whistles and would highly recommend for the small additional money that it adds to the total cost. The exterior of the car has a very sleek look and appears very sporty for an SUV. Having driven and researched many mid sized SUV’s before purchasing, this was by far the best overall value compared to the other vehicles we looked at.

Good seats with warmers lol.
Heated seats are amazing! Ac works like a charm! Sport mode idk what it does. The engine start button is a little complicated until you get the hang of it. The in-dashboard screen is helpful and CarPlay is good sometimes, but when I want to charge my phone and it is plugged into the car it is really hard to disconnect it and it auto connects to Bluetooth.

Mazda cx-9 power and comfort.
Very good gas mileage for a crossover SUV. Extremely comfortable ride and quite a bit of room for packing. Third row has ample space. Electronic features are very strong. The air conditioning blows very cold and reaches all seats. It has been very low maintenance. Very strong pickup and power for a four cylinder. The turbo really makes a difference.

I love this car for It's overall safety!
I love this car because it has so much space and drives smoothly! It has 3 rows and the 3rd row seats fold down giving extra room! It has storage space in the trunk for anything extra. Easy to navigate when it comes to selecting the channel and hooking up Bluetooth. It lets you know when someone is on the side of you by lighting up the mirrors.

It is very high tech, the safety rating is awesome. So many features that most vehicles do not have. Heated seating, cooling seating, heated steering wheel, all leather, 3rd row. Only a 4 cylinder but does have turbo powered engines. Awesome gas mileage with a 15 gallon tank.

It is. A very good vehicle I would recommend it. To everyone very good on gas has a lot of room with the 3rd row seating drives like a champ in the snow and gets up and goes.It's super fast and the sport mode is awesome.They do leak oil so watch out for that.

Not bad at all but features underperform expectations.
Great features for its price range. Sunroof is smaller than competitors. Cooling seats are extremely noisy. Although it has apple carplay tech is really slow and unreliable including surround cameras. Front seats are narrow and do not have a lot of flexibility.

Why the Mazda CX-9 is a great mom car!
The CX-9 with the Turbo engine is a great car to drive. It has great pick up - even for being a larger CUV. It's also very spacious in the back seat. It fits adults and a car seat very comfortably. I also love that it has a great sound system and is very reliable.

Spacious, nice looking car that is affordable for every family.
It is a very nice car it has a lot of room for the 3 kids. We enjoy taking it out long trips. We get good gas mileage. We enjoy the functionality of the consul and the car as a whole would highly recommend it to anyone looking to buy a car for a family to use on a daily basis. It is affordable and efficient we have not had any issues with the matinence's with the car. The kids love the excess space for all their toys and travel bags.

I feel very safe when I am driving it.
My vehicle is very reliable. It has a low mileage and it has a smooth feel. The color is great and the look is very luxurious. I received a promotion when I was buying the car so I did not spend a lot of money for my vehicle. I also received a extra car key at the time of purchase.
I love my vehicle. It was just what I was looking for, more room but the handling of a car rather than a big bodied SUV. It is very responsive and has luxury features you would find in luxury cars like BMW and Mercedes. A downside is the dark leather interior is not for everyone, in the summer months it takes quite a while to cool the car with the ac makes getting front window tinting necessary. Another downside is the cargo room, although plenty there are no vents in the third row, which can be a downside for back travelers or dogs when traveling.

Great affordable vehicle with lots of features!
It was affordable and has all the features I was looking for. I was looking for a vehicle with at least 6 seats and I looked at many other similar cars and the cx9 was the best. The main requirement I had with the 3rd row was that the kids could get themselves out of the 3rd row by themselves without climbing over the seat. . Leather, backup camera, auto lift gate, push start, and seatbelt indicator are my favorite features. It meets all my needs.

Aggressive and fun to drive.
It is a really great car. No problems. A joy to drive. Only complaint is at this price point it does not come with a rear cover so when you leave stuff in your car it is hard to see under the cover. They make this an add on which costs almost 800 bucks.

The safest car for your family!
My Mazda is the most reliable car I had in the past couple of years. We are a family of 4 and I always have a couple of my kids friends with me and there is plenty of space. Also, it feels very safe to drive and it has the feature of beeping when backing out and to park as well.

Love all the cameras and alerts the vehicle has great safety features.
I have a Mazda cx 9 and I love all the safety features it comes with I love how I am able to see on my driver windshield how fast I am going and if I go over the speed limit! Love it!! I also enjoy having passengers having heated seats however I am not satisfied that the third row seat does not have heated seats that feature would've been nice. Overall I love how the vehicle drives great suspension love all the cameras it has great safety feature to avoid hitting someone or something.

Cx-9. Is a great family car with well appointed accessories.
The car is very polished looking. It has great pick up and rides smoothly. The interior is sharp and easy to access all controls from driver’s seat. The third row is a little tight, but fine for younger kids. The seats are comfortable and well appointed. I am very pleased with the car.

Mazda cx-9- the perfect family car.
So spacious and luxurious feeling. All lined in leather. 7 seats. Drives amazingly we love it. The gas mileage is great as well. We have not had any issues with it so far. It is the perfect family car. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a 7 seater car.

Luxury SUV for less than luxury price.
Outdated cameras and ABC system. Very comfortable ride and plenty of room. Wish it had bucket seats option. Love the ventilated and heated seats in the front. Riding in the 3rd row is more comfortable than most other crossover SUVs. Wish it had vents in the 3rd row though.

I love Mazda especially since they still make manual transmissions.
It is a reliable car brand that has improved so much over the years. It is performance it excellent, and safety is super awesome. Definitely one of the top name brands around. Family safe, and reliable unlike other low brand makes that over time seem to have more recalls then safety features.

I love my car! Very comfortable and sleek. Mazda did a great job!
Overall the vehicle is very comfortable and smooth to drive. It has a lot of nice features, park and lane assist, heated front and rear seats, auto wipers, auto hi beams etc. It handles very well in the rain and has a kick if you need to accelerate quickly. I haven't had any issues with this car, this is my 2nd cx-9. The trunk space is not as large as my 2012 cx-9, but it is adequate. The only other thing that I am not crazy about is the dashboard, the material grabs onto the dust and it is a bit trickier to keep clean.

Amazing features of the cx 9 signature.
When driving this vehicle it is almost like you are gliding as the ride is so smooth. The handling around curves is very stable. The interior of the vehicle is luxurious and so comfortable. On a 7 hour trip all parties except the driver slept and didn't complain about being cramped. The security on the vehicle is.Astonishing. Having the information regarding speed; vehicles in the blind spot and how close you are to the vehicle in front of you being imaged on the window in front of the driver helps to eliminate eye strain and helps to keep the driver focused on driving.

My Mazda cx-9 is in the color navy blue. It has a touch screen and cameras in the back which makes it easier and safer to back out. The touch screen provides me with music and maps. The front seats have heating controls great for cold days and all seats are comfortable. The car is sleek and great looking. It drives very smoothly over any surface.
