Weekender; hard top automatic convertible.
The Volkswagen EOS is an incredible investment. The car is comfortable and convenient. Having only two doors at times can be annoying and the backseat can occasionally feel cramped. This car is not for a family, more so personal, occasional use. The drivers seat is a luxury leather and very comfortable as well as the passenger seat. Some problems I have had with the car involves the fact that the car sits so low to the ground, potholes, and construction have made for a few flat tires. As well as the timing belt. I recently had to replace the timing belt though with age any car will require engine maintenance. All problems considered, if you have the money, nothing beats a hard top convertible, and the safety that comes along!

Volkswagen EOS- cute and worthy of a look.
It is gorgeous cute small compact and so beautiful for an older model. When getting a Volkswagen you know there is reliability and sturdiness but what I didn’t realize is how beautiful the design is too. It is my second car, after a Toyota. However because it is older, there is more repair costs if it does not work.

It is fun to drive. Gas mileage is deceit.
It is a fun car to drive. Love the color. Handles well. Gas mileage is deceit. Luggage capacity is good when top is up.

A car for ALL seasons in the midwest: a hardtop convertible!
It's a hardtop convertible so it's the best of both worlds -- good for WI winters and enjoyable for WI summers. It's also reliable and gets good gas mileage. My only dislikes are it's a 2-door and I wish the driver's seat adjusted higher than it does.

IT IS PART OF THE FAMILY
LOVE MY CONVERTIBLE, IT RUNS SO SMOOTH, MY LITTLE JOY IN THE DESERT

My VW EOS is called Midnight because of its black on black look
My vehicle is Awesome. I love it. The minor problem I have is when I go through the car wash, a small amount water leaks in the car. It is very reliable. I love the hard top convertible and the way it opens up like a transformer car. My car is called Midnight because it is black interior and black exterior

The car has more room on the inside that you can see from the outside.
So far since I have had this car we hardly had to do any repairing for it. Only two new tires... I wish it would of had a bigger glove compartment or a few different areas to put things in..

Cute, Fun to drive convertible
Cute, fun hardtop convertible. Good gas mileage and runs well. Radio is great too. I like the comments I get while I am out and about with the top down.

It's not pretty it just looks that way.
I bought this car for my wife 2 years ago at the local VW dealer. Local owner, old lady, always serviced. Low miles, mint condition, never driven in winter. Well it's been a nightmare, 1 month in, DSC trans went out, $2500. And it hasn't gotten any better. 14,000 km and 8k dollars in repairs. Currently the turbo has failed, $2500. I probably shouldn't post this as I will be selling mine soon.

It's a convertible hardtop.
Nothing works right. Electric is bad. Radio broke, doesn't drive well in the rain. Trunk doesn't open. Timing chain broke before 100,000 miles. Transmission sucks. It stalls. It looks cute. Nice idea that doesn't work. No downloadable manual. I can't believe the parts haven't fallen off yet.

It's a piece of junk. Buy something else
It breaks down often because it was built to do so

Hardtop convertible, turbocharged, automatic
I like it when it works, but my top motor has gone out. In my opinion, the parts to fix it are expensive. Comfortable seats and a fun car to drive, just expensive to fix

It's a hardtop convertible, that's the only thing it has going for it
It's has issues, bugs, and does not run well. VW sucks

Enjoyable summer vehicle.
I really like my 2010 Volkswagen EOS. It's a fun little sports car that runs great and is a rather enjoyable ride during the summer.
