After You've changed the oil on Your 2018 GMC Acadia, You'll need to reset the reminder light telling You it's time to change the oil. Here's how: Turn Your ignition key to the ON position, but don't start the engine. If You've got a model that uses the button instead, then hold the Engine Start/Stop button in for seven seconds without touching the brake pedal. Go to VEHICLE or INFO tab menu by pressing the left arrow navigation button Your steering wheel. Then, scroll down and find the menu item that says Remaining Oil Life. Press and hold the checkmark button on the steering wheel until the oil life display changes to 100%. Now You can turn off the ignition, and then start the engine to confirm the light's been reset.
