Get to Know the Specs of the 2020 Bentley Bentayga Hybrid

The 2020 Bentley Bentayga hybrid is interesting in that its fuel use is not much better, if at all, than the gas model. However, it does get better mileage in city, so if you’re not adding on many highway miles, this could be of benefit to you.

The catch is that this model’s fuel efficiency is much better when you use the 17-kW-hr battery to power it. It has an estimated electric range of 16 miles, which will help it get around 50 mpg-e overall while in Hybrid drive mode.

Charging this hybrid takes around 2.5 hours on a level 2 charger, but you could opt for a faster charger, such as those at local charging stations.

While the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration does not mention any recalls on its site, J.D. Power does mention one for issues with the vehicle’s airbags. Only around four vehicles were impacted, so the recall was relatively minor.

The 2020 Bentley Bentayga Hybrid

The 2020 Bentley Bentayga hybrid model has an MSRP of around $160,000, making it slightly less expensive than the gas version in 2019, which had an MSRP of $165,000. That’s one benefit of the newer hybrid engine and changes to the trim.

This vehicle comes with all-wheel drive and a 3.0L Turbo V6 engine that will help you get a better average for gas efficiency purposes. It’s estimated to get 19 mpg on the highway or in the city, compared to 14 mpg in the city for the gas model.

This version gets 516 ft. lbs. of torque and 443 horsepower. It has an eight-speed automatic transmission with overdrive and seats up to five people.

It has up to 62.6 cubic feet of cargo capacity, which is perfect for SUV crossovers and for the owners who may need room for children, groceries or larger cargo.

The hybrid trim comes with 10 speakers, Bluetooth, a voice-activated system and other benefits all standard inside.

The new 2020 model holds up to five inside and has an eight-speed automatic transmission with overdrive. It goes from 0 to 60 in around 5.2 seconds, making it quick and efficient with your time as well.
