The day after purchased the GLB250, the MBUX screen went blank. They had to replace the screen. Then a few days later a plastic trim piece in the interior broke when adjusting the driver’s seat. About 2 weeks later the trim on one of the wheel wells started coming off of the car. The dealership fixed the exterior trim piece and I am waiting for the part for the interior. After fixing the exterior trim piece, the dealer was driving my vehicle back to my house to return it and the check engine light went on so they had to turn around and take the car back. This time they reset the computer and figured out it was something with the fuel system. They fixed the fuel system issue. 2 weeks later one of the interior ambient lights went out. I have had this vehicle 6 weeks, and am not impressed. The dealership has been very patient and has done their best to make things right, however the car itself is terrible.

Great luxury SUV for city/country living.
Purchased the car because I wanted a luxury SUV that was small enough to park on city streets, but could comfortably fit 5 adults. Incredibly comfortable seats and great comfort features, drove 13 hours straight in vehicle and was very comfortable the entire time. My only complaint is that the apple carplay feature is a bit spotty at times, requiring me to plug and unplug my phone before it will start. I got the panoramic sunroof and wood trim, which make a big difference aesthetically. Overall highly recommend this vehicle.

Glb250 is exciting and fun.
Since cover 19 prevented a full explanation of all the features and how to use them I cannot really give an answer- what I use or know about I love. I dislike that I don't understand all the features but that will change in the future when things can be shown sitting alongside me.

The best mid-size SUV I have ever owned.
Our car is extremely comfortable with many technology features. It is a quiet drive with comfortable seating. Lots of trunk space. The car has plenty of storage space and cup holders. Really great sound system and gas mileage. The car also has a really sleek look to it.

Glb best Mercedes that comes well equipped as a standard not an option!
Very comfortable!! Chock full of safety features!! I love that it parks itself and has drive assist. It is an excellent vehicle that in my opinion is very safe and relatable. Blind spot assist is included which I like because of my neck issues. Also the heated steering wheels and auto start are a huge plus. The heated seats help my back tremendously.

I really satisfied with driving glb.
Driving glb is so cool. Feels like a sports car. Very smooth and quiet. I am really satisfied with my car. There’s just one thing that I do not like is air conditioning. My car color is black so it takes time to get cooler when I turn on ac. I drove a white glc before this car and I didn't feel that before.

High class car, except for kicking the trunk open.
I have no problems. I love the way how the car drives. Completely comfortable car. Better than the gla. I love the different modes. The seat kinetics are amazing. The only thing I have an issue with is allowing the kick function to open the trunk. Everything else is marvelous.

Decent option for the price point.
Already had to replace the 4matic module. Smooth, comfortable ride with lots of fun features and gadgets, engine noise is a bit loud. Sound system is sufficient but is very buggy with apple CarPlay. Seats are comfortable and seat heaters work well. Windshield wipers do not work the best in downpours.

The panorama dash is incredible! Fun new feature.
Love how sporty it is. Only complaint is compared to other mb cars the doors are not as heavy and allows for more road noise. Lots of space in the trunk and the back seats have the ability to slide forward for more trunk space or to slide back for more leg room.
My vehicle is spacious with a third row seats, smooth riding, awesome technology and good fuel economy. Love the Mercedes me app where I can start my car from my phone and unlock it or lock it from anywhere. The ambient light and temperature control and vehicle is great.

Honda over Mercedes please.
I think that my car looks really nice, high-tech, and is comfortable. Sadly my 2018 Honda CR-V was more reliable in the tech department. Half the time apple CarPlay does not work. Hey Mercedes only works on the passenger side, even then it is spotty. The drive is not as smooth as the CR-V either. I wish I would've kept the Honda over this low quality luxury.

The touch screen and the car play.
Everything is the touch screen. I love that I do not have to purchase a new navigation chip I do not have to play music separately music is automatically hooked up once you attach your phone I also like that messenger popped up on the screen and it lets you know who texts you.

The screen is controllable from the steering wheel and “hey Mercedes” function.
Great car! Love all of the new technology features like the Mercedes version of siri. Super helpful. The shape of the screen and console is also great and very unique, easier to see than most consoles because it is longer and sits upright and is much more visible than other cars with screens inset into the console.

It is amazing and a good car - must buy.
I do not have any problems with my vehicle - it is beautiful inside and out. It has a good mileage and it is a smooth rider. I like the color I got and the leather seating it draws heat for the cold nights and days- it is a good buy and I wouldn't pick any other brand.

Mercedes glb-250 is a perfect small SUV!
I just bought it a month ago and it is a new model of car so I have no reliability history or issues so far. I love driving it! There is a ton of room in both the front seat and back seat. We got the 3rd row because it came in this model but haven used it year. Great pick up speed and a very easy car to drive. Love the sunroof and interior. Very nice... Mercedes feeling but didn't cost a fortune. Perfect size SUV for someone who does not want a large SUV. Trunk size is perfect. Love the kick opening for the trunk and the garage door remote. Sound is good and the screen for driving gauges/radio is super awesome! Very modern clean look! No regrets! Even though it takes premium gas, the mileage is very good.

Glb 250, elegant and tech forward.
I love the car, it drives beautifully and the interior is very stylish. I have a hard time working the screen to change the radio station but will learn eventually. I was having an issue with the air conditioning last week but it seems to have self resolved. The size is perfect and all around it is the perfect car for me.
