The Chevy Spark can be flat towed only if it has a manual transmission. If the vehicle has an automatic transmission it will not be able to be flat towed in any way unless You have all wheels suspended off the ground. If You do have an automatic transmission the only other way to tow the vehicle is to use a dolly whcih will lift the front wheels off the road and allow the car to be towed by a truck. The reason the automatic transmission cannot be flat towed because when You cannot keep the vehicle in neutral and allow the front wheels to move freely. The manual transmission You can do this and it will allow the wheels to move freely on the axles.

That depends. Only models with a manual transmission can be flat towed. So if the transmission is automatic flat towing is impossible.
