The 2016 Acura MDX has an oil capacity of 5.7 quarts and according the owners manual You should be using an SAE 0W-20 full synthetic oil. Some may say the full synthetic isn't necessary and You can just use a blend, and that may be fine, but for a luxury vehicle like this I feel better paying slightly more for the full synthetic. You can pick up A5 quart container from one of the popular brands like Mobil1 for $25 to $30 depending on where You're shopping. You won't have to change Your oil as frequently when using the synthetic either. Every 7,000 miles or so should be fine compared to the 4,000 to 5,000 with conventional motor oil. -
