The 2019 ford ecosport 2.0 Engine oil capacity is listed by the manufacturer as 4.3 Liters or 4.5 Us quarts.
Sorry but after 8 oil changes with a 2020 with the 2.0 engine it’s a once shy of 5 quarts. At 4.3 it barely registers on the dip stick

Its likely that 4.3L does not include a filter replacement. No idea why they do that, but usually the refill capacity doesnt include the oil required when replacing the filter or its listed separately. Figure half a quart/liter for filter replacement.
