It has one of the highest resale value for any vehicle. It is very stylish. It has a great reputation for dependability and reliability. I have had mine for 8 months and 11500 miles. No problem so far.
I have the V6 but it still feels a little weak in the acceleration but I think that is more because of the 6 speed transmission, a 8 speed would be better. Also the brakes can be bouncy at times. Disc brakes on the back would be better or bigger disc brakes up front.
It has 4 wheel drive, Navigation system, phone connects to car, Bluetooth audio with good speakers, seating for 4 comfortably, Trailer hitch, Storage inside under seating in back row, bedliner is tough, and adaptive cruise control.
Adaptive cruise control will shut off any cruise capabilities if front of vehicle is too wet/covered in snow/mud that blocks radar; instead of letting me operate cruise control as normal. No remote engine start or programmable garage door opener.
Good size, good bed size to transport big items, good in gas good size of bed, good technology like screen, sound system etc., beautiful, safe, good for off roads, and super reliable, is a brand I trust.
Gas could be better, the total price of the truck is too expensive and could be a little cheaper, could have electric seats, could have cooled seats, and heated side mirrors and heated back seats. It could have separate a/c on the back seats and additional USB ports for the back seats.
It is a great go to car. It shows you the speed that you are going for and it is a smooth ride. It is very roomy and has places to put your drinks and has good space. The back is very roomy and you can use it to move or have a road trip.
I don't think there are any cons. I like everything about the truck. That is why it is our go to car to use. I like everything. I cannot think of something I do not like. It has a good color on the outside and it is leather in the inside.
I love the new sporty style to the rangers. It is has plenty of room for a car seat in the back seat and a nice size bed for hauling. The new ecoboost engine allows you to get 21 miles per gallon which is great for a truck.
The only real con for my truck is that the suspension is very stiff. You feel every little bump on the road. My keypad on the side of the vehicle also stopped working and I have only had the truck for 6 months.
The 360 degree sensor and backup camera make for easy parking, regardless of if you are pulling or backing into a spot. Coming from a Toyota Tacoma, the Ranger is a lot better on fuel efficiency. The bed on the ranger is deeper than that of other half sized pickups that I have seen.
The 2.3 Turbo 4 engine is great on fuel, it does not have the same kick in acceleration as a v6 engine would. If subjected to snow or freezing conditions, the sensors might freeze over and they will beep as if you are about to hit something until the ice melts. Black color is hard to keep clean.
Utility Vehicle with extra space and has great gas mileage for when I need to make long trips back and forth to pick up materials for work. Stereo system is top quality and vehicle drives smoothly. All wheel drive makes it easy to travel during bad weather especially in the snow.
Vehicle has a small bed in the neck so it can become difficult to carry heavy loads in the back. Towing capability is on the Lower end for a newer Midsize pickup. The driver's seat is a little uncomfortable for me personally.
The pros are that this vehicle rides really smooth. It is very reliable and comfortable. It is not as big as a lot of other pickups so it is easy to drive. It looks very sharp on the road and it is extremely affordable to lease and/or buy.
I cannot say that I\I've experienced many cons of this. If anything I wish the back seat was a little bit bigger so when people sit back there they could be more comfortable. I also wish it was a push to start, or I wish I only needed to have the key on me to unlock it.
