Honda civic positive car review.
It is an excellent car! We've had it for 5 years and have had just routine maintenance, tires and a battery. Very comfortable on long trips even though there is not a ton of space. Great eco mode which helps save on the already good gas mileage. Would definitely recommend.
accountCircle Paula S
Love my civic and would highly recommend.
I do not have any issues that I can think of. It is reliable, looks good, and I like the way it drives. I would recommend Honda to anyone shopping for a new car. I do wish that the navigation and computer system was more up to date, because I would like to have carplay. Other than that I have no complaints.
accountCircle David C
Reliable and trustworthy Honda civic.
Honda civic is very reliable and I seldom have to spend money for its maintenance. Its is comfortable inside and have a good looking outside. My last car is also Honda civic which I had used it for more than ten years. I will highly recommend it. I have no complaint whatsoever.

Silver bullet with amazing gas mileage.
No problems to speak of. Great for road trips, through the seats could be more comfortable. Great gas mileage. There’s lots of add ons with it so a good battery is a must! Love that you can switch between eco mode depending on if you need more power. Overall good size and super reliable: fun to drive.
accountCircle Andrew F
Great, modest car with fine gas mileage.
The civic is a comfortable small car with reflectively good gas mileage. At first, the Bluetooth died, but was replaced by the dealer for free. We haven't had any other complaints at all. Regular service minders built in to the onboard computer / dashboard are really helpful.
accountCircle Teresa D
Great mileage, easy on the wallet.
I love my Honda civic. It is very comfortable on long road trips. Handles very well on the highway. Very easy on gas, 35 mpg for everyday travel. Good on tire wear. Easy to maintain the exterior, keeping it washed and waxing. It is a 2015 model. I have been very happy with it. The mileage is at 55,000.

Honda civic is reliable and fun to drive.
I love everything about my car. It gets great gas mileage, is just the right size for me and fun to drive. I have never had any issues with it and with regular maintenance it is a very reliable car. I chose this make and model because I plan on having it for as long as possible.

Very economical 2015 Honda civic.
Cons: lag in increasing speed. Tight back seats, not much leg room unless front seats are all the way up. The screen does not automatically show GPS. You have to purchase cable to connect the phone screen. Pros: good starter car. Economical. Good in gas. Affordable.

The good and the bad of my vehicle.
Reliable, good on gas mileage, the only problem I have is that not enough storage for big loads, not good for long distance travel especially if you are traveling on high level highways, not much power to go up the mountain, not much comfort in driving especially on long distance driving like state to other state driving.
accountCircle Margaret W
My Prius suits my needs. I will always buy a hybrid.
Gas mileage is as good as they advertise. It is comfortable for small trips, but on long journeys, you have to get out periodically to stretch your back and gives your posterior a break (not a lot of padding). You cannot tote big items in the hatchback.

Toyota Prius: an informative vehicle.
My Prius is a great vehicle. It is very spacious and is very comfortable. Having the ability to switch between 'eco mode' and 'power mode' has been quite nice. Power mode allows me to make lane changes and left turns at a better pace and acceleration. Eco mode makes cruising affordable and does not make me feel guilty for taking a longer route. The dashboard features of the Prius are great, showing how it is performing, how and where energy is being processed as it is running, and giving insight on long term efficiency from my drives. Overall, it is a great vehicle.

