The computer in Your 2018 Honda Accord Hybrid keeps track of the mileage You have driven since You last changed the oil. It does this so it can remind You when it is due again. You will see a display that lists how much life Your oil has left. When this hits 0% You need to change it. After You change the oil You need to reset this counter so the car knows the work has been done. To do this You will first need to turn on the ignition without starting the engine. From there You need to hit the home button and use the scroll wheel to select the Maintenance menu. When You see the current oil life % You need to press in on the scroll wheel to enter the reset menu. Then You need to choose the reset item A option. The only thing left to do now is turn Your car off and back on to make sure the reset worked and You are done.

You can reset the change oil light on a 2018 honda accord-hybrid by putting the ignition key in the on position without starting the engine. Then press the home button. Then use the left selector wheel until the wrench icon appears. Press the left selector wheel to enter the maintenance menu. Press the left selector wheel again to enter reset mode. Use the left selector wheel to select what you want to reset. Then press the left selector wheel to reset that item.
