I4 2wd model with manual trans
I bought this used for a winter beater run around town car to not park my truck or good car in parking lots or have them rust to death in the MN rustbelt. It gets decent mileage but it definitely shifts tremendously hard compared to any and all of my other manual transmission vehicles and I have to lube up the linkage end ontop of the trans where the two cables come atleast once a month or not really be able to get first gear. Previous owner had spent over $8000 on repairs and maintenance in the 18 months prior to selling it to me, the water pump twice was a big chunk of that. At 160k miles I am just hoping with my poultry 2000 miles a year it will get me 3 or 4 years before I really need to spend any monies sans oil/filter, not the best car out there but certainly not the worst either...it is anemically slow with the I4 engine!