Side panel issue on 2015 Toyota Prius.
The biggest issue with this car is that the right side panel will lose the fasteners and they are expensive to replace. To keep that side panel in place you have to use duck tape. It happens when on the highway and high winds. I have seen it on the 2016 models too.
accountCircle heidi D
Gas mileage, backup camera, small car, downside is the headlights are dim.
Get gas mileage so a tank of gas can last a long time. Although the gas tank is only 9 gallons it will still last a long time. I would travel to work everyday about 18 mile in the summer and a tank of gas last me roughly two weeks. The car is small and compact which is very nice makes driving the vehicle much easier for me. The back up camera is a great feature. It allows for a better view when backing up. Also when using the backup camera a beeping sound happens which is nice to let you know you are in reverse. A problem with the car is the headlights are quite dim which make it harder to see at night. Also the headlights have dark patches which makes it harder to see too.
accountCircle Andrew S
Great car that gets great mileage.
I love this car. I regularly get over 50 miles to the gallon. I do not think I will ever buy any car that is not a Prius ever again. It is very versatile - it is amazing how much cargo you can get in the back with the seats down. The only downside is visibility is not great, though that is greatly improved if you put the back seats down.
accountCircle Ben M
Eco-friendly car with plenty of room for a taller driver.
What I like most about my 2015 Toyota Prius is feeling like I am making a slight difference in lowering the world's collective gas emissions. Whereas a tank of gas in my old 2000 Camry would last me about two weeks, a tank on my Prius will regularly go a full month without needing a refill. This is on eco mode - one of three different driving modes on the Prius - which clocks in between 48-51 mpg on my (mostly) highway driving. The car is roomier than it looks, providing enough room for me to stretch out my 6'0' frame (with room to spare, actually). My one complaint about the car is its back-half visibility, as the hatchback tends to 'cut' the rear view mirror in half, and the passenger windows near the trunk are quite small compared to other Toyotas.
accountCircle Jay W
High reliability and low maintenance costs.
The performance is okay but it is reliable. Since Toyota Prius is a hybrid car, it starts slow then speed up regularly. It helps save gas but since it does not run fast, it runs slow while driving up hills. You can literally see other vehicles passing you. It has a big trunk that can fill with two to four 28 inches luggage.

I love the sleek look my car provides.
The only problem I have with my vehicle is it is not enough for me, my boyfriend and dog. While driving I can feel every bump in the road and whenever the road type changes. If you are a petite woman, this is a good car for you but it might feel cramped if you are quite tall or built.
accountCircle ADRIAN W
The car is good for day to day use.
Dependable vehicle, never had any mechanical issues. Gets great mpg. Pleasant sound framework and touchscreen. Love the calfskin seats and entryways + seat warmers. Vulnerable side camera is marvelous and helps a great deal. One thing I saw at around 30,000 miles I began to feel a vibration when in converse and holding the brake.
accountCircle Tori P
Hondas last a lifetime and can be passed down.
I really like this car a lot. The miles per gallon is a lot and I can fill my tank up with under $25. It has a right turn camera which helps a lot too when making those turns when you don't see someone. It has a touch screen display and digital odometer. Only issues I have with it are the sun shades don't move back to cover the whole window and sometimes it gets shaky if you're going too fast on the highway! Over all a very good car and will last me a very long time.
accountCircle Andrew V
Black, Honda civic. Love the merge camera on the passenger side.
Great gas mileage, gets thirty-five to forty miles to the gallon. Sleek looking, it is the last of it is model before they changed. The only issued I have had with it is with the transmission. It tends to feel like it is chugging along sometimes. But other than that, it is a solid car.
accountCircle Cameron M
White Honda civic great car super reliable.
The car is a great car it is just had one problem when you speed up it is like jerks the car haven't found the problem yet. But other than that it is a reliable car and gets the job done cannot complain. Good on gas about 32 miles per gallon. Got it for a good price.
accountCircle Reid A
Awesome interior and great style.
No mechanical problems after 5 years so far. Just routine maintenance and the reliability is great. I truly enjoy my vehicle and I would recommend it to anyone. I will be switching cars soon but only to get an automatic, not because anything is wrong with the vehicle itself.
accountCircle Travis C
The red interior is a nice touch.
I love the car but my only complaint would be that the back seat is not very functional. I feel that the four door version is much better suited for a family of three. Especially with a newborn little baby boy who doesn't like to sit in his car seat for very long periods of time.

Love the mpg but hate the low front bumper.
I love the mpg that I got. Usually it's about 450 mpg. It drives great on the regular road and freeways. I do not like is how low the front bumper is to the ground. I often hit the ground going into a parking of a groceries. Sometimes if the bumper on the ground is high, I will hit it.
accountCircle Kyla H
Fuel efficient Toyota Prius will be the go-to car for me used for long commutes.
This vehicle has great reliability and I absolutely love that it is fuel efficient. There have been minimal problems if any in the past five years of owning the car. It is one I highly recommend to future buyers who may have long commutes to work, who road travel often, or who just love the fuel efficiency this car has to offer.
accountCircle Michelle K
It gets great mileage, averaging in the mid to upper 50s for most trips
Love the gas mileage.like the style and color. Dislike the low front, which scratches easily. I also dislike the navigation system. It's not intuitive, often does not take the best route, and is very expensive to update.

Pros & Cons from Owners

2015 Honda Civic

likeFilled Maria Cynthia.

This car has a spacious trunk. It has also spacious room for the leg of the passengers even the one sitting in the middle. I like also the way the dashboard was made. It is very clear and has big print. It is only pros for me is that it does not have a backing camera.

dislikeFilled Maria Cynthia.

As I said, one of the things that I did not like with it is that it does not have a backing camera. Also, although the trunk is spacious, it is door does not have a 'spring' or shall I say when I close it, I really need to be careful because it will make a big 'bang' sound.

likeFilled Carolyn B.

My Honda has great gas mileage! Particularly on the interstate. It is very low maintenance. There is plenty of inside room. I am tall and I like the fact that it has enough leg room. Very dependable. Cons. Trim around windows tends to wear and not look good.

dislikeFilled Carolyn B.

The cons are that the trim around the windows does not last. It tends to fade and not look good. There is and area on the lower frame when you open the driver's side door that is rusting out. Occasionally, it does not seem to get enough gas when going up a slight hill and feels like it is about to stall.

likeFilled Emma T.

It drives really well and rarely breaks down. The controls are easy to understand and it is comfortable to sit in. It does its job well for what I need, and its gas efficiency is decent. The Bluetooth connection is super helpful to control music without looking away from the road, or answering incoming calls if needed.

dislikeFilled Emma T.

During icy weather, the vehicle skids or slips easily if you are not careful. Sometimes the sound speakers glitch and only come out of one speaker, which is a little annoying, but not a big deal. If you need more space, this car is not the right car; my brother is tall and has trouble fitting in the car, but this is a minor inconvenience for him.

likeFilled Jennifer Q.

I get very good gas mileage. Also based on the Hondas I have had in the past, this car is likely to last many years. Before I got this one, my last car had over 300,000 miles and still drove just very well.

dislikeFilled Jennifer Q.

There are not really any cons of having my car. Hondas are very well known for being incredibly reliable cars. They run forever and very rarely have any major issues. The only thing that might happen from time to time is a leaky hose, but that is an easy fix.

Pros & Cons from Owners

2015 Toyota Prius

likeFilled Sally K.

The Prius has Excellent gas mileage. I love how Easy it is to drive around town and on the highway. The speed of acceleration is great. The vehicle is roomy enough for 5 passengers. The con is that the storage space in the back is not big enough for some large items.

dislikeFilled Sally K.

What I have found is that the hatch back storage area is too small for some large items. I also do not like that there is no seat warmers in the back seats nor is there direct air vents for back seat passengers.

likeFilled Rosemary D.

Pros: comfortable, great gas mileage, lots of room, nice looking, it has a power speed that peps up the speed tremendously. Cons: none really. This is my second one. Probably not the last. I would however like a sunroof.

dislikeFilled Rosemary D.

Somewhat slow from a standstill but with the power button it is faster. I wish the front side windows were tinted. There are not really a lot of cons for me since is my second Toyota Prius. I am sure I will most likely buy another in a year or two.

likeFilled Emily S.

Fuel efficient, electric and compact. Enough space to fit most things, sunroof and heated seats with back up camera. The car lasts a long time which is nice and was a decent price for what we paid for it.

dislikeFilled Emily S.

The radio interface and God are very bad, very difficult to get addresses and to search radio stations. The back seat area is very small and uncomfortable and the trunk barely holds much. Also when you put the seats down they do not really compact as much as a fit does so harder to get things in.

likeFilled Kris E.

Great on gas. Reliable. Inexpensive to purchase. In expensive to maintain.. It has really good storage and actually fits all my work tools in there... Without folding down the back seat.. Which it can do if the need arises and we need to do that in there. It definitely gets me everywhere I need to go since I got it and it only needs gas and oil changes so far.

dislikeFilled Kris E.

There are not many... I guess you could say that it is not super fast. This car is not going to ever be that.. It is not designed to be for one thing. It is simply a form of transportation. Which is by design. So not actually a con by most defined. It is still a decent sized car.. You can fit most but not an entire family with day a bunch of gear to go on a vacation if that was a plan you were are having.
